Lovely villa. Amazing sunset.

The location is good. However, the owner was very rude and careless. We tried to contact him with questions or complaints but received only hostile responses. Many issues had to be solved on their own.
The house was dirty, with stained linen. There is an additional fee for laundry. In addition, the presence of insects and the unpleasant smell of mold significantly worsened the stay experience. We are disappointed that our expectations for a pleasant stay were not met due to these negative issues

Great location in the heart of Bukit Uluwatu/Ungasan.
Close to GWK and Uluwatu Temple. Many cafe and restaurants can be found around this area. The place is also perfect for family or couple, long term or short term.

Le logement était sale, les vitres sales... On nous annonce 250 m² mais c'est beaucoup plus petit

I am so happy that we booked the place to unwind. It was so relaxing and the staff are truly amazing n helpful. They welcome us with refreshing drinks

Cet établissement propose des petites maisonnettes mignonnes et agréables. Ces dernières sont propres et bien entretenues. nous avons été accueilli avec un grand sourire par notre hôte. Merci à vous pour votre bienveillance.

the air condition is not working and the hotel isn’t very helpful either. They refused to do anything but just saying they will find someone to fix tomorrow

Best place to stay in Uluwatu Ungasan South Bali area. Enjoyed the private pool and spacious living area.

숙소는 좋았어요.
가족단위 숙박하기에 좋은거 같아요.
직원들 모두 너무 친절했어요.
근데 체크인할때 택시타고 오는데 기사님 안기다리게 해주시면 좋을거 같아요.
짐을 먼저 숙소 앞에 가져다 놓게 하는게 먼저 아닐까요? 아니면 로비에 놓게 하던가.
짐도 못내리게 하고 기사는 기다리게하고;;
중간에 물 고장나서 그냥 중간에 나가려고 했어요.
밤중에 숙소 바꿔준다고 했으나, 다행히 고쳐져서 그대로 숙박했어요.
조식 정말.... 개선좀 하세요.
다른 손님들도 점점 개인이 우유, 오트밀 사오던데 왜인지 알거같아요.
우리도 둘째날부터는 요거트 사와서 먹었어요.
너무 맛없고 품질이 너무 떨어져요;;
커피도 맛없어요.

Great place for my family to stay as we explored on our scooters each day. Internet connection was perfect for us to use our Amazon firestick at night for movies with kids.
Staff were accessible through whatsapp which was great and they tried their best to help with various things. They also sorted scooters for us from day 1 at a good rate.
The only slight downside was certain areas of the villa were not cleaned thoroughly in kitchen area i.e shelves up high, ants around cooker area each day.
I would definitely stay again. ????????

Excellent service dari bli Surya, Yogi dan Adi yang selalu siap pas ada apa2. Villa ok, kitchen lengkap. Kebersihan dan maintenance boleh ditingkatkan lagi terima kasih.

Hideaway Residence Bali offers comfortable rooms and commendable services. However, the location lacks convenience, requiring some travel to major attractions. We booked a 2 nights stay for 2 rooms villa with pool, been upgraded to 3 rooms. The upgraded room at ground floor smell like newly paint odor from the bathroom. Other than that, the building and environment here are good. Grab food & Grab service are accessible to this area. Overall, it provides a pleasant retreat for those seeking a relaxing stay, but proximity to popular destinations may pose a slight inconvenience. Anyhow, credit is due to the amazing host, Surya, who displayed exceptional hospitality amidst some of the property's shortcomings.

Amazing! We stayed there for 17 days and had the best time. The place is new and clean. The breakfast was simply amazing and so worthy - with the best pancakes I’ve ever had. Surya from the reception was extremely nice and polite - and took good care of us every day.

Ne correspond pas aux photos , sale loin de tout très mal placé, spas qui ressemble à une salle d’hôpital, éviter cet Établissement vétuste indigne hôtel à fuir .çà ne ressemble absolument pas à Bali . Très mal placé et pas facile d’accès .Vous trouverez bien mieux au même prix

A bit disappointing; expected a lot more from this place, after having seen pictures and read reviews. Rooms are ok (clean and nice looking, but not really well isolated and refined); pool is nice. Breakfast is ok but below Bali average
