El hotel si bien la fachada es antigua y de típica construcción de la Alsacia. Su interior está totalmente reformada. El personal es muy atento y como.dato nl menor, al.menos para mi, en la recepción, había dos recepcionistas que ha laban español.
La habitación muy amplia, el sanitario separado de la ducha, algo que también resulta conveniente en ocasiones. Buen colchón y almohadas.
Mi estadía en el Hotel hubiera sido.maravillosa , salvo que fui a bañarme y me encontré una toalla asquerosamente sucia, y no entro en detalles, lamentablemente a alguien se le.paso. pero no.puede ocurrir algo así!!!!!.
La lleve a la recepción, se disculparnos y me obsequiaron dos café. Entiendo.que las recepcionistas hicieron lo que pudieron y fueron muy amables pero fue algo que jamás me ha sucedido en mingun hotel. No puede pasar. Una pena!!!

Прекрасный отель, который обновился не так давно. Еще нет табличек на дверях. Ремонт отличный! Все необходимое в номерах присутствует. Отличный персонал. Отличный паркинг.
Из минусов, то что не исправили после ремонта, постоянно умирающий wi-Fi, напор воды из душа - как слезы. Принять душ - целый ритуал на 1 час. При стоимости в сутки маленькой собаки берут 35 евро, ни подстилки, ни мисок для еды и для воды не предоставляются. Pet friendly, но ебитесь сами со своей собакой)) Готов предоставить десяток отелей, где действительно предоставляют животному условия соответствующие оплате, которые по сути для отеля стоят копейки.

Magnifique hôtel à 5min à pieds de la petite venise, vous pouvez donc tout faire à pieds dans Colmar.
Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, silencieuses et bien équipées. Le personnel est au top.
Nous avions réservé un emplacement de parking (compter 20€/nuit) mais il vaut mieux, ce n'est pas évident de se garer dans le quartier.
Le petit-déjeuner buffet est très grand, avec un choix très varié et constamment réapprovisionné. Il y en a pour tout le monde : du sucré, du salé, des céréales, des pains divers, etc.
C'est clairement un hôtel où nous retournerons et que nous vous recommandons.

Standard twin room was small, but everything you needed for a weekend trip. Bathroom was compact but space was well utilized. Overall, a good stay and location cannot be beaten. Just 5 minutes away from the old town, with 2 bakeries nearby for a quick breakfast fix. However, the soundproofing can be better. While we had a room on the lower floor, street-facing, the noise didn’t come from the traffic outside but from the neighbors. You could hear footsteps from upstairs guests and voices from next door and doors slamming. Good thing this was not a problem during the night when people sleep. Also, quality of pillows and towels could be better, quite thin for my preference. When we arrived, one pillow had stains but good thing there were extra pillows available. Also decided to park in Gare Bleyle where it was only 3€ per day, rather than in the private garage in the hotel for 20€ per day. All in all, still a good deal given that we went on a public holiday where the town was quite full.

J'aurais pu donner la note maximale, mais... on pourrait éviter des gaffes: la réceptionniste a programmé ma clé de chambre pour une nuit au lieu de deux réservées, a indiqué un faux itinéraire pour le parking en voiture, en sens interdit, et a mis 3 minutes pour comprendre que pour encaisser 7.40€ avec 20.40 il fallait rendre 13€ et non pas 12€...Autrefois on savait ça en CM1, même plus jeune!

We stayed here during a special trip to Colmar and were very disappointed to find that some of our expensive perfumes and lotions were stolen after our room was cleaned. We always lock away passports and electronics, but we’ve never, even when traveling in developing countries, felt the need to hide toiletries. We didn’t expect that in a 3-star hotel in Colmar.||We chose not to raise it with the front desk at the time—we didn’t want it to take over what was meant to be a celebratory trip. However, we brought it up via email but never received a response from the hotel.||Until the issue is addressed, I’d recommend locking up anything you consider valuable, including personal items like perfumes and lotions.

This hotel is not far from the nice old part of Colmar. It is a rather small hotel with OK rooms. The view from our room is not that bad and the bathroom has a good shower with easy-to-understand handles, which is not that common. The bed is as hard as is normal on the European continent, and the cushions even worse, they are almost as hard as a stone. The pattern of the tiles especially in the toilet was the ugliest I have seen. However, the breakfast was good especially taken account of that the hotel did not have a restaurant.

We chose Hotel Turenne mainly because it’s one of the few hotels near Colmar’s Old Town with an elevator—an important consideration as we were traveling with elderly parents who have limited mobility. The location is great, just a short 5-minute walk (around 400–500 meters) to the Marché Couvert and several excellent restaurants.

The rooms are very clean and appear to have been recently renovated, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers secure indoor parking, with spacious spots that easily accommodate large SUVs. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Overall, a convenient and welcoming base for exploring Colmar and the surrounding areas. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was central in Colmar. It was a lovely hotel with good amenities. We booked it as it had a private car park and we were travelling so needed it to be secure. It was- in an underground car park. This was great except we were charged €20 for this. We expected a small charge but felt that this charge should have been mentioned on the hotel details. We might have chosen a better hotel for this extra amount.

Hotel ottimo sia come camere e servizi zia come posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla "piccola venezia" ma senza il relativo caos. OPttimo il parcheggio coperto alle spalle dell'hotel, da prenotare.

Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,considerando i costi della|Città.A due passi da Petite venise,posizione strategica per chi opta di venire in auto,visto che la struttura offre anche un parcheggio privato ,anche se non molto economico 20|Euro al giorno ,ma nei pressi ci sono diversi posti auto gratuiti.|Camere pulite,e servizio impeccabile,nota di merito il fatto di aver concesso il Rimborso integrale ad una nostra coppia di amici con figlio che non sono riusciti a venire per motivi di salute nonostante non era previsto.|Colazione ottima |Super consigliato

"Unser Familienurlaub im Hotel war perfekt! Das 4-Bettzimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Der Empfang war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Garage war für 20 Euro pro Nacht eine praktische Option. Die Lage war ideal, das Zentrum war nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir waren als Familie 2 Nächte dort und alles war bestens. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen!"

Siamo stati a Colmar per il ponte del 25 aprile. Hotel perfetto, super pulito, camera ampia, vicinissimo al centro, personale cortese, ci hanno fatto trovare all'arrivo anche un piccolo pensiero per nostra figlia di 4 anni. CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Abbiamo prenotato due camere per 3 notti.|Siamo stati molto bene, abbiamo trovato gli ambienti comuni molto curati e le camere nuove e ben arredate.|Ovunque regna il silenzio e si dorme benissimo.|La colazione è varia e di qualità ed è servita in un ambiente piacevole.|L'hotel è dotato di un garage a pagamento, noi non l'abbiamo utilizzato perché non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà nel trovare posto nelle vie limitrofe.|Riteniamo che la posizione della struttura sia ottimale per visitare il centro di Colmar, la route de vin e città come Strasburgo e Friburgo.

Une adresse à garder. À deux pas de la « Petite Venise ». Hôtel propre, les chambres sont modernes. Parking disponible sur place ou à proximité. Le déjeuner est bon, copieux avec des produits de qualité. Le personnel est sympa et accueillant. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

L’hotel è vicinissimo al centro e in zona tranquilla. Accoglienza e servizio alla reception impeccabile: gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità. Camere moderne e molto pulite. In zona ci sono parcheggi a pagamento , ma è possibile parcheggiare in garage ad un costo superiore, ma nella norma.

Pulitissimo lacamera era ampia e il bagno enorme, spazi comuni molto confortevoli e la reception dotata di un bar e di numerosi depliant che consigliano le attività sul territorio, l'hotel si trova a due minuti dalla Petit Venice e vicino a una buanisssima Boulangerie.

This is a fantastic hotel. It's a great value for the price (which isn't really expensive compared to other hotels in the area). The location is great, only about a 5 minute walk to the popular Petite Venice bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. My room was really spacious, much bigger than most European hotel rooms. However, it might have just been my particular room. Everything in the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Even the stairwell was nice! (Unlike some places where the stairs are poorly lit and are more of an afterthought.) I didn't have the breakfast so I can't speak to the quality. And pets are allowed here for an additional fee.

Hôtel près du centre ville où nous avons passé 2 nuits pour faire le marché de Noël.|Accueil très pro. Chambre et salle d'eau fonctionnelles et très propres.|Le plus : le buffet petit déj. avec beaucoup de choix et spécialités régionales présentés en petites portions ce qui permet de déguster beaucoup de choses et d'éviter le gaspillage.|Très agréable, le salon cosy avec bar.|Pratique, le parking en sous-sol. Il vaut mieux réserver.|Je recommande sans hésitation.
