Avis HÔTEL PAUL & PIA Colmar

Als je een hotel met airco specifiek boekt dan zou dit toch moeten in orde zijn.
De airco kon niet lager dan 24 graden in een toch kleine kamer en dit wegens ecologische redenen blijkbaar volgens de receptie ?? Terwijl het buiten 35 graden is! Ronduit belachelijk! Voor mij een absolute NO GO!

Väldigt charmigt hotell med trevlig personal och riktigt bra frukost. Extra plus för den snygga färgsprakande inredningen.
Ett litet minus för sängkomforten som var väl enkel (men jag somnade ändå som ett barn).

Tolles Hotel, gute Lage! Sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt von Colmar. Ganz liebes Personal! Das Frühstück war okay, allerdings nichts besonderes. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber funktionell und ganz goldig. Es fehlen an manchen Stellen ein paar Hacken zum aufhängen. Wir würden aber natürlich wieder kommen!

Superbe hôtel, près de la gare et du centre ville (à mi-chemin entre les deux). Accueil chalereux, très bon petit-déjeuner et chambres parfaites pour un petit séjour.
Quelques petits bémols et remarques : dans la salle de bain, les jointures sont oranges, je ne sais pas si cela est fait exprès pour coller au code couleur très coloré de l’hôtel, mais je ne trouve pas que ce soit une très bonne idée car cela donne une impression de sale… Attention aussi aux moisissures, il n’y en avait pas beaucoup heureusement mais un coin de notre douche en avait…
Aussi, la lumière est très jaune, cumulée à une déco chaude aux couleurs orangées, cela fait très sombre dans la chambre.
Mais ce sont des détails, globalement la chambre est très bien, jolie, propre et agréable et nous avons reçu un très bon accueil. Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel.

Nice but dim! |Rooms were poorly lit by eco lights. Option of one bright room light would be good? Continental Breakfast good but coffee ( free all day) was not. Lots healthy options. No hot option. Service and friendliness of several different staff members was excellent. Wall Cupboard in room close to end of bed and with shelf directly below for luggage caused painful learning experiences. Very friendly hotel with a colorful large common area at the ground floor that invites you to sit back and enjoy the free flow of coffee and tea. Rooms are clean and modern, mattresses are good. Breakfast could have less industrial products. Convenient location for travelers.

Das Hotel ist erst vor wenigen Monaten eröffnet, alles strahlt noch neu und einladend, die farbenfrohe Ausstattung passte zu dem traumhaften Wetter; Dschungeldusche mit neuen Armaturen, gute Matratzen, ein erstklassiges Frühstück und freundliches, polyglottes Personal, das gute Ratschläge für den Aufenthalt parat hat, eine kostenlose Bagagerie mit verschließbaren Schränken, Aufenthaltsräume mit einer kleinen Bibliothek, Kickerautomat und anderen Spielen, Stadtzentrum, Museen, Klein-Venedig fußläufig erreichbar - besser kann man es kaum treffen!

Hôtel très convivial avec une atmosphère colorée qui invite à rester assis et profiter du décor particulier. La même chose pour les chambres, assez grandes et confortables. Très bon petit-déjeuner, varié avec de bons produits.|Un plus pour les casiers pour déposer ses bagages avant son départ.

Posizione comoda, vicino al centro ed alla stazione. Camere pulite e ben servite. Personale accogliente e disponibile.

Wir haben als Familie eine Nacht hier übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Aufenthaltsraum lädt zum verweilen ein und die Zimmer sind sehr nett gestaltet.

Super gemütlicher Aufenthaltsraum, Tischkicker, durchgehend Kaffee und Tee inklusive. niedliche Einrichtung, nettes Personal, sehr zentrale Lage.

Cute, great location. Staff a bit aggressive, they should be more pleasant and kind! Too expensive for the room kind, size, refinements and services (payed more than 250€ per night) —> 3 stars hotel 10min away from the city center should cost not more than 100/150€ tops per night

I have not stayed at this hotel, but I would like to share my experience regarding their attitude. They redirected our reservation to partner hotels with lower ratings, using “technical issues” as an excuse. Even though I stated that I did not want this, they failed to provide a proper explanation and insisted that there were no other options available. I suggest this hotel be more honest with its customers. It is also questionable why a hotel with “technical issues” continues to accept reservations. On the dates they claimed to have technical issues, I saw recent customer reviews on online platforms, which made it clear that this was not the real reason. Being treated like a fool is truly disappointing!

Hôtel correct

This is a very cute hotel, very well situated to the train station, and not far from the old center.

When you walk in, you’re immediately struck by all the colors of the lobby and social areas. The staff of the desk are very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel does have a very functional economy vibe, but not a big deal.

Though the room is a bit small, it’s comfortable enough. It’s an inviting room, and clearly well maintained. Again, this room is very colorful, but it is very also functional and economy feeling; the furniture all seems to be IKEA stuff. In the end, not a huge problem. The one oddity that stood out was the glass shower that is in the room, which could be very offputting to people. We didn’t mind it too much, but not everybody wants to shower in front of the other person they’re sharing the room with.

There is no real bathroom to speak of. The shower is encased in glass, and then the sink is outside that, basically across from the bed. There is, however, the water closet with the toilet, which is standard for France.

There is a small desk area to use, and there is a safe in the room. However, if you want coffee or tea, you have to go downstairs to the kitchen area, which is part of the lobby area. That’s a little bit inconvenient, but not horrible. There wasn’t any kind of wardrobe or anything to put clothes away, just pegs for hanging stuff, or the bench below for suitcases.

One really great thing about this hotel, though, is that they have small prepared meals in a refrigerator that you can help yourself to, and then pay for at the desk, and then heat up in the microwave if you want. I tried a couple of them, and they were very tasty. That’s a wonderful thing to have if you’re feeling hungry later at night, or you’ve come back to the hotel for a rest, and realize you’re feeling a bit hungry. They even have one or two vegetarian options.

One minus was the TV. Again, the TV seems to be an issue in many French hotels. This TV did have a Netflix app, but it kept saying there was no Internet connection when trying to open it, which was weird. That said, the hotel‘s Wi-Fi was very good. It’s more or less public Wi-Fi; the hotel doesn’t seem to have its own private network. But, it was very strong, and never seemed to have connection issues.

All in all, I would certainly consider coming back to this hotel.

J’ai séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hôtel avec ma fille de 12 ans, presque rien à redire. L’emplacement proche de la gare et de la vieille ville est idéal. Un petit super marché juste de l’autre côté de la route offre tous les appoints nécessaires (brosse à dent oubliée par exemple ????). Notre chambre donnait sur la rue mais les fenêtres sont très bien insonorisées donc nous n’entendions rien. La chambre était petite mais parfaite pour nous 2. Propreté de la chambre impeccable. Décoration de l’hôtel super jolie. Même la bagagerie est incroyable ???? 2 petits bémols : le prix (très) augmenté pour les fêtes… et les tables du petit déjeuner qui n’étaient pas propres les 2 matins (nous y sommes allées tard). Les clients sont supposés débarrasser et la plupart ne le font pas (allez savoir pourquoi…), et le peu de tables qui étaient débarrassées n’avaient pas reçu de coup de chiffon. Dommage parce que tout le reste était super et le personnel très sympa, malgré une clientèle souvent désagréable, nous en avons été témoins…

El hotel es como un hostal ecléctico, no califica de hotel. Nuestra habitación sin puerta al baño y toda la humedad se metía a la habitación. Obscura como mazmorra y súper pequeña. No nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí nunca. Olía en las noches al cabo y como no había puerta…
Las toallas grises de percudidas y súper viejas.
Estaría de acuerdo con todo eso si hubiera pagado €50 por noche pero pagamos €328 por ese cuchitril!!!!!!
No lo recomendamos para nada.

Hotel is very conveniently located, about 12 mins walk from the train station (exit in direction of platform d & e, turn right, walk to end of the carpark and go down an underpass) and directly in front opposite the road is the hotel. Short walk to the old town for the sightseeing.

El hotel está ubicado a 5 min andando de los mercadillos navideños, cerquita de estacionamientos gratuitos, el personal es muy amable y atento, las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias, el desayuno está bastante bien y puedes servirte café o té durante todo el día así como hacer uso de las instalaciones de la cocina

Un hôtel qui sort des schémas classiques avec la bonne intention de se sentir " comme à la maison ". Cependant, nous n'avons pas ressenti le côté chaleureux que nous cherchons dans les hôtels.
Le prix trop élevé même si nous sommes en période de marchés de Noël.
J'avais demandé une chambre au dernier étage et loin de l'ascenseur, l'hôtel a respecté ma demande, merci.

Fuimos a Colmar la semana del 18 de noviembre. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, a nada de la estación de tren y del centro del pueblo. El personal es súper agradable y la habitación estaba muy limpia. Además de todo esto, señalar que la decoración estaba hecha con mucho mimo.

Un hôtel chaleureux où il fait bon séjourner tant on s'y sent comme à la maison. Les chambres sont cosys et la place de vie est pensé en plusieurs espaces plutôt lounge. Il y a manifestement aussi une volonté d'éco responsabilité qui est appréciable. En terme de situation, c'est parfait : non loin de la gare et à 10min à pied du centre.

Accueil sympathique. Nous avons passé un bon moment.

Hôtel chaleureux et coloré, employés aux petits soins, chambre fonctionnelle et confortable. L'espace petit déjeuner et jeu est agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut ! Je recommande pour un séjour à Colmar près de la gare et proche du centre

Hôtel à l’intérieur, très coloré !!
Les points positifs sont:
+Accueil sympathique lors de ma réservation par téléphone ainsi qu’à la réception de l’hôtel lors de mon arrivée.
+ Stationnement dans les deux rues parallèle à l’hôtel gratuit du samedi 19H00 jusqu’au lundi 6H00!!
+ Emplacement de l’hôtel agréable(arrivée par train)car pas trop loin de la gare(500 mètres,environ 10 minutes à pied)assez facile avec valise à roulettes !!
+ Chambre propre, literie confortable,calme pas de bruit la nuit (trains, scooter, voitures etc)
+ Possibilité de manger un petit plat sur place le soir si vous ne souhaitez pas sortir au restaurant car il y a un réfrigérateur avec des plats en bocaux (environ 14€)(en verre pour le micro-ondes)plus boissons.
+Petit déjeuner compris dans le tarif de la chambre(de 6H30 à 9H30)!!Vraiment kilométré complet,il y a tout ce qu’il faut en libre-1service (buffet à volonté) grand choix pour tous les goûts!!
Les points négatifs sont :
-Pas de place de stationnement réservé à l’hôtel devant celui-ci, payant en semaine.
-Emplacement de l’hôtel loin du centre historique de Colmar et de ces restaurants 1 kilomètres.

Très bel hôtel bien situé pour visiter Colmar.
Chambre petite mais confortable et propre, conseillée pour un court séjour (pas de placards).
Petit déjeuner en libre service bien garni.
