Kamar hotel lumayan besar, dekat sama stasiun kereta, pas di depannya.

Deux nuits dans cet hôtel très bien situé, au calme. Chambre de grand confort. Wifi un petit peu fainéant…

Parking za bus 1.6km udaljen! Topao hotel! Sobe romantične! Savršen!

Unable to sit down for coffees and sweets, refused entry despite many tables. Go elsewhere.

Nach vorne hin ist es laut und man kein Fenster öffnen. Ansonsten ist es ganz ok. Das Bad ist sehr klein.

Helt okej hotell och rum, men lite konstigt att man har separata rum för toaletten och duschen..

We were staying two nights at the Hotel.
Sadly, we can not say anything positive about the way we were treated.
We booked the Spa area for an hour (Sauna) and sadly some of the staff members ran into us twice while we were trying to relax, which made us feel very uncomfortable.
We talked about this incident to the Hotelier but she wasn't really paying attention on our issue and was rather annoyed by our feedback.

The breakfast isn't pretty much suitable for vegetarians if you're not into an all sweet breakfast. The rest tasted as bad as they behaved.
The staff was making fun of guests who don't speak French and they don't even try to repeat in English.
Even this situation was handled poorly, one of the reasons might be, that the manager is not able to speak a word English and needed a third person to translate. She seemed very overwhelmed with the situation.
Nothing followed on our complainment. Not even an apology!

The room was big (Junior Suite) but badly appointed. For coffee they had instant coffee and paper cups.
The bathroom looked very old fashioned and you had to go to another room to wash your hands.
The Bed was put together out of two smaller ones.

Again, we are very disappointed about our stay at this Hotel. We had better treatments in different Hotels that did not have 4 Stars.
We won't come back and can not recommend staying a night here.

Sehr enttäuschend! Wer darüber nachdenkt hier zu übernachten sollte wirklich die schlechten Bewertungen hier Ernstnehmen!
Es scheint sich um keine Einzelfälle zu handeln.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im Hotel. Leider kann ich nicht viel positives über unsere Behandlung dort sagen.
Wir haben den Spa Bereich für eine Stunde reserviert und wurden dabei leider zwei Mal durch einen Mitarbeiter gestört, der unangekündigt in den Bereich kam um früher saubermachen zu können. Unsere Entspannung war dadurch natürlich dahin.
Die Rezeption hatte dazu nicht viel zu sagen, konnte auf unser Problem nicht eingehen und war eher genervt durch unser Feedback.

Das Frühstück gibt nicht viel her für Vegetarier außer man möchte nur süßes essen. Ansonsten gibt es wenig Auswahl an Käse und Wurst, sehr weiches, matschiges Rührei und trockenen Schinken.
Auch hier wirkt das Personal genervt und unfreundlich, macht sich teilweise über Gäste lustig, die auf französische Ansprache nicht reagieren und lassen den Gast dann lachend stehen.
Auch dieses Situation wurde inadäquat behandelt, unter anderem da die Managerin des Hotels leider kein Englisch spricht und eine Übersetzung durch dritte erfolgen musste. Die Managerin wirkte sehr überfordert und es folgte nichts weiter auf unser Anliegen. Nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung!

Das Zimmer war zwar groß, dafür aber schlecht eingerichtet. Das Bett bestand aus zwei Einzelbetten die zusammen geschoben wurden.
Es gab Instant Kaffee und Pappbecher.
Das Bad sah furchtbar aus, zum Händewaschen musste man in das Gegenüberliegenden Bad gehen.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht über dieses 4 Sterne Hotel und kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Wunderschönes Hotel. Man kann zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt sein.

I'd describe this hotel as shabby and in desperate need of decorating. I found the reception staff to be a little unengaging but friendly all the same. The air con is stuck on 24 degrees and though very well located near the station, it is 15 minutes to the edge of centre ville. The restaurant actually wasn't as bad as the reviews suggested, however I could certainly sense the place lacked excitement.
I certainly won't be staying here again.

Très bel hôtel avec un beau buffet déjeuner, à quelques pas un parking pour 3 euro là journée de plus hôtel juste à côté de la gare,sur place il y a une navette gratuite qui vous conduit de 9h à 19h sur le centre de Colmar

Just opposite the train station and a short 10 min walk into the beautiful centre of Colmar. The reception area has been modernised and decorated recently and looks great. The bedrooms haven't though, and feel a bit dated.

De passage uniquement, nous avions séjourné une nuit dans ce beau hôtel à Colmar. Les chambres sont propres, bon rapport qualité prix. J'enlève toutefois une étoile car une des serviettes était trouée de plusieurs trous...
Le personnel est accueillant et souriant

Really nice hotel with spacious room and delicious breakfast, great location right by the station! Lovely food and a very nice ambience to the restaurant breakfast area as well.

Stayed here a single night. AC did not work too well but no complaints otherwise.

Located right opposite the train station and walkable to all the major Colmar tourist attractions.

We were able to park our car right outside the hotel for free on a Sunday- do check for additional times for free street parking if driving.

早餐豐富，咖啡機上還有中文說明。服務和藹，地點鬧中取靜，很好的選擇，非常滿意。

Mooi hotel op toplocatie. Makkelijk bereikbaar, vlakbij station. Parking overdag te betalen. Koele ontvangst. Spannende deuren op de kamer. Frigo werkte niet. Lekker ontbijt. Ondanks dat dit ingebrepen was moest ik dit bij het uitchecken opnieuw betalen. Pas wanneer ik zelf de documenten opzocht en voorlegde wilde men in het systeem nakijken of dit klopte, waarbij ik vervolgens met enige tegenzin mijn geld terugkreeg.
