I’m giving a shoutout to two fabulous employees. Tiffany with housekeeping was outstanding. 5 stars for professionalism and personality! Makayla at the front desk was wonderful. 6 stars for her!! Please promote her and give her a raise!

Stayed at this location for a work trip. Facility and room was clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Miss Lisa was very nice and attentive during breakfast. I will be staying here again and would recommend it.

Nice place, good rooms. One Issue we had was that the Washer and dryer takes money but won't run. We need to go up and down between the laundry room and front desk to call and ask for a refund. The front desk exec was courteous and helpful, she refunded those and herself was not happy that the maintenance team didn't fix the issue.

We stayed here in November and loved it. So, we decided to book here again. This time was even better. And that’s all because of Donald who works at the front desk. We had an issue with third-party booking and Donald would not give up until he accommodated us. He was very kind, professional, patient, and helpful. All of those qualities go along way when you deal with the public. I don’t know who decides when Donald gets a raise, but whoever it is, please give it to him ASAP. He is awesome. If it were not for him, we would have left the property. Thanks Donald!

Great little hotel on the River Ranch side of Lafayette. Polite front desk staff, clean, great breakfast. One elevator was out (I’m guessing they’re waiting on the company to fix it), but there was a sign. Small fridge has a “turbo cool” button inside, plenty of amenities in the room. Easy on/off to Camellia Blvd and to Ambassador/Verot.

If you want a good night's sleep, don't come here. This hotel is built so cheaply that you hear every footstep in the hall, above you, and next door. We had people take the room next to us at midnight, and we could hear them breathing. Bangs, footsteps, talking. It lasted for hours.

I honestly can't say anything bad about our two night stay. One of the better hotel options in Lafayette. Will definitely stay again.

I was a guest at this location for 4 nights. Miss Lisa greeted me (and every other guest) with a smile and a warm good morning. It was nice to see her engage with the guests.

We've stayed here several times. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. The staff around the clock has been very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Nowhere else I'll stay when I Lafayette.

I felt this Springfield Suites was worth recommending. The room was very clean and spacious, the staff was nice and took care of us and the area was nice and calm. Definitely worth a stay if in the Lafayette area.
