Well located pretty clean and safe parking lot, I did the booking and pay thru Expedia, they requested a 50 usd as deposit. Did not like that!

Bedspread had a stain on it which inspired me to look closely at the mattress cover which had many stains and the little black dots on the edges, probably from bed bugs. I noped out quick. Clerk was friendly and the linen and room were clean so the staff is doing their job but obviously the upper management is not.

This owner needs to sell this place or pay to have it overhauled and up the prices to rent to humans rather than insects. Bed bug stains all over the mattress, covered up deliberately by an extra fitted sheet/protector. We decided to stay elsewhere since I could no longer trust the cleanliness of another room here. Guy at front desk was helpful and apologetic, but assistant manager was accusatory on the phone the next day, saying we stayed for over 4hrs as seen on camera(untrue), and agreed to view it again but stood by her accusation. We were there for 30 minutes including the 10 minute check in at the desk, so she eventually saw that on cameras and approved my refund. I'd like to think it was an honest mistake when she saw cameras the first time, but her attitude was completely backwards after hearing about an unacceptable room condition.

Great for the price (for the room). Friendly staff when they are available. Twice I went to the front desk and no one was there. Bare essentials for breakfast.

I wouldn’t come back here that’s for sure a waste of money and I had to switch rooms the first one was dirty and still had open soap from the last people there and dusty spider webs all on the laps it sinks and the shower didn’t work now the new room smells even worser then the first one the health department need to pay them a visit

Management has displayed their care for their customers, we lost a phone and we live 6 hours away, the manager informed us and mailed it to us quickly!

This roach motel was awful enough to where a bus full of kids had to stay 30 minutes away from where they were supposed to be. -10/10, would not recommend.

Don’t come here unless you want your clothes eaten by bugs. Then the lady at the front really tried to gaslight us, as if we went there with our daughters clothes like that, and said, if she had a bug on her, she would’ve felt it, my daughter is three and she was asleep when it happened.

I stayed here with family for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was very clean, The parking lot was also clean and quiet. The office staff was helpful, quick and kind... Good location nearbfood and businesses... Room was neat clean and modern.. Thank you ???? for great stay..

This place looked far better online than it did in person. I think I should have known to expect this for the price that was paid however we survived and lived to tell about it. I didn't shower, I slept fully clothed, didn't bring any children here, left early in the morning. The room served it's purpose for me. I didn't go there for the pool or the breakfast buffet. I simply needed a cheap place to rest for a few hours before returning home from a short trip.

Good location nice staff ;) But.... room was nasty spots and dirt all over the walls lamps. Head board very nasty looks like it has never been clean. Floors were very dirty and needed to be mop and swept. Bathroom tub looked like someone run a ring around it and was never cleaned. Coffee pot was nasty and dusty. Iron had misdrew on and in the iron. The sheets on the bed were so nasty stains everywhere. I was not happy with this hotel at all I was so disappointed and everything will not stay here again!!!!

This place sucked. The room had dirty towels, bugs in the bathroom, and appliances in the room were rusting. The pillows on the bed weren't really pillows; they were very thin foam in a pillowcase. At least the area was safe.

In my opinion most all hotels will be dirty some more visible than others I always clean before hand. I like that this place does not have carpet verry friendly/helpful staff , quiet from all the rift raft(mostly noise of the train ????) large parking area, the rooms may not be updated although with the price given don’t expect luxury although with all my travel experience the rooms are quiet large as compared to some places. Overall it’s a safe place . Had a good stay ????

Checked in at 10pm was gone for 12am. Property worker in a chair sitting in the window starring at you a soon as you make the top stair. Room was dusty I sneezed so much I left. The coffee pot, the TV stand, the nightstand. I book a room at the holiday inn next door. They said breakfast but when o came back in the morning for my deposit. There were little Debbie cakes in a case juice and coffee.

Was okay until the cleaning lady said she was gonna call the cops on us for checking out late when we told her we talked to front desk because we checked in at 3am. Will never go here again!

When we got to the motel and got to our room we had a few issues but the sweet guy that works there was more than welcoming and helpful along with making sure everything was exceptional also friendly! I wish they had more people like Mr Erik ! The motel was peaceful! Thank y'all!!!!!!!! Maintenance man of the year!!!!
