Rooms were very clean staff were very kind location is good it's buy a lot of places to eat and about 5 minutes from the mall of Louisiana. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because their is always something a company can improve although are stay was excellent.

Nice hotel to spend a few days while in Baton Rouge. Dee at the front desk made our stay very pleasant. She was engaging and willing to help. Parking was tight but we were able to find a spot. The room needed some maintenance, but it was comfortable. The walls are thin and they allow dogs. Was woken up a couple of nights by dogs barking in the next room. Breakfast and coffee was good. Very nice fitness room.

Although the hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice, the rooms have cottage style blinds instead of curtains. The owner appears to think that guests prefer their rooms to be bright and not dark throughout the night. Terrible blinds, and bright parking lot lights surrounding the building, will make you feel like its dawn all night long. So, if the feeling of sleeping in a tanning booth sounds good to you, this is your place! I will never return to a hotel with either aloof or cheap ownership. Who puts blinds instead of curtains in a hotel!?!? Worst sleep ever in a hotel.

My stay was fine but I’m trying to call after to see if I left something and no answer. That is very frustrating bc now I have to drive there to ask when what I’m looking for might not even be there. It’s very unprofessional to not answer the phone.

Best place! I had such a good time staying here for the long time I did. Customer service was great! Always got the help I needed and my room was always cleaned proper. Will stay again! Shout out to Ms.kelly! She was awesome! And her partner in crime as well! They both made me feel welcome. And I really appreciated all the staff there!

Had the dishwasher almost knock me out. Curdled milk out of the breakfast fridge. Found a "toy" behind the bed when checking out to make sure we didn't leave anything. Had the housekeeper walk in on me even with the do not disturb up.... Not too pleasant of a stay......

The front desk lady (I believe she said her name was D) was a breath of fresh air. My husband dropped my toddler and I off in a rush so he could make it to an event and she was super understanding and happy to work with us quickly to get us checked in. We even had friendly conversation when I went to the front desk to get something I had forgotten in our truck from the front desk that she was holding onto for me. I honestly don’t expect much from customer service after living in Baton Rouge and dreaded it but what a delight this lady was. 4 stars for the breakfast not being restocked well.

The most disgusting experience in all my In all my stays in this brand of hotels, they changed me from 3 rooms because they were dirty (227, 231, 305) and the last one the water didn't even run in the shower, it was already 12pm and I was too exhausted to continue fighting, never again I will stay in this hotel.

If you stay in this area you know that there are some cheaper places to stay BUT if you are wanting peace of mind and a good sense of security with a quiet nights sleep then I can highly recommend staying here. The check in process was fast and easy even later in the evening (I had to leave another cheaper hotel in the area because I underestimated the short sidedness of spending less). The room was modern and quiet and the continental breakfast in the morning was very good.

I have been coming to this location for years. The staff is wonderful. Dee made my stay extra special. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that they don't clean like they used to. The beds are not properly cared for. Any time I can smell body odor on the sheets I know something has not been done. I hope that was a one-time thing because I really love this location and the staff.

This hotel room was so dirty, it had not been cleaned well. The carpet was dirty with food. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The kitchen floor was slippery because it was greasy. They don’t clean your room daily like before only every fourth night and they said it is because of COVID, excúseme, COVID is not an excuse anymore. Those times passed, hire people and clean those rooms daily unless the guests don’t want to.

The service was excellent. I really felt welcome. I really enjoyed the breakfast selection, it had a nice variety and the seating area was comfy and spacious.Our shower could have been cleaner other than that I enjoyed my time here, I did see a pool and a gym, however my family was exhausted from the other aspects of our trip, so we did not get the chance to check those two out. I would come back again if I ever was in the area

The absolute worst Home2 I've ever encountered. Diamond status means nothing at this property. This Hilton ain't Hiltoning!!!

Hotel was great . Staff was wonderful. The guy that checked me in was also working a double I believe his name started with a T. Very nice man, no matter what I asked and needed he accommodated me with a nice small and made it happen.
