Hyatt Place est l'un des meilleurs plans hébergement de Baton Rouge. Les prix sont raisonnables, le service et l'équipe sont particulièrement gentils et attentifs, et les chambres sont impeccables. Le Hyatt a été entièrement rénové il y a quelques années et cela se voit dans la décoration sobre et moderne des chambres, comme dans la qualité du mobilier. On appréciera le petit déjeuner continental en self-service, ainsi que la possibilité de se restaurer le soir, en room-service. L'hôtel est particulièrement bien situé, sur Bluebonnet Road face au Mall of Louisiana, à 2 miles de Perkins Rowe et de ses boutiques et restaurants, à 5 miles du centre-ville et juste en sortie de Baton Rouge (ce qui permet d'éviter le flot de voitures aux heures de pointe). En plus, une navette gratuite peut vous emmener à 3 miles de l'hôtel.

Beds were not made only if you requested maid service. Towels was not changed unless you asked front desk. Waste basket not emptied unless you put out the garbage outside the room. I saw a roach and killed it front desk was told, but nothing was done. Maybe if they cleaned the room often instead of when we checked out, then maybe roach would not be there. Also we were told to get to FWC you could walk there. This is not true, you have to take uber. Breakfast was good, never got my bacon and as a tea drinker the hot water was not hot enough. I have stayed at Hyatt in Bethlehem, and this was so much better. Only thing from this trip was that I met wonderful people. Hotel was near to the Mall an restaurants

There was a roach in our room and the location isn't walking distance to Jimmy swaggart ministries.

We were in the lobby and there was a party going on, women were walking around in thongs, not appropriate for children. People were smoking weed at the front door.. This was not a family oriented hotel.

When we walked into the lobby no one was at the attendant desk to check us in. There was another couple there who was on their phone trying to call the hotel to find out who they could get in touch with to purchase some snacks. The hotel employee emerges from an unmarked door a few minutes later looking like he had just woke up from a nap. After helping the other couple check out there was an attempt to check us in but unfortunately their booking system had canceled our reservation. Days later and several phone calls later and the full hotel stay fee was charged to our card, our booking agency says that they canceled our reservation because our card was declined but there was no indication of any decline on our credit card account and the full amount was billed to our credit card. To this day a 25$ cancellation fee lingers on our account with no real good explanation.
