Hands down one of the best places to stay. So much to do and see. We were there for 3 days for our honeymoon and the staff treated us like royalty. Not one detail was missed.

Hotel maravilloso. Instalaciones de 10, jardines preciosos, rutas planificadas por las cercanías para bicicleta o a pie. Y lo mejor de todo sus termas; solo por ellas vale la pena alojarse allí ! También con piscina. El hotel está en el parque natural, con toda seguridad.
Buffet bueno y tiene restaurante con carta o buffet para cenar.

En las termas está Rafael, que las tiene impecables y atención de 10!

If you’re searching to hit the Hot Springs (you should, they’re pretty great) then stay here. Absolutely loved the property and staff.
They offer so much, and so reasonably priced. Also stop at the waterfall, easy hike in.

Un lugar al que hay que ir varias veces para recorrer todos los lugares que tienen para el que le gusta caminar buenas aventuras

Let me start with the rooms (which is the ONLY thing I gave this place 4/5, only because comparatively to the VALUE of the rest of the property is blown). Our room was perfectly basic, 2 beds, television, and washroom packed with lovely smelling soaps + lotions (which is also made by the hotel).

NOW, this is what you want to hear! This property is PACKED with spectacular activities (some included, some extra (but super reasonably priced!)). The ones that come with stay: waterfalls (multiple!!), mud bath, hot springs, and walking trials. The one activity we purchased was tubing in the water rapids. VERY WORTH!!! We went down a natural river for 45mins, some rapids, some relaxing points, just experiencing nature at its finest. We had SO much fun! Let alone the horse ride we took to location!!

Every staff member is outstanding in helping you, super pleasant to have conversations with. Highly recommend this place, especially if you've only experienced the beaches in Costa Rica. This place will give you an amazing different point of view, up on the mountains.

Absolute Frechheit - never ever again.

Aus unserem abgeschlossenem Zimmer im verriegeltem Save wurde das gesamte Bargeld (über 300'000 Colones), Gesundheitsdokumente sowie ein iPad gestohlen. Von der Rezeption wurden wir ins Zimmer geschickt - der "Elektriker" (welcher kein Wort Englisch konnte) kam vorbei & drückte irgendetwas am Save herum. Mit einer Übersetzungsapp erzählte er uns dann, das der Save einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir erklärten ihm, das dies nicht das Problem ist und schilderten ihm der Fall. Eine erste Dame kam und befragte uns nach dem Ablauf, anschliessend kam die Managerin vorbei. Sie war äusserst unfreundlich und liess nicht mit sich reden. Angeblich waren auf den Aufnahmen der Überwachungskamera nur die Putzfrau zu sehen - diese wurde dann auch noch gerufen, logischerweise hat diese nichts gesehen und der Save liesse sich mit dem Masterkey "nicht öffnen" wenn man einen eigenen Code verwendet hat. Die Managerin meinte man könne nichts tun und gab sich keine Mühe klare Antworten auf unsere Fragen zu geben. Auch nachdem wir sie mehrmals gebeten haben die Polizei anzufordern um einen Report zu erstellen meinte sie nur: geht auf ein Polizeirevier aber die werden euch auch nicht helfen.

Beim Auschecken wollten sie uns noch mit der Minibar abzocken. Sie haben uns (trotz mehrmaligem erwähnen, dass wir nichts von der Minibar genommen haben) den Betrag abgebucht. Als wir losfahren wollten, kam die Dame von der Rezeption nochmal auf uns zu und bestätigte dann endlich, dass das Zimmermädchen einen Fehler gemacht habe und wir den Betrag zurückerstattet bekommen.

Die Location wird absolut überbewertet - gerade mal einer der vielen Wasserfälle ist schön und begehbar. Das Restaurant ist komplett überteuert und überzeugt qualitativ nicht. Man hat 3 Restaurants zur verfügung aber alle haben das gleiche Menu welches sehr einseitig ist und keine "Spezialitäten" bieten. Das Zimmer ist zwar gross aber so herzlos eingerichtet, dass es den Charme der grünen Natur komplett zerstört.

Das Personal im allgemeinen versteht fast kein Englisch was heutzutage ein absolutes No-Go ist. Obwohl das "Hotel" sehr wenig Leute hatte, waren die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich und machten nur das Minimum.

Hermoso lugar

Muy recomendable hotel, alimentación podría tener un menú un poco más cómodo en precio, así como los tours de aventura aun que muy bien organizados y seguros ... Excelente desayuno.

השירות במלון איטי אך כולם נחמדים ושמחים לעזור.
המסעדה סבירה אך שוב השירות איטי. המסעדות במלון כולן ללא גלוטן.
ארוחת הבוקר יחסית דלה ועל קפוצ'ינו מבקשים תוספת כסף.
ביקשנו לעשות צ'ק אאוט מאוחר (בשעה 13:00 במקום ב 12:00), ביקשו על זה 20$ תוספת אחרי הנחה.
המלון ממוקם צמוד לשמורה הגעה למסלול של רינקון לוקחת ברכב 7 דקות.
למלון עצמו יש מספר מסלולים, בריכות מים חמים מהר הגעש ובריכות בוץ. לאורחי המלון הכניסה חינם. אם מגיעים לשם אז רצוי לקחת יומיים או להגיע ממש מוקדם כדי להספיק הכל.

כפר נופש חמוד מאוד עם מגוון פעילויות ומסלולים שניתן לעשות בשטח המלון. ממש נחמד למי שמגיע ליותר מיום אחד. ממוקם ממש בכניסה לשמורה.

השירות במסעדות ובארוחת הבוקר איטי ברמה מרגיזה. ארוחת הבוקר דלה ועל כל דבר מבקשים תוספת תשלום. (חביתה, קפוצ'ינו)

הגענו ליום אחד ובשעה מאוחרת שכבר לא יכולנו לחוות את הפעילויות במלון, ביקשנו צ'ק אאוט מאוחר וביקשו לא מעט כסף על כל שעה נוספת למרות שהמלון היה ריק. זכותם כמובן אך ציפינו להתחשבות קטנה בהתאם לנסיבות.

Excelent farm hotel to spend a weekend full of nature and peace.
The spring waters should be open till 9pm at least. Not 6pm! At night is when hot water is mostly appreciated, specially after a big hike!

This is an amazing place to stay! The staff is so helpful, quick to respond to issues all in person or even with a simple text. The location has so much to offer and includes many of the activities in your booking. We will definitely return for a longer stay and next time with children. A great place for a couples getaway as well as a family experience. I cannot rave enough!

Sensationelle Anlage mit zahlreichen, gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen und wunderschönen Wasserfällen. Tolles Action Angebot. Die Hot Springs am Fluss sind absolut malerisch und ein Schlammpeeling macht mega Spass.

Nice all-in-one hotel with so many activities to choose from! Rooms are adequate but not fancy at all, food is a bit overpriced and underwhelming but the ease of having everything one one place is really great!

Es un hotel que lo tiene todo, no parece de 3 estrellas, estuvimos 1 día hace 2 años para la luna de miel y se nos hizo muy corto. El sitio es precioso y tiene tantas cosas para hacer y ver que no pudimos hacerlo todo, las hamburguesas buenísimas y todo riquísimo. Ojalá podamos volver algún día, totalmente recomendable.

Hotel genial para actividades de aventura

Hotel situado a muy pocos minutos del parque nacional del rincón de la vieja. Lo mejor que tiene es que si te hospedas allí tienes acceso a diferentes cascadas, senderos y al centro de agua termal sin pago adicional. Además que evitas el peaje para entrar con el coche hacia el Parque Nacional. En el bar Canopy preparan unos combinados súper bien elaborados.

El lugar esta increíble , las habitaciones y todas las instalaciones súper limpio y mantenido, la gente insuperable de amable. Muy recomendado

Hotel situado a muy pocos minutos del parque nacional del rincón de la vieja. Lo mejor que tiene es que si te hospedas allí evitas tener que pagar el peaje de paso al parque nacional y además tienes entrada libre a una gran cantidad de lugares que, de otra forma, deberías pagar. Sólo por eso ya merece la pena. El desayuno no es nada del otro mucho pero dispone varios restaurantes, una cafetería y un bar donde puedes comer muy bien. En el bar Canopy preparan unos combinados súper bien elaborados. Sin lugar a dudas es el hotel ideal si vas en coche a Rincón de la vieja.

El lloc es podria millorar. Per lo gran que es, la piscina es podria millorar moltissim, es molt petita. Les habitacions son correctes. Les activitats de l hotel son molt cares, al poble hi han varies agencies que les ofereixen mes personalitzades per la meitat de preu.

This place is so beautiful, comfortable and inviting. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. The rooms are clean and bright. The dining room is open and the food is fresh. It’s very very safe and protected. Everything is clearly marked and it’s easy to get around the park. The hot springs and mud are spectacular! Don’t miss it.

Terrible food and hospitality
We were supposed to stay there 2 nights but the unfriendly check in process, the poor quality of the rooms and the terrible quality of the lunch buffet made us go to the reception to ask the cancellation of the second night after 45 minutes in the property.
The answer received was ‘we have policies and must apply a penalty at the value of your 2nd night’.
Tried to speak with a manager in charge but not possible for 3 hours… extremely unprofessional and unfriendly whenwe had a chance to talk.
We stayed then the first night and could not sleep because the sound insulation with the other rooms is terrible.
There are much better options around in Costa Rica, don’t be fooled by this tourist trap.

Nice rooms in a fantastic location with superior service

Wonderful Resort, so far our favorite stop in our Costa Rican trip that has encompassed the past 2 1/2 months.
The room was as expected. Everything worked. Nice amenities, soaps, shampoo, etc. Nice towels, comfortable bed/ pillows. The towels were hit/ miss...sometimes we would get wash clothes and handtowels...sometimes we would not...
Beautiful grounds, nicely landscaped. Toucans and Oropendollas in the trees. Parrots...iguanas.
Easy shuttle service to the park. As well as the waterfalls and thermal hot springs. All free as a guest. Lots of activities and tours. You will stay busy if you wish.
Food decent. Would definitely return.

Huge rooms, clean. Rooms are a bit outdated but great beds, linens etc. Staff was so nice. Tough ride in/out of the resort.

Superbes activités disponibles sur le site, accueil sympathique.

A deux pas de l'entrée du parc, cette hacienda (ou lodge) assez onéreux est cependant plutôt chouette!
