L'emplacement de choix dont jouit le Market Street Hotel, à quelques minutes à pied du château et de Royal Mile, n'est que l'un de ses très nombreux atouts. Ses 98 chambres et suites sont modernes et soigneusement décorées, même les chambres Cozy, qui sont les moins spacieuses. Le personnel est accueillant et aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner, en supplément, est savoureux et réalisé à partir de produits régionaux. En bref, une belle adresse, qui fait efficacement le lien entre l'héritage de la ville et son présent, incarné par le New Town juste au nord.

Over the road from trainstation . Central for everything . Staff outstanding and very helpful .hotel is lovely, food , fantastic . AMAZING .

The bed was set up as twins pulled together and although thin mattresses they were surprisingly comfortable. The shower is okay with two heads and the air conditioner was nice and cold. The breakfast each morning was delicious and was a great way to start the day. The entire staff of the hotel were fantastic and a big shoutout to the concierge, Myles (or Miles) who went above and beyond in multiple ways to create a great Scotland stay. He was extremely helpful in multiple ways. Peter who greeted us in the lobby (I think he is technically the hotel handyman) and we ran into him multiple times during our visit was super kind and welcoming. The dining staff were efficient and very kind. While the hotel team was a highlight… we also enjoyed the location. Near the Royal Mile, train station, Scott Memorial, and much more.
