Kyloe est le quartier général de tous les carnivores amoureux de bonne chère à Édimbourg. La star, c'est le bœuf écossais dans tous ses états, mais il y a aussi du porc, de l'agneau et du poisson. La déco originale et tout à fait de circonstance, avec la vache à l'honneur, de la devanture aux assises. La sélection de vins se prête parfaitement à l'exercice, de même que la vue sur le château.

I complained and got 25% off, so good service. However I haven't left the restaurant happy with my restaurant choice.
The place is beautiful and has a real ambience to it that creates a comfortable dining experience. The steaks were shown to us beforehand so we could see what was on offer first hand by an excellent waiter who was knowledgeable and friendly.
Between 9 of us, we enjoyed a real mixture of sides and steaks, but the main thing we agreed on was that this was a place that knew how to bring out the best flavour of the food prepared. Steaks were cooked perfectly but with a delicious criss cross char to them, I had the portobello mushrooms and baby new potatoes with a ribeye and chimichurri sauce and left all my dishes empty, but the cream spinach yorkie puds also proved really popular in the group. Everything was seasoned so well you won't need anything extra for them but an empty stomach.
This is the benchmark I will measure any steaks against going forwards and I highly recommend it to any meat lovers out there.
