Our stay was barely tenable. Poor customer service and nosey and unprofessional staff. A Hispanic housekeeper used her key and walked into our room without knocking or announcing herself. When she realized I was standing there in the room, her eyes widened and she abruptly left without apologizing or saying anything. Absolutely unprofessional hotel with the worst quality I've seen in Venice. I'm sure you guys can spend a few bucks to train your staff on etiquette with guests and upgrade the room slightly to accommodate modern amenities. The sheets were filthy, not to mention. I would not recommend this hotel and would encourage management to assess their in-house policies regarding entering occupied rooms, cleaning sheets after each visit, and most of all - customer service. Staff stared at us making it uncomfortable during each walk to the parking lot. The vibe was very sketchy and weird, to be honest. Lesson learned! Opportunities for this business to improve if they heed my advice.

Great value for the location. Older hotel with lots of history. Kept clean with helpful friendly staff, but no microwave in the room.

El lugar es excelente en cuanto a ubicación, limpieza, orden y el trato del personal en especial de Luke, que nos apoyo en todo momento a mi y a mis 3 hijas con las que llevo 2 semanas viajando en un RV y no logramos encontrar donde estacionarlo y pasar la noche seguros, lo recomiendo ampliamente en caso que te suceda lo mismo que a nosotros

A media hora andando de Venice Beach y con parking incluido. Personal muy agradable y habitación limpia.
Con los precios de LA, es un sitio mas económico. Le falta algo de encanto en las habitaciones, son un poco tristes.

The imprudence of this place was shocking. I’ve never experienced such rudeness from a hotel front desk staff. It was like ‘the idea of just trying to be a guest there’ infuriated the guy. Like if you hate your job, quit! Don’t taint peoples experience which such nastiness. Never again.
….then again, I guess you get what you pay for.

Wonderful place located in a perfect spot!!! The small team working there is like a family, and I love them! Rooms are clean, the common areas are clean, everything is convenient and nice. They always want their guests to have the best experience. Please contribute to that by being the guests everyone wants in their hotels❤️????????!

Prima plek niet al te ver van het strand. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel in het hotel. Kamers zijn oke. Prijs ook.

Good location, good quality, cheap price. There is iron, mini refrigator, tv, air conditioner in rooms. Reception is very kind and really helpful. Instead of going some where else if you have low budget, i recommend here %100. By the way, owner of the hotel must hate smoking because in every 5 metres, there is a “no smoking” sign. It says its %100 no smoking hotel so if you wanna smoke i don’t recommend this hotel for you. Even open areas you can’t smoke so remind that in your mind.

Only stayed 1 night what a gem wished we stayed longer.
Washed all our clothes for free we been on the road 2 weeks.
1 mile to beach.
Loverly room.

Für den Preis haben wir mehr erwartet. Die Zimmer waren von der Sauberkeit ok aber schon nicht mehr. Einrichtung uralt. Leider ist LA ein teures Pflaster und mussten es nehmen aufgrund des guten Standorts zum Venice Beach und Flughafen

Fajny hotel, znajduje się parking podziemny. Pokoje były czyste i serwis pokojowy co dzień. Dobra lokalizacja gdzie szybko dojedzie się do Venice Beach czy Santa Monica.

we couldn't check untill 400pm it sucked and night it really loud you can hear everything outside it hard to sleep. it's very close to beach and good price range..

ne vous attendez pas à profiter de la piscine, elle est minuscule. par contre, il est assez proche de la plage: balade de 15 min en passant par les canaux.
