The food and hospitality is sucks . They even don’t deserve a star.

Love the food! Broth is flavorful and ingredients are fresh. FYI, they started dine-in again! Not sure if that's permanent but I hope it is. Cash only

My favorite Pho spot in LA. They just reopened indoor dining as well ❣️

The food is still good and some of the best pho in the city. However, it’s takeout only with no indoor or outdoor seating. I would come up from Culver City more often to eat this but there’s no where to actually eat it if you don’t live nearby. Not even a simple outdoor table and seats. And I don’t want to have it sit for 30min while I drive it back home.

I’m sure if you live in the area you can have it delivered but then it’s not fresh either way. Wish they’d open the place back up like before or at least add a simple chair/table set up out front so those of us who don’t live close by can still enjoy it.

The food is okay, the service nearly acceptable, and the ambiance is a table blocking the door so orders can be picked up after your pockets are picked. Pho Cafe is no longer a real restaurant. They resemble a ghost kitchen more than anything else. Their business model is behind a digital firewall and the service is a single individual that keeps track of the orders getting packed by a small kitchen staff. The parking lot is filled with unlicensed delivery drivers on most given evenings blocking each other ready to pounce. The deciding factor here is the huge lack in value Pho Cafe delivers on. For $19 they will pack up a moderately size order that you can assemble yourself into a bowl of Pho, less the bowl part. Two ounces at best would be some thinly sliced beef with hint of freezer burn. A few pieces of tendon and some straggling remnant of tripe topped by two processed meatballs. A small bag with a small amount of bean sprouts, with a slice of jalapeno, and spotted basil will come with your overpriced bowl of soup noodles. On the positive side, their broth is not bad. Your only save here, are other alternatives locally and your drive time spent going to SGV for far better choices.

The guide greens need to be washed .
Additionally I felt it lacked taste.

Ordered through Uber eats. I’ve had this before but the meat they now use in the spring rolls is odd and questionable. Weird texture smell and just taste like oil.

Ii ordered rare steak pho, and got fully cooked pieces of cardboard like meat it didn't even come with a bowl, just the broth in a cup. The broth is flavorless and the vegetable accompaniment was wilted and distressed. I paid $6 for extra meat and it was disgusting. I literally couldn't even eat it. I will never be ordering from here again, and if you know anything about pho I'd recommend you stay far away from it too. Just ew. My dog wouldn't even eat it.

Delicious! Came into LA after a long day of traveling, and had a craving for Vietnamese. The Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong was amazinggg! The beef was so tender and the nuoc cham sauce was the perfect blend of spicy, sour, sweet.

Fresh herbs really complimented it nicely, and the crispy rolls were delicious as well.

If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to spot!!

Food is ok but not authentic. If you don’t pay with cash, there is a 15% service fee which I do not have the patience for. No thanks.

One of the best vegan pho options in Los Angeles. The broth had so much body and depth.

Not sure what they're serving, but it's not Vietnamese food. Owners need to spend more time in Garden Grove to learn what Vietnamese food is or change the name of their restaurant. Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong did not include egg rolls and was made of beef similar to bulgogi, not pork. Flavor was nearly non-existent. The Pho Ga appeared to be from cup-o-noodles. Extremely disappointing! Incredible it could actually be screwed up this poorly. We had to spit out shrimp shells from inside our Goi Cuon (spring rolls). Banh Xeo was mushy and not crispy. Tasted and looked like the same random bulgogi beef instead of pork that was in Bun Cha Gio Thit Nuong. Very disappointed.

Overall: 3.3/5 (Ubereats delivery)

The food delivered pretty quickly but this isn't authentic Vietnamese food.

Cha Ca LA Vong ($15.50) + egg roll ($3): This was okay. Thought the eggroll was better than the fish I grew up in the Bay Area so I have high expectations. It just sucks that we can't find any really good/authentic Vietnamese food in LA.

Banh Xeo ($12.75): This was a different take on banh xeo where they put lemongrass steak and mushroom. I'm sorry to say, but this didn't fly with my husband and I. The steak just didn't go with the banh xeo. The shrimp wasn't cooked correctly either. We didn't use the rice paper which is also not typical for this dish; you usually use the lettuce leaf to wrap the banh xeo in. I don't think they gave nuoc mam either and provided a different sauce. Hard pass for us.

Ordered delivery from here off of Uber eats, was surprised how good the broth was and the meat too. My sister agreed that it was quite delicious and we love quality pho.

Was surprised to see that the Google rating was on the low side. I think it's def better.

the pho ga was very tasty. my first pho. I ordered for pickup at night and it was very hard to find due to poor lighting in the area, a tight little parking area, and the fact that the place has NO sign indicating it's Pho Cafe. I was literally so hangry trying to find this place. Please put a sign up and save the next person the headache.

Ordered on postmates. Barely any chicken on all of our orders and hardly enough noodles. Broth was good but that’s where my positive comments end.

Please switch back to the original noodles! Love this place, but this time noticed that they changed the noodles to a thicker / less rice-like lower quality noodle. I’m hoping this is a temporary supply chain thing and not a permanent cost cutting measure. Please bring back the noodles!

All broth and only two slices of filet mignon steak in my Pho Tai Bo Vien. Way too much MSG. Very disappointed because this place was the bomb pre-Covid.
