Loved everything and most importantly the pancakes and the bacon. Everybody’s working hard we can see the stations. Really appreciated.

종업원분들도 친절하고 음식도 입맛에 맞았습니다.
제가 시킨건 4번세트와 소시지 치즈 오믈렛을 시켰으며 감자튀김과 계란후라이는 간이 세지 않아 좋았고. 오믈렛은 안에 들어간 소시지가 짠맛이 강한편이라 호불호가 갈릴듯 하네요.
음료는 오렌지 주스를 시켰으며 오렌지 주스는 새콤달콤하니 괜찮았습니다

First, we saw a really long line so naturally, we thought, “Oh! Look at this long line! this place must be great!” We also looked up reviews online and they were good with over 7k reviewers.
So we got in line and waited almost an out for what turned out to be a very disappointing experience. When we got inside, we sat down and the waiter came pretty quickly. He was a really nice guy and got our order. The thing is, he brought the wrong order. When we finally sorted out that mess, we started eating, The eggs ( the ones cooked as had requested) and pancakes were decent but the potatoes were pretty bad.We asked our waiter for crispy potatoes but he came back with oily, potatoes that were soft and had no flavor. We also ordered prime rib that was hard (we asked for medium well) and the worst part is the meat tasted “old” and not fresh and it was also flavorless . Even my kids wouldn’t eat it.
The bathrooms stunk, there were used tissues and toilet paper everywhere, and the sink and toilet was a mess.
I think there is potential to do so much better but our experience didn’t reflect that.
Really disappointing experience.

This place has been around at the same location for over a hundred years. It is all old school diner 24 hour breakfast. all cash with an ATM inside

Great place for a hometown breakfast meal. Prices were average for the area and the food was quick and plentiful. Atmosphere was good, as expected in an old school setting.

There was a line to get In. 30 minute wait, well worth it! Fast friendly service! The home made coleslaw was delicious.

I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak mash potatoes gravy coleslaw with toasted bread ???? Mmm ????

I wish they could return to 24 hour service. If you want that to happen as much as me, you need to go there regularly. The staff is excellent. These are classic servers who take pride in their work. Go in the morning and have breakfast. Sit and take it in before modern LA takes it away from us for good.

A very popular place in the downtown LA area not far from Crypto Stadium.

There was a 20 minute wait, but it was very well worth it.

A very classic spot, with shockingly cheap fare. I really enjoyed the sourdough, it’s the best bread I’ve had at any restaurant, hands down.

I ordered the No. 3 with eggs, pancakes, bacon and potatoes. Everything tasted fresh and good and even the coffee is good! Don’t expect to not be a little greasy, but this place is a winner! Very big lines outside waiting but because I was on my own I got a seat at the counter. Highly recommend.

Located in downtown LA, parking is misleading since they tell you to validate in the restaurant. No such thing. Just gives you discounted parking, to top it off they don’t take cards. There is a line to get in. I ate alone so i did get in sooner by sitting in the bar. The stools are hard metal on hard plastic, very uncomfortable, My butt fell asleep. The staff is very friendly and polite. The food is very tasteful and fresh. I recommend the ham omelet with hash browns. The location is old and dated but works for the ambiance. If in the area and don’t mind the wait, I say go.
