Such a friendly welcoming hotel, lovely setting and first class service ensuring we feel welcomed and looked after. Had to be one of the best person hotels.

Please do not stay here. There was no hot water. There is another guest who has reviewed the same 4 days go. When we complained, the lady Celina who claims that she is the general manager lied to us that we were the only ones complaining about no hot water. I see that another guest has reviewed the same 4 days ago. She said she called the plumber and everything was ok. However next day no hot water again. Celina and other staff member ganged up against me saying that my husband and i used 80 l of water. We were hardly in the room. The hot water runs out just after brushing your teeth. This is the first hotel that I have experienced in my life that there was no hot water. We are very well travelled. The hotel charge us premium rates and do not supply basic necessities such as hot water. I asked to write to the group Md. Celine then claimed she will not give me the contact details as she is “ overall in charge” However the investors or group directors should know when you are doing such a poor job. . We were celebrating our tenth wedding anniversary and my birthday all Celine did was offer a complimentary breakfast for the no hot water which we refused. It is very surprising that a 4 star establishment is allowed to run like this. Zero form of customer service. Stains on bedsheet, furniture very dusty that you can’t even sit on it. If you have experienced no hot water please dispute the hotel charge . This no way a hotel should operate like this ! The group directors should know Celine is not capable of running the hotel and is in no way treating guests correctly.
Edit: Celine is lying in her response gain. Another staff member (a male staff at reception) said that guests compete for hot water and its common that in the morning it might run out!

The staff were incredible, the rooms on the water in the canals are fantastic and the location with St Tropez a stones throw away made our stay a 10 out of 10. We will return!

The hotel is conveniently located in the main square of Port Grimaud, adjacent to shops and restaurants. Accommodation is on 2 floors with lift access. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but breakfast is available at an additional charge. There is no free parking and apart from 4 spaces immediately in front of the hotel, all parking is in the resident's car park just outside Port Grimaud, which you are given key card access to once you have checked in. Guests are able to drive into Port Grimaud and park in front of the hotel to drop off luggage after check in. Rooms were tastefully decorated, well presented, clean and comfortable. The rooms include air-conditioning, UK TV channels, and a balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The staff were all brilliant, very friendly, helpful and engaging. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.

A qualification for 4 stars surely would be consistent hot water while taking a shower. Unfortunately, guests compete for available hot water. Another issues was how squeaky our bed was, but that can be easily fixed.

All else was great.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Reception staff were totally charming and could not do enough to help us. It has been a while since we have been so impressed with a hotel. Beautiful room on ground floor which was perfect for our dog Molly. We would not think twice about staying here again when we visit the area.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in this hotel. The hotel appears to have been recently decorated as it was in very good condition. The service provided by the staff is excellent. We stayed in a Superior Room which was spacious enough, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel's location in the centre of Port Grimaud means you have easy access to shops, restaurants and services like the ferry to St Tropez. All in all, a 5 star experience.
