Meine Entdeckung in München im Stadtteil Lehel. Selten ein so liebevoll hergerichtetes Frühstücksbuffet erlebt. Viele frische Komponenten, z.B. Smoothies und sehr leckeres Bircher Müsli. Das Zimmer war zudem groß und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Hellhörig mit dünnen Wänden, man hört den Nachbarn im Bad. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es wird aber derzeit renoviert. Alles da was man braucht, aber auch keine Extras. Freundliches Personal. Sicher ein low-Standard, aber man muss Lage und Übernachtungskosten in Relation sehen...

Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung. Hotelzimmer war sauber, Ausstattung in Ordnung. Recht hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit vielen frischen Zutaten.

War beruflichen in München, die Lage war für mich perfekt, Zimmer sauber und service sehr freundlich, alles gepasst!

(Einziges Manko für mich persönlich ist die Verwendung von Teppichboden, aber anderen könnte das egal)

We stayed here with our 2 and 5 year old. It was absolutely perfect for our stay - central location, clean, and the family room meant that we had one room for us and one for the kids. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to be accommodating. We’d stay here again in a heart beat!

Hotel che rispecchia le aspettative. Buona la posizione non lontana, dal centro. Unica vera pecca è la mancanza di ascensore al piano che ti costringe a portare i bagagli per una rampa delle scale sia in salita che in discesa. È purtroppo nessuno aiuto da parte del personale. Da rivedere.

Good hotel in prime walking location. Parking is not easy and have to get lucky for street parking in front of hotel or parkplatz a few blocks away. Rooms are nice and quiet. 10-15 minute walk from downtown and museums.

Italienischer Flair, sauber, freundliche u. ausreichend große, schön gestaltete Zimmer, nicht Luxus, aber passend. freundliches Personal, Frühstück sehr gut u.a. frisch gepresste Obstsäfte und frischer Obstsalat. Die Lage für Stadtbesichtigung top, zu Fuß 10 min zum Marienplatz, 10 min in die Maximillianstraße. Preis/Leistung top. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nahe beim englischen Garten und der Eisbachwelle.
Man ist schnell, 3 Haltestellen mit der Tram zum Isartor, in der Stadtmitte.
Schönes Frühstücksbuffet, nettes Personal und saubere Zimmer.

Kinda disappointed with this hotel. We stayed for three nights. The hotel has kind of a hostel feel to it. Here are some positives and some negatives:

Positives:
-love the Lehel location and proximity to a tram line and the U station within 4 minute walk.
-nearby grocery and coffee shops and good restaurants.
-friendly staff.
-clean.
-well lit and safe.
-pretty quiet even in a busy neighborhood.
-comfortable beds.

Negatives:
-we were told there would be no hot water for two days (Mon and Tue) from 9am to 6pm when we arrived. But then one night there still was no hot water at 7pm.
-We told front desk of non working bathroom light and it never got changed.
-Be aware of stairs up to lobby and to elevator in case you have mobility issues.

We'd definitely stay in the Lehel neighborhood again, but probably not here. It was not awful, just not great.

Spacious, comfortable double rooms at a low rate (just over €100/night in late October). Excellent location in a good neighborhood with inexpensive parking available close by. Meticulously cleaned rooms and public areas. Very friendly and exceptionally accommodating staff. Sound travels into rooms, but not more than in other hotels I've stayed in.

Habe 2 Nächte verbracht. Personal sehr Nett. Zimmer sauber und das Frühstück war auch perfekt. Für einen Trip nach München sehr gut gelegen das Hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Adria. The location is wonderful for seeing Munich. It is close to a train station and close to the English Gardens and the old town.

Staff was not friendly. The rooms felt like you were in a college dorm. Not as close to town as I would of liked to be.

Im 5. OG ist das Betriebsgeräusch des Liftes bei geschlossener Zimmertür deutlich wahrnehmbar und ab dem frühen Morgen äußerst störend.

Très agréable

Hôtel bien situé et bien desservi par le métro et le tram. Nous étions 3 dans une grande chambre bien isolée bien que sur rue, excellents couchages, salle de douche pratique. Nous n'y avons pas testé les petits déjeuners car nous avons préféré le local avec des saucisses et de la bière !
