Das Hotel hat eine gute Anbindung zum Flughafen. Der Service passt und die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück entspricht aber nicht dem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, daher der Abzug eines Sterns.

Rooms were spacious, toilet & bathroom fittings top notch. Separate bed was provided for kid. Big TV, nice ambience in room created by LED's. Smooth check in & check out experience. Overall great for 1 night stay for those who want to take flight from Munich airport.

Super místo pro přespání přímo na letišti - 5 minut autobusem od terminálu. Moderně vybavený čistý hotel. V lobby možnost pití zdarma. Na pokoji jsem ocenil Nespresso a decentně vybavený minibar + pokoj byl velmi dobře odhlučněný.

Excellent location for commuting, since it's very close to the airport. The staff is very polite and multilingual, rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is excellent (a little overpriced, but that's what you get near an airport).

Teuer, aber am Flughafen gelegen. Essen sollte man ebenfalls auswärts planen, Preise passen nicht zum Produkt.

The guy at the front desk around 1:30am was super helpful and we were able to get a room me and my wife, it helped the next day of traveling.... Thank you so much Hamza for the great service and friendly welcome.

We had to stay here to catch an early flight. The room was cheaply priced for four of us, so expectations were low, but we were greeted by extremely warm and friendly staff, the children were offered fruit and chocolate, the room had free mineral water and coffee and was clean, attractive and accommodating. We will definitely use Novotel again!

Booked this so that we could access Munich airport going to and from a trip. Hotel is conveniently located near the airport, by taking the shuttle bus 635, which stops right across the street from the hotel. This will make getting back to the airport a breeze. Hotel is very clean. Seamless and friendly check-in where we were informed of all the facilities. Rooms are clean and well designed for a short stay. Includes nice toiletries and bottled water and nespresso with selection of tea and coffee and milk. Beds are very comfortable with nice duvets and pillows. Room temperature is excellent for sleeping with quiet fan.

We had dinner at the restaurant and were able to get something healthy with wine etc. great service from the waitress. Fun touch is the robot that brings out food from the kitchen to the dining area. Made everyone smile. It’s a modern hotel and its space is functional. It ticked all the boxes and good value. Would recommend, and will be staying again on returning from our trip.

Mein Flug mit zwei kleinen Kindern wurde gecancelt, wir brauchten schnell eine bequeme Lösung. Novotel hat uns perfekt empfangen und genau das geboten, das wir gebraucht haben – genug Platz, alles sehr sauber und modern, Frühstück im Haus. Im Restaurant gibt es auch eine Ecke für Kinder zum Malen und Spielen. Danke!

Hotel is well located and clean (Brand new).

Staff can be either really friendly and clear or simply rude and does not answer any questions.

To be more precise when checking in, we went to the counter and the young lady asked us name and ID, then gave us the key card with no other information nor guidance.

Breakfast is great but at 28 euro per person, it is quite expensive for what it is in my opinion.

Room was clean but no AC nor can you open the windows...
