Très bel hôtel de style Liberty, installé au sein d'une villa construite en 1906, à mi-chemin entre Marina Grande et la Piazzetta. Chambres élégantes décorées avec goût ; celles de catégorie supérieure disposent d'un jardin avec chaises longues et bain à remous ou d'une terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. Tout est fait pour que vous passiez des vacances inoubliables. Le petit déjeuner propose des produits frais et délicieux. Restaurant et bar dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Quant au personnel, il est toujours aimable et prêt à vous conseiller.

I very rarely give 5 stars - but this boutique hotel has been exceptional, especially in the level of service provided. Cars available whenever you need them, amazing breakfast, team exceptional.

宿泊前日、悪天候でカプリ島に行くのを諦めかけていた時ホテルのスタッフは当日のお昼までサポートしてくれました。港に着くと車の迎えがあります。
遅い時間のチェックインでしたが快い対応でした。その時マップを広げて島の説明がありました。歩きたい人はグーグルマップより詳細なのでオススメです。

部屋は建築や細かいデザインまで大変心に惹かれました。またアメニティも他のホテルに比べると種類が豊富です。
季節の関係もあってプールは見ることしか出来なかったですが次は夏に来てゆったり過ごしたいです。

追記????街や食事に出かける時は送迎が無料でした。
本当に全てが完璧なホテルです。
アジア人差別も見受けられませんでした^^

My family and I had the best hotel experience of our lives at the Excelsior Parco in Capri! The property itself is stunning with enchanting rooms and balconies overlooking the sparkling blue sea. The lemons in the garden are as big as a grapefruit. The food is amazing and breakfast had everything you could imagine.

Despite all of these wonderful things that I have mentioned above, the essential element that makes the Excelsior Parco so outstanding is its amazing team. Gaia, Gabriella, Gianpiero, Stefano, Nellie and the amazing driver Boudika took such good care of us and made us feel like family and that the Parco was our home. They planned so many elements of our stay including touring Capri, day trips to Positano and my 50th birthday celebration. They are extraordinary and I can’t wait to book my trip back to the Excelsior Parco next year!

A fantastic experience at this hotel , all the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you , the breakfast and evening meal was excellent and well priced along with the wine list , they provide a fee car service to the port and main square upon request , the rooms are excellent clean and tidy , good location a really good experience , i would rate 5 stars for this hotel , i cant fault anything about it
