Nos ha gustado mucho la decoración, el servicio de Maria Grazia y Marco. La suite es muy bonita pero la escalera dentro de la suite un poco incómoda y el suelo de parquet en la habitación muy ruidoso. Por la noche para ir al baño despiertas a tu compañero/a. Ubicación fantástica, con metro, en plaza Dante muy activa día y noche y cerca de plaza Bellini con muchos restaurantes y bares, así como de los mejores museos. Gracias

Nous sommes venus en famille et nous avons passé un super séjour.
L’emplacement était idéal car tout près du métro et de lieux culturels.
Le personnel était très gentil et disponible.
La chambre était bien insonorisée.

The hotel is located in the middle of a very historic plaza, and the axis can be a little tricky. Is kept beautifully, and the people are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and they have a great view of the plaza. Centrally located it very convenient to all shops and restaurants, I would highly recommend it and I would definitely go back there

Un vero gioiello nel cuore di Napoli dove rilassarsi e riposare dopo aver scoperto a piedi o con i mezzi comodissimi le bellezze di questa città. Le camere sono silenziose, grandi e luminoe, i letti comodi, pulizia impeccabile e la colazione sfiziosa e con la possibilità di essere (senza supplemento) consumata in stanza.

We stayed in a beautiful room, very spacious, clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly and willing to answer any questions. Breakfast was fine but because there were many of us (we were there with friends) it took a while for everyone to be served.

Posizione ottima, personale gentile, letto comodissimo, belle le camere. Unico difetto l'insonorizzazione, praticamente assente. Dalla nostra camera si sentiva tutto e distintamente dai corridoi,dalla reception e dalla sala colazione.

Adored our stay at Rinuccini! The staff was so warm and welcoming. Mariagrazia made us feel right at home as soon as we checked in. The room was cozy and clean, with a great up to date bathroom. Our view from the balcony was incredible, we were able to look out on the piazza with the Port’Alba right next to us leading into the old city. An excellent price for the level of service offered. The included breakfast accommodations were an added bonus! It was so nice to walk right upstairs in the morning for a cappuccino and croissant. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Naples to stay at Rinuccini!

Enjoyed a great stay here! The rooms were spacious, the service from the staff fantastic, and the location was perfect. It is the best home base for a stay in Naples.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rinuccini Relais. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful and whenever we had a question they were answered very quickly (even via whatsapp, which was very convenient). We would highly recommend to stay there as also the location is top, in the middle of the city and everything is just a short walk away.

Indimenticabile, soprattutto la cortesia e là disponibilità del personale. Posizione è vista fantastica. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli; tornerei sicuramente in questo boutique hotel

Perfektní servis, vyborné snídaně, čisté hezké pokoje. Dobrá poloha v centru. Pokoj č. 5 s výhledem do dvora ????. Lépe vybrat pokoj s výhledm na náměstí. Schody do 3. patra vynikajíci fitness. Rozhodně spokojenost.

Ottimo soggiorno. Hotel in una posizione ottimale. Eccellente l'accoglienza di Mariagrazia gentile e solare, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.
Buona la colazione, come a casa.
Bellissima la vista della suite Port'alba.

Posizione eccellente a 2 passi dalla metro in piazza Dante. Camere molto ampie, finemente arredate e pulitissime. Molto silenzioso nonostante sia in pieno centro.
Colazione deliziosa anche senza glutine.
La disponibilità e la gentilezza del Signor Valerio sono un valore fuori scala. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
Consigliatissimo. Ottimo per le famiglie.

Sitio perfecto. La entrada al edificio es un poco antigua. Situado en un tercer piso con ascensor. Habitaciones ideales y desayuno de diez. Mariagrazia encantadora, nos dió mucha información e incluso sitios donde comer. 150% recomendable. Centrico, con parada de metro, pero a la vez muy silencioso.

This is the best place I have been in Naples. Rooms are incredibly fine and stylish, view is stunning. The location is perfect for visiting the old city. The staff is professional and very kind. Recommended, we will certainly be back!
