Situé à deux pas de Portobello Road, il dispose de chambres à la fois baroques et rock'n'roll, ainsi que d'un grand salon de réception, d'un restaurant et d'un bar ouverts 24h/24. Les clients de l'hôtel ont également accès à un Spa, avec hammam, sauna, bain bouillonnant et salon de massage. Enfin, le jardin caché à l'arrière est particulièrement appréciable durant les beaux jours.

The air conditioning in my room was broken, and the room temperature was 14 degrees Celsius (57 degrees Fahrenheit). When I called the front desk, they said that they had sent a heater, but a small heater in a 193 ft²/18 m² room is ridiculous. When I requested a room changing, They said that the room was full, but it makes no sense to assign us a room with a broken heater in the first place.
I was also disappointed with the lack of apology from the front desk. My mother and I were in London for her birthday, and we had spent the past seven days staying at Marriott-branded hotels. We wanted to end our trip with a special night at The Portobello Hotel, which is the setting for the movie Notting Hill. We are very disappointed that we had to spend our last night in London freezing.
I paid £233.45 for one night at this hotel. For that price, I could have stayed at the Hilton London Paddington or paid more to stay at a Marriott-branded hotel.
I urge anyone considering a stay at this hotel to read my review and reconsider
