Even though you provided a map for the parking, we were not prepared for the trek to your hotel w/luggage. Your hotel is perfectly located and our room was perfect.

Great location and friendly staff. Unfortunately the restaurant was only open for dinner but had a great menu. No lounge area. Continental breakfast was included which was a great start to the day. The only negative was that our room was only cleaned twice during our one week stay inspite of us putting out the housekeeping sign.

We really appreciated Maya in the restaurant at breakfast times. She was so kind and sweet. I am gluten and dairy intolerant, so it was hard for her to find something for me each day, but I always had something, at least an egg, usually more. Maya improved our experience at breakfast every day.

The front desk staff was particularly helpful. I would especially like to thank Dany for the help he gave us! He even showed me how to pay my parking ticket online! Great service!

Malheureusement, la chambre était ordinaire. On nous a mal informé sur le café du matin et la toilette était défectueuse ( elle coulait constamment). La porte de la douche ne fermait pas completement...

Our check in was very smooth. Had a Kayak and cartop travel box on car which was too high for normal parking. The owner who checked us in was very accommodating & helpful with parking. Room, location & neighborhood were perfect!

Belle emplacement , bien malgré les circonstances de e la Covid. Les escaliers devraient être spécifiés lors de la réservation car pour personnes ayant un problème de mobilité c'est plus difficilement accepcible.

We loved the location and all of the staff. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and kind. Our room was very, very warm. We had to keep the window cracked open, even with the heat off. We also wished we could turn the fireplace off at night so the room would be darker, but couldn’t figure out how to do so. We also didn’t ask so that is on us. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you.

Great location. Dinner was good however at breakfast many items were not available even though only 1 hour after opening.
