Friendly, happy place. Not luxurious, but very good. The owners treated us like family. And the location on Rue St Louis in Old Town Québec can't be beat.

Accueil merveilleux, tout d'abord la situation géographique est parfaite, ensuite nous sommes reçus comme à la maison. La générosité de Mme et M. Balti est incroyable, les petits-déjeuners changent tous les jours et sont délicieux.
La chambre que nous avons occupés était très confortable avec salle de bain privée.
La possibilité de pouvoir garer sa voiture est également un +. Leur salle des petits-déjeuenrs permet une grande convivialité entre les hôtes et les conseils de Mme et M Balti nous ont permis de passer un séjour incroyable.
Merci encore et peut être a un de ces jours dans notre maison d'hôtes sur le Bassin d'Arcachon.

Our hosts and the breakfast were amazing. Very good people (owner-operators). The location was also quite central and we walked everywhere. Don't expect luxury. The rooms could use some updating, but they were definitely clean.

Accueil extraordinaire du couple de propriétaires. Il faut noter la vétusté manifeste des lieux. Il faudrait une bonne rénovation. Dommage aussi ne nous facturer les frais de paiement par cb, 3,8% qd même.Par contre logement bien super en hyper centre.

We just had the most amazing stay for five nights at B&B St. Louis. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from everywhere we wanted to go. The B&B was very clean and well-maintained, and we were very comfortable there! The building is a heritage site, so beautifully decorated in the antique style. And I can't say enough about our incredible hosts. They took great care of us, helping us plan the things to see, and treating us to a delicious breakfast every morning. We will stay there again next time, absolutely!

The building was part of the first City Hall of Quebec and it is managed by an absolutely lovely couple that will make sure you feel at home. Breakfast is all homemade.

Cannot beat this location. Walking distance to everything. Ahmed and Silva go out of the way to help you. Do not miss home made breakfast. Everyday different varieties- crepe, woffel and eggs. Rooms are of adequate size.

I had a wonderful week here. It is very close many sightseeings in Quebec city. You can walk and enjoy the beauty of Quebec. The host is so nice and kind. I love the home made breakfast so much. They are very tasty and special. If you are worried about booking uber or taxi to go to the airport in very early morning, the host can offer you a ride with very reasonable price. Many thanks for your hospitality. My family will come back Quebec soon. Very high recommended this place.

We had a lovely stay here. The hosts are wonderful people and very helpful. The breakfasts are homemade and delicious. Would gladly stay here again.

I am not sure where all these ratings come from but can only imagine that they are mostly fake. Don’t believe them as I did this place is less than a 3 star. And they will try not to give your money back.
The place is run down and smells of bad food cooking. Not representative of the web site. We stayed only 30min and got a real 3 Star just down the street. Sorry I have to be honest maybe my expectations are realistic.

Couple chaleureux, on est accueilli comme à la maison. L'emplacement est idéal et les petits déjeuners plus le café de l'après-midi sont soignés. J'ai apprécié l'échange.

Vous vous sentez dans leur gîte comme chez vous avec la possibilité de prendre des petites-déjeuners variés, faits maison, de qualité !
Pour ma part, à chacune de mes visites de Québec, je réserve au B&B Saint Louis, idéalement placé au coeur de la vieille ville, à deux pas du Chateau Frontenac !
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous serez reçu de façon remarquable !
