Te enseñan el proceso de fabricación y luego entras a la sala donde tienen todo. Es imprescindible negociar ya que el primer, el segundo y hasta el tercer precio que te dan, suelen estar pasados de precio.
No me gusta tener que estar discutiendo pero parece que siempre se llega a un acuerdo.
También intentarán venderte más cosas de las que realmente quieres así que hay que ir con las cosas claras y decidido, si te ven dudar te venden hasta un extintor.

I was taken here as part of a group tour by a tour guide. They definitely over-charge tourists and in retrospect I should have bargained a lot more. I paid US$60 for a simple Citrine and silver stud earrings and a tiny Citrine pendant on a silver chain. I paid another US $20 for Rose Quartz silver stud earrings. These items were definitely not worth that much but I fell into the trap. As others have mentioned, they give you a whole demonstration about how they polish their own jewels and then lead you into a showroom where they pressure you into making purchases you do not need. After returning home, I discovered almost an identical necklace on Amazon sold for the same price. That is when I realized I did not get a good deal at all and that the necklace was nothing special. As a tourist, I would not go to places like this especially not with a guide because you will never get a good deal unless you are very good at bargaining and/or have done your research ahead of time.

Great friendly service. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. We made a purchse and saw something we wernt happy with a couple of hours later, went back the next day a little apprehensive. It was really refreshing to be treated with the same level of friendliness and respect.
With the help of Mahendra we reached a satisfactory solution.

We had the pleasure of visiting Ratnavali courtesy of our tour guide.
We went to the factory where we saw people working the machines to cut the precious stones.
We were educated on the different stones and finally led into the show room.
It was incredible! Beautiful! And reasonably priced.
The staff were welcoming and allowed us to take our time looking and selecting what we liked.
It was a lovely visit and one I would recommend, however, be careful about being coerced to buy things you really don't need and be mindful about tour guides, they front for the shops.

The collection here is best of all the stores I visited in Jaipur. The staff of Ratnavali Jewelry is very kind and humble.
