Superbe moment au spa de l’hôtel. L’emplacement est magnifique au cœur de la petite France. Le spa a vu sur plusieurs bâtiments magnifiques.

Le staff est à l’écoute et aux petits soins. Le spa était très calme, et bien équipé. Le massage était super. Foncez !

Les chambres sont très agréables, calmes , décoration épurée , soignée et accompagnée de jolies intentions lors de votre arrivée . La literie est très confortable , avec des draps de qualité . Vous pouvez sur demande et en supplément bénéficier du service de blanchisserie.
La décoration des espaces communs est moderne et sobre tout en intégrant parfaitement l’histoire du bâtiment.
Le petit déjeuner est parfait : du choix à n’en plus finir : salé , sucré , chaud ou froid , des produits frais, de saison et maison , des choix supplémentaires sont possible à la carte ( en supplément mais cela vous est annoncé) .
Mention spéciale pour les petites salades fraîches en verrine & le pain perdu : qui sont mes coups de coeur de ce beau buffet .
Si vous vous régalez au petit déjeuner , vous pouvez sans soucis vous régaler le midi ou le soir , la qualité ne baisse pas .
Sur demande et commande vous pouvez bénéficier du petit déjeuner en chambre . Mais en cette belle saison , profitez plus tôt de la terrasse avec vue imprenable sur l’Ill , le quartier et son architecture typique alsacienne.
Rendez vous au spa pour un parfait moment de détente sur les toits avec vue imprenable sur la petit France , à l’abris du bruit et des regards .
La cabine à sel est vraiment belle, la douche sensorielle un pur plaisir , profitez de la belle vue sur les toits également depuis le sauna .
Vous pourrez vous désaltérer avec plaisir au spa : de l’eau étant à disposition en accès libre ainsi que des petites douceurs .
Si vous le souhaitez en supplément, vous pouvez vous faire plaisir avec d’autres boissons .
Le Spa est propre , le personnel disponible, et fait preuve de discrétion .
N'hésitez pas à réserver , et profiter des soins , ils sont de qualité , les filles s’adaptant à vos envies , vos attentes et votre type de peau .

La situation géographique de l’hôtel est un atout : dans une rue calme , piétonne sur les bords de l’ILL et proche de la verdure .
Une fois votre voiture garée par le service voiturier , vous pouvez visiter Strasbourg sans soucis à pied : 5 min de marche vous sépare de la cathédrale, les douceurs alsaciennes se trouvent dans les rues commerçantes toutes proches , les boutiques de luxe sont à 10 min à pied .

Everything was a short walk away.

I'm not saying this is the best hotel in Strasbourg (it's the only one I've stayed in) but I can't imagine better. The staff is so warm and wonderful. The location is fantastic (my room was above the lock so I opened the windows at night and enjoyed the sound of the water and the cool) with easy access to all of Strasbourg. The room is so comfy. I would stay here again. I would come back to Strasbourg to stay here

-First. The page is not clear that Regent Pavilion is another building than Regent Petite France. Pavilion has much less quality in the rooms and no lobby. |-Second. Rooms have very limited view because of their small windows. We saw 5 options and did not like any of them. Very few and poor amenities. The shower is terrible and the more luxurious rooms do NOT have a shower, but only a bathtub. |-Third. Both the lobby of the main building as well as the first floor of the Pavilion smell terrible. I don’t know if something was wrong with their pipes or it smells like that because of the river. The personnel never knew what was wrong. We could never enjoy breakfast at the hotel because it stinks badly. |Well, I hope next time Í find myself a better option because this hotel is not for me. Not worth the price.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in Center of Petite-France, Strasbourg, with an attentive, warm welcoming staff. From our arrival to departure the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, supportive when we needed help (finding a restaurant or museum or boat trip and ESPECIALLY dealing with an errant ATM or a left-behind item). There is so much to see and experience in the Strasbourg Alsace region, from the wonderful museum to the inner city to the historical background to the European Parliament, and the Regent is in the middle of it all. Breakfast Buffet is expensive and not a great value compared to what’s available in town, though the a la carte menu is certainly acceptable. We had never been to Strasbourg so being in the center of the old town was essential to our exploring and enjoying, especially since the weather did not cooperate - raining and windy most days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel to all who travel to this wonderful city at strategically located for exploration: in the Alsace French/German region of France.

Lo primero a destacar es la atencion de todo el personal.|Al llegar, las chicas que nos recibieron, Claire y Marie, nos ofrecieron un up grade de habitacion, con lo cual estuvimos comidisimos, con un lugar muy amplio y con excelente baño.|La habitacion era la 112, con gran calidad de descanso.|Un párrafo aparte para el spa, incluido, completisimo, con sauna seco, sauna humedo, buen jacuzzi, lugar de relax y duchas.|Tomamos la habitacion sin desayuno incluido, por lo cual no puedo opinar sobre el mismo.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, sauber, gute Matratzen, Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Leider schauen wohl die meisten Classic rooms auf eine heruntergekommene nur noch teilbewohnte Häuserzeile gegenüber. Wenn man sich weit aus dem Fenster lehnt sieht man etwas vom Fluss. Im Bad kaum Belüftung, also Dampfraum nach dem Duschen, zuwenige Halterungen für Handtücherv etc... Im angrenzenden separaten WC gute Belüftung.|Personal war multisprachig und sehr freundlich. Nette Bar mit Terrasse am Fluss, mit dem Hotelstandard angemessenen Preisen und guten Cocktails. Gegessen haben wir (sehr gut) auswärts, auch Frühstück, da wir morgens kaum was essen, da hätten sich die 34 € dafür nicht gelohnt.|Unerfreulich war der Mangel an Infos sowohl auf booking.com als auch auf der Hotelwebsite. I stayed here for four days and I think 3-star for the Regent is fair and objective. I’ve been many Regent in different countries but I’m kinda disappointed by the room. First I was shocked that there’s no shower in Deluxe room and there are spiders in the bathroom. And our room was in the attic and the space was not as good as expected. But the staff are superb and helpful. The service is as good as my expectations. The spa is great and gives me peace of mind during my stay. So totally this is a Regent with standard service, excellent location and interesting history but disappointed bathroom and room design.

Last week, we stayed at this hotel in Strasbourg and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent – right in the middle of the old town and surrounded by plenty of nice restaurants, cafés, and shops. Everything is within walking distance, so you can easily explore the city without needing transport.

The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they gave us good tips on where to eat nearby.

Our room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The pillows could have been better, but that’s a small detail. It was a bit warm in the room at night, even with the air conditioning on, and opening the windows didn’t help much – something to keep in mind during warmer months.

The only thing that could be improved is the shower. It had a handheld shower head but no proper wall mount, which made showering slightly awkward.

The hotel’s restaurant was closed during our visit, but the menu looked very promising. Breakfast was available, though we felt it was a bit expensive for what was included.

Despite a few minor things, we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.

We visited Strasbourg in 2016, and we were captivated by the area Petite France. We were not disappointed-the location is fantastic. Upon check-in, we were upgraded at no charge to a Junior Suite-a real treat! The room and the overall property are up-to-date and very clean. We found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. The valet parking is easy.

We had a lovely stay here. Driving instructions were clear and parking was easy. The staff were wonderful, very warm and thoughtful. It was great to have free access to the spa for an hour, and while it is small, it was perfect for us. Breakfast was great. Only criticisms, the room was a little sparsely decorated and the bathroom could be more modern, but otherwise a great stay.

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of the Strasburg tourist Area known as petit France. The entire staff was very friendly and professional, especially Maria in the front desk the hotel offers convenient, valet parking and easy access even though it’s in a restricted pedestrian area. My wife and I had dinner in the bar area which was very nice. the food, the service and the view of the canal Was wonderful. Also very quiet and private. Like Maria in the front desk, Evan in the bar area was friendly, professional, and efficient, both always with a smile. I unequivocally recommend this hotel.

To stay at the Regent Petit France was a really special treat. It is a five star hotel with beautiful rooms, excellent amenities and a terrific breakfast. On top of it all, it could not be more centrally located in the old town of Strasbourg. If you want a high end hotel experience, you can’t go wrong at the Regent Petit France.

Top Hotel in der malerischen Altstadt

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We were given a connecting room with very poor insulation, and we could hear everything from the room next door-including a baby crying throughout the night. The noise made it almost impossible to sleep or relax. We raised the issue with the staff, but sadly, they were not helpful and didn't offer any solution or room change. For the price and reputation, we expected a much more restful and accommodating experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for peace and quiet, there were also lots of ants in the room which is shown in my photos, the only good thing in the hotel is the staff at the bar and the quality of the food and drinks.

Arriving by car was frustrating—access is complicated, and we only learned after struggling that you need to Google the Marco Polo restaurant and call the hotel for an entry code. It would have been helpful to receive those instructions ahead of time.

The hotel also recommended what turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had in France. Their “spa access” includes only a sauna and showers—the jacuzzi was cold and unusable.

We came expecting a five-star experience, but between the poorly designed rooms, dirty bathrooms, disappointing restaurant recommendation, and lack of support for booking local activities, this stay has been a major letdown. This hotel was meant to be a highlight of our trip—it’s been the opposite. We honestly can’t wait to check out.

Localisation parfaite pour explorer la ville et dormir au calme. Mais surtout un accueil, un service aux petits soins à tout moment avec une très grande gentillesse. Excellent petit déjeuner à base de produits locaux, bien diversifié. Séjour exceptionnel !

Ma femme enceinte, a demandé en urgence de passer au toilette et ils l'ont pas laissé en disant qu'elle ne se loge pas dans l'hôtel.

Absolutely the best location in Strasbourg to visit the old town. We had an issue with our room the first night, and they were so accommodating to upgrade us to the most wonderful suite the second night. Great service. Very comfortable beds. Lovely setting. We did not eat breakfast there, but wonderful cafes just around the next blocks. One couple in our group took advantage of their spa and absolutely loved it. Highly recommend booking here.

Located in the Le Petite France district, where lots of good restaurants nearby, breakfast is good and staff is friendly. Just 10 mins walk to the Cathedral and market square, very convenient.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. There are some positive things, but I would never stay here again. First, it's a great location, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is lovely and the rooms are nice. Here's my two complaints...no air conditioning available during our stay. It was April and warm, but we were told it was not yet turned on for season. It was very warm in the room so we had to sleep with window open which caused restless sleep due to outside noise. Second complaint, there was no shower in the bathroom. It was merely a hand held shower head, attached to the tub, where you could not stand due to sloped ceiling, which made it difficult to shower and impossible to not flood the bathroom floor. My recommendation would be to inquire about those two issues before booking, because our stay was otherwise pleasant.
