Has a bar. Checkin desk. Elevator and A/C. Electronic locks. Safe in room. Tub with shower. Makeup mirror. Electric shutters on windows and blackout curtains. Breakfast €17 per person. Lots of cafes nearby. Walkable with cases from the train station. Lots of umbrellas guests can use.Nespresso machine and water kettle. Refrigerator. Closets with hangers. 3 pillows each. Desk with plugs. Plugs next to bed both sides. Reading lights. Wifi6 414Mpbs down 218mbps up.

Tout d’abord la chambre est très confortable, bien décorée, avec le nécessaire pour se désaltérer. La literie est très confortable. L’hôtel est à 5 min de la gare et du centre ville. La mention spéciale est pour la réception : une jeune femme adorable nous a conseillé de supers adresses et a pris le temps de nous indiquer des lieux intéressants à Strasbourg. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Perfektes Hotel. Ein paar Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Ein paar Gehminuten in die Stadt. Ruhige Lage. Zimmer modern und sauber.

Chambre particulièrement spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour confortable. Mention spéciale pour l'équipe de réception, pour la qualité du petit-déjeuner et pour la literie, qui garantit de très bonnes nuits de sommeil. La situation centrale de l’hôtel, à deux pas de la gare et du cœur historique de Strasbourg, est idéale pour se déplacer à pieds. Le calme est très appréciable – un vrai cocon au cœur de la ville.

Mein Aufenthalt im Best Western Plus Hotel in Straßburg war rundum gelungen!
Die Lage ist super nahe am Bahnhof und in wenigen Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das überaus freundliche und aufmerksame Personal – die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen.

Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet.

Zum Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen, da wir ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten.

This BW is very nice, clean, up to date and in a great location. The staff was excellent, check in and check out were easy. Very close to the church, La Petit France, the river, etc. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The staff was GREAT, very helpful answering questions and providing good suggestions.

Наверное, четыре звезды были здесь лет пять назад. Либо это какие-то особенные французские звезды.
Отель необходимо обновить.
Душевые должны закрываться.
Предметы гигиены контролироваться, у нас в номере они закончились.
Брали семейный номер, он был очень маленьким.
С закрытыми окнами слышно, что происходит на улице.
Цены должны соответствовать.
И да, для нас не оказалось места в гараже.
В ближайшем паркинке плюс 25 евро. Спасибо.

Извините, не могу поставить более, чем три звезды. И то, в этом заслуга персонала.

After a couple of 27c days room was stuffy and hot , air conditioning did not work. At first staffed seemed willing to help and would have it taken care of while we were at dinner. Well that did not happen and we actuall were told by another that this was a problem for several guests. We were on a busy street so having the windows open even after midnight was too loud. Never mind getting a good nights sleep. Room was clean,good location to petit France. Shower small and tight.|It is not very often I write negative reviews.

Chambres confortables et le petit déjeuner était très bon avec des produits alsaciens représentatifs Quelques pas de la Petite France- Tous très gentils, particulièrement Cindy???? à réception. During our stay, the hair dryer of bathroom explode, and the staff don’t even ask if we’ve injured. It seems like the hotel didn’t care about customer’s safety. Besides, room is clean, breakfast is very hearty.

Durant notre séjour, le sèche-cheveux de la salle de bain s’est explosé, et le personnel ne demande même pas si on est blessé. Il semble que l’hôtel ne se soucie pas la sécurité des clients. En dehors de ça, la chambre est propre, le petit déjeuner est très copieux.

Chambre confortable, seul bémol la fenêtre de la salle de bain, qui le matin vous réveille car la lumière tombe directement sur le lit (la porte de la salle de bain étant en verre).

Nice hotel, centrally located. Rooms are of ok size and clean. Staff is kind and attentive. Breakfast is good. They have a garage down the street which is ok.

Hôtel bien situé à deux pas de la petite France et à proximité de la gare. |Accueil professionnel et courtois. |Chambre spacieuse, claire et au calme. Salle de bain neuve et pratique avec douche à l’italienne. Literie confortable. Volets électriques. Plateau de courtoisie et mini frigo. |Bref un rapport qualité prix excellent.

We stayed here on a business trip because it's located next to the train station. There are various hotels near the station which make it a convenient place to stay and various restaurants nearby. We booked a family room which was good in size, clean, and most importantly a baby bath and changing mat was provided. It was very unusual for a hotel to provide a changing mat and a baby bath which makes our stay really comfortable.
I have highlighted a few pros and cons.
Pros:
1. Provided baby bath and changing mat
2. Powerful shower
3. Good location
4. Friendly staff
5. Dressing gown was provided

Cons:
1. Breakfast was limited, not many hot food options
2. Compact lift
3. Small bathroom for a family room

Overall, it's a good place, but definitely not a 4 star hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel for lunch or dinner which is quite unusual. We had a good time but it would be nice if certain improvements are made.

Alt eingesessenes Hotel welches als Franchise als Best Western geführt wird. Sehr zentral in eher ruhiger Seitenstraße gelegen. Das touristische Zentrum von Straßburg ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.|Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, mehrsprachig.|Garagenplatz ist auf Anfrage um 17,- verfügbar. Ein- und Ausfahrt nur in Begleitung eines Hotelmitarbeiters, da die Garage sehr eng ist.|Das Hotel dürfte immer wieder renoviert werden, was zb an den modernen Gängen in den Etagen erkennbar ist. Zimmer komplett ausgestattet, alles ordentlich, allerdings dort und da etwas Überarbeitungsbedarf.|Leider wird Straßburg immer mehr zu einem Touristenzentrum à la Disneyland. Autofahrer unerwünscht, Straßen werden zunehmend rückgebaut. Teilweise auch für Fußgänger gefährliche Radfahrer unterwegs.
