Great location, interesting design, clean rooms, friendly staff.
There is Coffee and sweets and snacks for free throughout the day in the breakfast room, which give a unique touch to this hotel. There is a fitness room and sauna as well.
Close to the train station, which is convenient if you travel by train. The old city center is just a short walk away.
I highly recommend this hotel.

Un grand merci à Thomas à la réception pour son accueil chaleureux ! Il a répondu à toutes mes questions, m’a super bien expliqué la ville et m’a donné de super recommandations de restos et de bars. Grâce à lui, j’ai passé un super séjour. Vraiment top ! N’hésitez pas à le solliciter lors de votre arrivée.

Tolles und originelles Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Dennoch sehr ruhig (Zimmer zum Hof, schlafen bei offenem Fenster möglich). Zimmer hat alles was man benötigt, zwar klein, dennoch vollkommen ausreichend und gemütlich. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliche Angestellte. Da kommt man gerne wieder.

Hotel Arok exceeded my expectations in every way. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the train station, which made getting around incredibly easy. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the stylish and welcoming vibe throughout the hotel, including the common areas which were perfect for relaxing or catching up on work. A special shoutout to their commitment to sustainability and their Green Key certification—it’s great to see a hotel that truly walks the talk on being environmentally responsible. Highly recommended!

We booked this hotel for location and good reviews, but the experience is far from being great. Arrived on a day that the high temperature is around 94F. Although we book the largest room, it only has a tiny ac vent at the room entry area. The ac was set at 18 Celsius, unfortunately it never went below 84F according to thermometer we have. That is unacceptably hot. You can’t control the thermostat in your room and the hotel doesn’t care to do anything about it. Also, there is only one small elevator, so you will have to wait for over 10 minutes in busy time. Once we got the the floor where our room is located, it is a dark and narrow hallway and you need to carry your suitcases up and down for more steps to get to the room. Furthermore, there are no coffee machine, nor water heater, not even a cup in the room, neither are dental kits or a soap. A few reviewers mentioned how nice the front desk staffs are. They are fine, but if you don’t greet them first, they won’t even look at you or offer any help. Not a complaint but just not a realistic description. We love Strausboug, but definitely won’t return to this hotel.

El hotel se encuentra justo en frente de la estación central y a unas calles del centro. Por lo tanto tienen una localización muy céntrica. El desayuno definitivamente necesita mejorar. La calidad de los embutidos no es buena. En el video adjunto se observa lo duro que estában los hot cakes. En general la variedad no es mucha. La decoración, para mi, no es agradable. Tiene un estilo lúgubre para un gusto particular.

Lovely, contemporary, quirky hotel, our room was very clean, comfortable bed, lovely bathroom. Had a balcony and view of the station, we had the door and windows opening in the evening because of the weather and there was no noise or disturbance at all. Breakfast excellent, not a big area to serve breakfast but there was plenty of choice and food available at all times, great coffee too (which is served 24 hours). Nice seating area for eating or having a drink later in the evening. Excellent location for us, less than five minutes from the train station, perfect base as we wanted to tour outside of Strasbourg as well, pleasant 10 - 15 minute stroll in to the centre and Petite France. it was a great stay, served all our needs, would definitely be my choice again when I come back to Strasbourg.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Les lieux sont très propres, bien entretenus et accueillants. L’ambiance est calme, ce qui permet de vraiment se reposer. Le personnel est agréable et discret. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la tranquillité des lieux et le confort de la chambre. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de mon prochain passage.

Hotel molto bello e tranquillo pur essendo in centro davanti alla stazione centrale. Camere pulite e colazione nella norma. Posizione centrale e favorevole per andare in centro a piedi in 15 minuti. Bar e ristoranti in zona compresi supermercati e negozi

Je laisse cet avis par rapport au buffet petit déjeuner et l accueil du personnel tant de la réception qu au service . Je vais régulièrement prendre mon petit déjeuner la bas car le rapport qualité prix est imbattable 14€ le buffet à volonté sucré salé avec boissons chaudes et jus également accessible aux non résidentsde l hotel.. Le hall d accueil est magnifique il y a une bibliothèque un peu + à l abris des regard qui a un charme fou également. Mention special à Lauryne ce jour là à l accueil qui de part son sourire et sa sympathie a su me faire oublier mes soucis du jour et a permis que je passe un agréable moment avec mes enfants là bas. Je vous souhaite tout ce que la vie a de + beau

Βολικό ξενοδοχείο για κάποιον που θέλει να είναι απέναντι από τον σταθμό του τρένου! |Το δωμάτιο ωραίο με θέα και ήσυχο, αλλά δεν είχε ψυγείο και το κλιματιστικό δεν δούλευε τις δύο ημέρες που μείναμε είχε ζέστη και έτσι ο ύπνος δεν ήταν καλός!|Ακόμα η τουαλέτα ήταν απέναντι από το μπάνιο και αυτό δεν ήταν Βολικό...|Το πρωινό είχε από όλα αλμυρά και γλυκά κρύα και ζεστά εδέσματα, πλήρες θα έλεγα! |Όλη την ημέρα υπάρχει δωρεάν καφές και σνακ στο χώρο του πρωινού!|Προτείνεται..

J'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner à l'hôtel Arok et tout était parfait ! Le personnel est adorable, au petit soin pour ses clients; ma chambre était impeccable, très spacieuse et confortable. Un petit déjeuner complet avec un "vrai" et excellent café ???????? Très pratique car face à la gare et en plein centre ville... vraiment idéal, merci ????

El hotel a nivel general está bien, el desayuno muy variado, espacios limpios y tranquilos.
Tiene muy buena ubicación, justo en frente de la estación de tren y a escasos pasos del centro.
Nos ha restado mucho que tras haber salido del hotel a las 7 de la mañana para pasar el día en Europa Park, a la vuelta (TODO EL DIA FUERA) nos encontramos nuestra habitación abierta de par en par con un enganche de puertas y con la luz encendida con una tarjeta que adjunto en la foto; dentro teníamos ordenadores, móviles de trabajo, dinero... Han pedido disculpas pero no han dado ninguna explicación de lo ocurrido por lo que yo no volvería a este hotel porque no siento que mis cosas vayan a estar seguras ni disfrutaría del viaje pendiente de este tema...

Remek lokáció, kedves személyzet, tiszta, modern szobák. A legkisebb típusú szobában meglepően kicsi az ágy és elsőre furcsa lehet, hogy a csap nem fért be a mosdóba, hanem a szobában van. De egyáltalán nem zavaró! :)

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja zaraz przy dworcu kolejowym. Z lotniska podjeżdża pod niego autobus Lufthansa, a hotel jest po drugiej stronie placu. Obsługa bardzo miła. Pokoje w stylu rustykalny, ale na dwie noce w sam raz, chociaż jak na dwie osoby trochę mały. Kawę, herbatę, kubki, talerzyki można wziąć z lobby, jest darmowa.

Toller Service, sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Extrem angenehme Atmosphäre, saubere Zimmer…kein einziger Punkt an dem es etwas auszusetzen gibt.
Volle Punktzahl, uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung…hier kommt man jederzeit gerne wieder ????

Highly recommended for every aspect of our 6 night stay.
Spotlessly clean accommodation with comfy beds, a fabulous lounge & restaurant area with a great array for breakfast.
We were welcomed every day with a smile.
Easy to come back with supper to chat, relax and enjoy the bar.
Well located for all that is Strasbourg.

Nettes kleines Hotel mit sehr sympathischem Personal. Perfekte Lage am Bahnhof. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof. Fast rund um die Uhr kostenlose Heißgetränke sowie Wasser, Obst und Süßes in der Lobby. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hotel moderno y céntrico. Está en una ubicación excelente a dos pasos de la estación, a una calle del centro de Estrasburgo, rodeado de restaurantes. La habitación mediana es muy bonita, moderna, con cama grande y cómoda. grandes ventanales y unas vistas a la estación espectacular. El baño moderno y cómodo, aunque le falla un poco la presión de agua y eché a faltar el bide. El desayuno genial, variado y rico. Volvería al mismo hotel sin dudarlo.

Que gran sorpresa, nuestro alojamiento en Estrasburgo.
Ubicación privilegiada a, literalmente, un minuto de la estación de tren. Igualmente, a 20 segundos del inicio de la calle que conecta con el centro.
El hotel bien podría tener 4*. Habitaciones super confortables y bonitas, zonas comunes muy cuidadas e interesantes.. y agradecemos los dos cocktails con los que nos obsequiaron por San Valentin.
Para repetir y recomendar!

Ruhiger Schlaf war nicht möglich!
Frühstück: Ich hatte den Eindruck, die Croissants und Brötchen sind aufgebackene Tiefkühlkost.
Zimmer,wände und Zimmertüren sind nicht sehr hochwertig, man hört die Nachbarn und die Leute auf dem Gang sehr deutlich.
Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen!
