Havlular günlük değişmiyor yere attiginiz yere koyduğunuz değişmesi gereken havluyu tekrar yerden alıp koyuyorlar odada sadece çarşaflar düzeltip çıkmışlar o da temizlemede eşyalarınızı bir alana yığmışlar naparsınız yapın gibilerinden
Kahve makinesi kapsülleri günlük olarak değişmiyormuş zaten koydukları iki kapsül eğer kahve içmek isterseniz kapsül satın almak zorunda kalıyorsunuz
Güzel olan tek şey belki kahvaltı olduğunu söyleyebiliriz

Odalarda herhangi bir dolap ya da en basitinden bir otel odasında bulunması gereken şeyler yok banyo terliği,tarak,diş fırçası vb.
Çocukla kalmamıza rağmen bir yatak getirildi evet güzel ama çocuğumuzun elini yıkaması bile mümkün değil bir basamak getirilmesi gerekirdi. Oda temizliği çok kötü yatağı toplayıp gerisini karmaşık bir şekilde bırakıyorlar oda toplanmış mı anlamak mümkün değil! Odada kahve makinesi var ama 2 kapsül sonrası bitiyor ertesi gün de yeni kapsül yok içmek isterseniz satın almanız gerekiyormuş bunu anlamak mümkün mü? Günlük giriş yapip çıkalım mı yani?! Konumu güzel tramvaya yakın başka da güzelliğini göremedim. Hiç sevmedim bir daha kalmam.

the receptionist are awful and judged someone by their appearance the person that I had on call and the person in the reception are two completely person either you wear a fancy suit to get a room or if you are wearing normal chlothes forget about this hotel

Lovely and helpful service staff. Clean and organized space. Parking is scant, but doable if you read the fine print and use an app. Using the cinema garage is easiest.

If you are sensitive to strong scents, take note. Unfortunately, I can’t stay at Aloft hotels again because of the overwhelming scent of the cleaning solutions used in the elevator and public spaces. The hand soap and shampoos are also so strongly scented that one handwashing made me sick with a sore throat and prompted a migraine. This is sad because Aloft was once a moderately priced hotel appealing to young professionals and midlife adults.

객실에 체크인시간을 설정을 왜 하게둔건지 14시로 설정하고갔으나, 입실불가로 15시 체크인이라는 말만되풀이하며 기다림.

객실들어갈땐 깔끔해보였으나 안에 굉장히 건조하고 수많은 먼지들로 잠을 이룰수없을정도로 콧물이 줄줄흐름.

If you choose this accommodation, you might have a runny nose all day long and not be able to enjoy your trip.

커피포트를 사용하려했으나 이상한 이물질들이 수없이 둥둥떠다녀서 사용할수가없었음

Away from busy area but within waking distance to main areas

We stayed at the hotel for one night with our two kids. The location was nice, about 15 minutes walking distance to the center. The room was nicely designed and spacious. Unfortunately some of the electric devices were damaged, which could’ve been quite dangerous. Breakfast was ok, too pricey for the selection. The parking across the hotel was 24 euros a night.

Hotel singular per la seva decoració. Ambient pop art i loft industrial. Tot molt net i equipat.

Je ne laisse jamais d'avis en temps normal, mais là je me sens obligée de partager mon expérience. On est venus dans cet hôtel pour prendre un café. En arrivant, on nous a dit de nous installer, donc on s’est posés tranquillement. Sauf que personne n’est venu nous voir. Après un petit passage aux toilettes, on repasse devant le bar, et là on nous donne les cartes, donc on retourne s’asseoir en pensant que quelqu’un allait venir prendre notre commande. Résultat : 30 minutes d’attente, toujours rien, aucune prise en charge, aucun regard, rien. On a donc décidé de partir. En déposant les cartes et en sortant, on a clairement vu un regard et un sourire du serveur qui nous ont fait comprendre qu’on n’était pas les bienvenus.
Franchement, c’est super décevant. Ce genre d’accueil donne juste envie de ne pas revenir, ni de recommander l’endroit. Dommage

Une honte !!

Jamais vu un service aussi inexistant. On nous a installés pour ensuite nous ignorer complètement, comme si on n’était pas là. Aucun professionnalisme, aucune considération. C’est triste de devoir rappeler qu’un minimum de respect, ça fait aussi partie du métier. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!!!! Hatten ein Zimmer mit traumhaftem Blick auf das Straßburger Münster ???????? Zimmer sauber und groß. Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war ok. Könnte etwas mehr Auswahl haben und etwas liebevoller angerichtet sein. Nette Bar um einen leckeren Cocktail zu trinken ????

강력히 추천하는 호텔입니다. 지어진지 얼마 안된 신식 호텔로 보였고 모든 시설, 어메니티가 졸았습니다.특히 제가 체크아웃 시 물건을 분실했는데 찾아서 먼저 메일을 보내주셨습니다. 주변에 주차도 용이한 편입니다.

Top Hotel perfekt gelegen!

We booked a room with a city view and breakfast directly through the hotel’s website. Unfortunately, the check-in process was already a bit rocky – our reservation couldn’t be found until we forwarded the confirmation email to the receptionist. Initially, we were assigned a room without the promised city view. The room also wasn’t in great shape: used coffee capsules, hair on the bathroom floor, and a broken safe.

After mentioning these issues, we were given another room with the correct view, which we appreciated. However, in that room, both the shampoo and shower gel were completely empty, and one of the window blinds didn’t work. When we addressed this at check-out, the only response was that housekeeping would be informed – there was no apology or effort to ask how our stay had been.

The breakfast experience was unfortunately the most disappointing part. We arrived around 9 a.m., and most of the buffet items were already gone: no eggs, hot dishes, or fresh pastries. The cold cuts and cheese station wasn’t visibly dirty, but it looked heavily picked over – cheese was sticking to slices of ham, and nothing seemed fresh. There were no mugs available, only paper cups, and all tables were full of used dishes. When we asked the only visible staff member, she said things would be refilled, but we weren’t able to sit or enjoy the setting, so we decided to leave and have breakfast in the city instead.

When we mentioned the situation again at the front desk, the explanation was that a large group had just come through. That may be understandable, but better preparation and service would be expected in a hotel of this category.

What made the experience even more disappointing is that this is a Marriott property. We had expected a certain standard of quality and service, which sadly was not met on this occasion.

One small but amusing detail: inside the elevator, there was a digital screen displaying the weather forecast – for February 28th. We stayed on May 2nd. It’s a small thing, but we couldn’t help but wonder why nobody had updated it in over two months. At least it gave us a laugh!

We had originally planned to stay for two nights but decided to move to a different hotel. Strasbourg is a beautiful city, and thankfully we still enjoyed our time there – but unfortunately, this hotel didn’t live up to expectations.

We truly hope our experience was an isolated case – we’ve had great stays at other Marriott hotels before and would love to see this location live up to that same standard.

Schönes Stadthotel im modernen Univiertel mit kurzem Weg zur historischen Innenstadt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 8 Stock mit Ausblick bis zu den Vogesen. Man kann im ehemaligen Hafenviertel, wo jetzt supermoderne Häuser stehen, gut spazieren. Internationales Publikum. Beim Frühstück ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht so toll, hier würde ich außerhalb frühstücken empfehlen. Für einen Stadtaufenthalt in Straßburg ist das Aloft sehr zu empfehlen.

Plusieurs chambres réservés. L'un d'entre elles sans douche (le réceptionniste nous indique que nous ne savons pas l'utiliser). Réfrigérateur bruyant dans la chambre. Serveur peu agréable (sauf le barman).

Quelle déception!
Cet hôtel avait tout pour plaire, un emplacement central, une belle vue, 4 étoiles -- mais je n'y remettrai pas les pieds.
Nous avons enchaîné les problèmes avec une ventilation défectueuse et très bruyante: il n'était pas possible de réparer sans commander une pièce, OK je comprends - mais aucune solution n'a été apportée par l'hôtel (à part "vous pouvez l'éteindre", top) ni de dédommagement pour le bruit toute la nuit (la direction n'a jamais daigné répondre à nos demandes), le tapis très sale dans la chambre (autant l'enlever), etc.
Et je confirme les avis négatifs sur le petit déjeuner: beaucoup trop cher pour le prix affiché de 20 EUR, on est loin du choix et de la qualité attendue pour ce tarif.
Dernier point: merci au staff de l'hôtel, très sympa et réactif malgré tout durant notre séjour.

Habitué aux hôtels, j’ai trouvé celui-ci de bonne qualité sur le plan des installations, mais le service laisse clairement à désirer. Aucune flexibilité : alors que je devais libérer la chambre à une heure précise, le personnel d’entretien était déjà posté devant la porte 15 minutes avant l’échéance, discutant à voix haute — aucune intimité. Quant aux réceptionnistes, leur rigidité ne fait que renforcer cette impression d’un service peu attentif au client

Non cet hôtel n'est pas un 4 étoiles !
Malgré un service chaleureux, et un belle vue panoramique dans les chambres, nous avons rencontré beaucoup de désagrément durant notre nuit au Aloft.

Problème de poussières dû à une ventilation mal entretenue, sommeil discontinu à cause du frigo à côté du lit qui est bruyant et change de régime toutes les heures y compris dans la nuit. Pas de sécurité dans l'établissement, la badgeuse ne fonctionne n'importe qui peut accéder aux étages. Si vous avez le sommeil léger et que par chance le frigo n'est pas à côté de votre tête, comptez sur la circulation pour vous réveiller. Le vitrage choisi ne suffit clairement pas !

Les propositions du bar sont très très chères et la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Le petit déjeuner n'est ni frais ni de saison (fruits en boîte ?!).

Bref passable pour une nuit mais nous ne recommandons pas cet endroit.

Odlican hotel na dobroj lokaciji. Ne koristi se javni prevoz do centra. Hrana dobra,klasican dorucak. Pet frendly je hotel. Jedina velika mana je sto ako dobijete sobu sa brancim krevetom dobijate i samo jedan prekrivac. Ako trazite dodatni prekrivac oni nemaju da vam daju uz izgovor da je pun hotel i da ne maju viska prekrivaca jer to za bracni krevet nije planirano. Zaposleni i nisu bas predusretljivi da pomognu i suvise se suzdrzani.

La chambre familiale (4 personnes) était littéralement une chambre double, mêmes lits, même espace. Le café du petit déjeuner n'est pas très bon non plus (machine automatique). 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Nous avons séjourné pendant les vacances de Noël

On en parle des 50 euros débités à l'arrivée ? en vous disant ce ne sera pas prélevé c'est juste au cas où.
Dans l'attente d'être remboursé des 50 euros depuis décembre.

La chambre était très belle. J'ai admiré la vue et j'ai aussi aimé le fait qu'elle soit couverte de grandes fenêtres partout. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le personnel était très aimable et sympathique. Je ne suis pas venu en voiture, mais d'après ce que j'ai vu, il n'y a pas de parking et il n'y a pas d'endroit pour s'arrêter devant l'hôtel. De plus, le petit déjeuner était très mauvais ; la variété était petite et sans goût. Je n'ai rien pu manger ni boire de ce que j'ai acheté.
