Zimmer sind zwar sehr klein aber ein Urlauber, der extra nach Straßburg reist, um sich die Stadt anzugucken, wird wohl ohnehin hier nicht sehr viel Zeit verschwenden.
Das Personal ist nett und hat mir bei Nachfragen gerne geholfen (Erklärung wo man die Bettdecken finden kann und auf Anfrage Ausgabe von zweiter Zimmerkarte).
Man kann sich gut auf Englisch und französisch verständigen.
Frühstück würde ich persönlich wo anders machen. Das war für 7€ nichts.
Despite confirming the booking well in advance, the hotel suddenly cancelled our reservation a month and a half before the stay, citing that the credit card name didn’t match the names of the guests. This is not a valid reason, especially since we had already provided the names of the 10 people responsible for the rooms, which was clearly sufficient.
What’s worse, the hotel made no attempt to contact us for clarification or resolution. Instead, they cancelled everything unilaterally, leaving us in serious financial and logistical trouble, especially as finding alternative accommodation for a large group during such a major event week is nearly impossible.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is absolutely inexcusable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone planning group travel or relying on trustworthy service.
J'espère ne pas ramener des punaises de lits a mon domicile vu les tâches sur la literie et les plinthes.
Cependant la propreté de l'appartement et des équipements est à revoir. Notre fenêtre n'avait pas de volet également (il n'y avait qu'un rideau)
Le réceptionniste a accepté uniquement de garder mes bagages, mais m'a laissée attendre dehors dans la rue. J'ai trouvé ce geste très peu compréhensif, surtout compte tenu des circonstances.
Mis à part cet inconvénient, l'appart'hôtel est très bien, mais il serait idéal d'améliorer l'attention à la clientèle à la réception, car ce genre de détails peut gâcher une expérience qui aurait pu être excellente
Le seul point positif est l’emplacement.

- Look at reviews more carefully and don't underestimate reviews even if they are a few years old, and don't be a little stingy and ruin your trip.
