Personnel très professionnel et très à l’écoute. Il y a même une laverie à deux minutes à pied. Quartier calme. Il y a un parking réservé à l’hôtel, mais j’ai garé dans la rue et aucun problème. À recommander vivement
Breakfast is excellent. The choice isn't largest, but it's very tasty.
Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir in der Nähe gefunden, denn der Hotelparkplatz war uns zu teuer.
Chambre minimaliste … ça manque un peu de chaleur mais confortable et fonctionnelle. Hôtel calme malgré le taux d’occupation important, service agréable.
You even get little goodies, like croissants all day long at the reception, one free cold tea and on one evening they even made fresh Popcorn.
The variety at the breakfast buffet is big, tasty and fresh. I am a tea lover and I really appreciate you had loose tea, which you could fill into tiny bags. It depends on when you go, but it can happen, that the hall, where the hotel serves the breakfast, is quite crowded and you have to wait a little bit to get a table. You can look at "the art" in this time. It looks warm and welcoming.
You can not open the windows properly inside your room, they can just be tilt. That's the only thing, I found a bit annoying, but nothing bad and I would always come back to this place. I am also not fond of carpets, but as this place is new, everything was fine.
The area is also nice and more calm than right in the middle of the center, what I prefer. But it is not far to go there either.
The breakfast was delicious, but the lack of any vegetables (e.g. tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, olives) is unusual for me and I really missed it. But all the cheese was amazing, also pastries...and great coffee.
Der Parkplatz ist mit 25€ pro Nacht etwas teuer, es gibt aber einen kostenfreien Parkplatz, 10 Min fussläufig vom Hotel entfernt.
Les équipes étaient très accueillantes avec Marc, Marcel et Lucie qui ont toujours le sourire et toujours disposés à nous aider.
Très bonne continuation à eux et à l’hôtel.
Je reviendrai ici si je dois revenir à Strasbourg.
Le personnel très agréable et à l’écoute.
Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, beaucoup de choix et une bonne qualité. En résumé très bien pour un prix abordable.
Le gros plus auquel on ne s’attendait pas c’est le bar de l’hôtel, la barmaid Lucie est extraordinaire, un grand bravo à elle pour son professionnalise, sa gentillesse et surtout pour ses cocktails excellents, n’hésitez vraiment pas à aller en prendre, elle mérite une salle remplie. Bravo à elle.
