Daha önce Paris’te konaklamamızda memnun kaldığımız için tercih ettik. İyi ki de öyle yapmışız. Konumu harika. Tren garına yürüme mesafesinde. Şehrin görülmesi gereken belli başlı yerlerini ise yürüyerek gezme şansına sahipsiniz. Odalar temiz. İçindeki mutfağını kullanmasak da gerekli her şey düşünülmüş, ihtiyaç halinde rahatlıkla kullanılabilir. ev konforunda konaklamak için kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

I‘m sorry but the room was extremely hot in the mid of the summer. I mean we couldn’t sleep because of the extreme temperature.There was just two fans that did absolutely nothing because our room was literally BOILINGG!!!. Fix this… . Plus the one of the ladies at the reception was very rude and did nit seem willing to help us when we couldn’t find our reservation. It’s too bad for a hotel with such potential, to have so many downsides.

Die Lage ist top: direkt im Zentrum. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Größe der Zimmer war ok - 2 Zimmer zum Schlafen und eine kleine Küchenzeile

Leider hatten unsere Familienzimmer keine Air-conditioning. Bei 30 Grad im Juni, reicht ein Ventilator leider sehr wenig.

Außerdem ist die Gegend nachts zu laut, sodass man bei offenem Fenster kaum einschlafen kann. In allen 3 Nächten war es nach Mitternacht noch laut

Auch gab es keine Reinigung und die Empfehlung den eigenen Müll selbst im Keller zu trennen, ist fragwürdig.

Insgesamt würden wir mit der Familie dieses Appartmenthotel nicht mehr buchen

Super rapport qualité / prix / emplacement ! Accueil agréable et sympathique . La chambre était très propre , bien équipée et la literie excellente !
Seul bémol et pas des moindres le bruit , notre chambre était côté rue , une catastrophe … qui a menée à des nuits très compliquées… dommage
S’il y a une prochaine fois je demanderai avant la position de la chambre

Nous avons réservé un deux pièces pendant 5 jours pour un tarif de 150€ la nuit. Je vais essayer d'être le plus objectif possible sur ce séjour afin d'expliquer pourquoi cette note :
- Les points positifs : Bien placé, proche de la place Kléber et en plein centre ville. La chambre est propre et bien fournie. La literie est de bonne qualité et on y dort bien.
- Les points négatifs : Nous étions au dernier étage, sous le toit (chambre 606). La VMC de l'Hôtel est située au dessus de la chambre et fait un bruit monstre la nuit. Etant proche d'elle, les bouches de VMC sont une vraie nuisance tant sonore que olfactive. En effet, des personnes ont du fumer dans leur chambre pendant notre séjour.. nous profitions autant qu'eux des odeurs qui remontaient par la VMC. Avec un bébé, c'est limite... La salle de bain est propre ... mais quelle idée d'avoir mis la douche sous la pente de toit ! Si vous voulez vous doucher dans cette chambre, il va falloir se mettre à 4 pattes dans la baignoire. A 150€ la nuit, je trouve ça inacceptable. Enfin, l'intérêt d'un appart hôtel réside dans la possibilité de cuisiner sur place ... sachez juste que les plaques sont inutilisables. Elles ne chauffent plus. Du moins, pas assez pour faire bouillir de l'eau et cuire des pâtes.

Enfin, je viens aux aspects "autres" de l'hôtel : Des objets ont disparus de notre chambre. Rien de méchant ... des denrées alimentaires, un sac, une cuillère ... des "petits" trucs, mais qui ont simplement disparus. Après avoir cherché pendant pas mal de temps, on en vient assez vite à la conclusion que le personnel de ménage se sert dans vos affaires. Tant qu'à parler de personnel, l'accueil réservé par Alejandro était à la limite de l'acceptable. Particulièrement désagréable. Enfin, je mettrai un point d'attention sur le petit déjeuner proposé par l'Hôtel au tarif de 12€ / personne. Rien que ça. A ce tarif, autant ne pas en proposer du tout. Allez à la Mie Caline qui est à 100m de l'Hôtel... Chacun voit midi à sa porte, mais proposer un petit déjeuner, en supplément d'une chambre à 150€ la nuit, à 12€ / personne ... c'est vraiment limite.

Bref, nous avons passé 5 jours là bas et avons profité de notre séjour à Strasbourg qui est une ville magnifique. Ce serait à refaire, nous irions dans un autre hôtel. On y dort bien (ce qui est l'essentiel), mais le personnel, l'agencement de l'appartement, le manque d'entretien sur l'électroménager et les nuisances sonores et olfactives de la VMC sont rédhibitoires. Surtout à ce prix.

Note à l'Hôtel : faites un effort. Avec mon épouse, nous avons essayé de communiquer gentiment avec vous à ce sujet deux jours après notre arrivée. Vous n'avez rien fait. Nous préférions prendre un Hôtel pour le confort et la disponibilité avec notre bébé de 1 an ... il ne faut pas s'étonner que de plus en plus de personnes se tournent vers Airbnb. C'est totalement compréhensible avec ce genre d'attitude et la négligence dans l'entretien matériel de vos chambres.

Un accueil au top, une réceptionniste qui prend le temps et qui vous conseille. Une suite propre avec tout le nécessaire (|Kitchenette, baignoire, espace chambre et espace salon). Nous avons bien dormi. L'emplacement est idéal aussi, à proximité du centre historique et un parking privé.|Nous avons passé une bonne nuit. ☺️

Bien reçu et les employés font bien leur travail. Ils nous ont bien détaillé les activités dans la ville. Établissement propre et correct. L'appartement était au top avec tous les équipements adéquats. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Bonne expérience

La petite cuisine permet de faire des repas si besoin
Il y a même un lave vaisselle avec les Pastilles de fournis.
Tout est très propre
Un peu de naissance sonore côté rue à cause des travaux de voirie,TV petite, salle de bain avec un baignoire un peu vieille,mais cela ne justifie pas de loger ailleurs.
Emplacement au top 7 min à pied de la gare 5min de la cathédrale. 2 min de l arrêt Tram
Je le conseille sans hésitation.

Emplacement parfait en plein centre de Strasbourg et à 1 min de la place Kléber.|Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans un appartement. Tout n’était pas parfait mais nous reconnaissons que l’hôtel propose un très bon rapport qualité/prix. ||Les plus: |- le personnel charmant|- la localisation ||Les moins|- l’insonorisation des chambres

Nous avons passé une très bonne nuit dans cet appart hôtel (avec notre chienne), bonne localisation en plein centre de Strasbourg, équipe sympathique, chambre propre et spacieuse, calme, parking sous-terrain disponible (payant). Un GRAND merci en particulier à Joyce pour son accueil chaleureux et ses recommandations qui nous ont permis de bien profiter de la ville ☺️

We stayed for 3 nights, 6 people (4 adults, 2 children) in the Apartment Deluxe. The apartment is modern, clean, and nicely furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, with kettle, microwave and dishwasher (even the dishwasher tablets were provided).
The dining room is spacious and even with the sofa bed open, there was plenty of space. As a plus, there is a big terrace where you can chill after a long day of sightseeing.
And the location is superb, really near the center, with lots of restaurants and shops around the area. I will definitely stay there again.

Posizione eccellente, l'appartamento è completo di ogni confort ed è anche disponibile il parcheggio al piano sotterraneo. (A pagamento). Il personale è cordiale e professionale e parlante inglese (non scontato in Francia) Assolutamente consigliato!

The location is the bright spot for this hotel. Could get to most things on foot. We don’t check out until tomorrow but I can already say that it has left much to be desired. The room was ok, tight for a family of 4 but it worked. Handy to have a kitchenette, but many dishes were not clean. The walls are paper thin and we heard constant noise overhead, our room wasn’t ready until 45 minutes AFTER check in time (less than ideal any time, but especially after a day of travel with 2 kids) and the service was basically non existent. The room was never cleaned during our stay and only after inquiring were we told of the “comfort corner” to refresh our towels, toilet paper, etc- seems convenient enough, even kind of liked the concept- however, after our third trip to an empty “comfort corner” we had to stop a maid to ask for supplies. We were begrudgingly allowed 2 towels and 1 roll of TP for 4 people for the 2.5 remaining days of our stay (ironically given to us while she was servicing the room directly outside the empty comfort corner). We also needed to do laundry during our stay. They use an app based washing machine system- again- seemed convenient enough- that enabled us to reserve machines for use… that is until the front desk apparently called someone else down to use our reserved machine and caused a very uncomfortable situation in front of the only dryer for which the desk staff admitted to messing up but then asked US to forfeit our reservation (by way of the desk staff physically using my phone app to cancel my spot showing 8 of 10 more minutes on my reservation) and were up until 10:30 pm to dry our wet laundry for which we had reserved the dryer hours before. What may seem like small inconveniences and frustrations add up to an overall extremely poor level of satisfaction and comfort. And, fwiw, this was the service we got with fairly good French ability in our family. But…. we could walk places!

We asked for extra bedsheets and they said that they will bring it . .. didn't happened. Also the lady that served breakfast was very rude. Never again here!

The rooms has a very bad energy, and the whole hotel was smelly ( i didnt like it , it was a weird scent )
And also they didn’t have any water like we went out side the hotels asked for water from bars and restaurants and the time was 11 11:30 most of them were closed , which we went in the bar
But the good part was the parkinglot for the cars and its very near to city center and cathedral church and everything which makes it cool ,
I would go back anymore ..

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in – perfect location right in the city center! We had a small apartment-style room that had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The price was fair for what was offered, and the hotel also provides car parking which was super convenient. I especially appreciated the free coffee and detox water available for guests – such a nice touch! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. 10/10

We had the BEST check in experience here! Sure in our travels we had experienced pleasant check ins, bad checkins, average check ins but the one here in Citadines Kleber was phenomenal! Sonhai who checked us in gave us wealth of information on the surrounding attractions, places to eat and things to do. She was candid, funny, very easy to relate to and very accomodating. We even signed up to be Citadunes perk member wh8ch entitled us to 25% off bookings but we told her that if every Citadines have someone of her Caliber we would not hesitate to stay with Citadines all the time.

Our room were superb with its own bedroom and living room (and a small kitchenette between). It was very clean and comfortable. The lodging itself was right smack in the middle of the city with public transportation nearby. We are only staying one day but we will not hesitate to come back and stay here when we are back in Strasbourg.

So glad that we found tgis place with its reasonable pricing, fantastic accomodation and the amazing guest relation - Sonhai!!! Kudos!

Good value for price|Great place to stay. Everything was wonderful and comfortable and convenient. The staff were always available and ver all of them were extremely helpful.|Loved having the kitchenette. We had the deluxe studio and it was very roomy, the beds were comfortable. The heating worked well once we were taught how to set it up.|We didn’t have breakfast downstairs but appreciated the use of the coffee machine at any time for free.|Location was excellent. Between the train station and all the tourist sites.|Good restaurants in the area and a supermarket.

Reservamos y nos hospedamos en una habitación para cuatro huéspedes. Realmente la habitación era tan pequeña que había que pasar de costado para llegar a uno de los lados de la cama. El espacio no alcanzaba para comer los cuatro juntos, así que había que turnarse para comer. Realmente la habitación no era para cuatro personas. Lo que si realmente es excelente es el trato y amabilidad del personal que siempre está dispuesto a atenderte y ayudarte con cualquier necesidad.

L'hôtel était très bien en général, très bien situé, chambres confortables avec tout le nécessaire. La seule chose à critiquer est les ascenseurs, car il n'y a qu'un seul ascenseur pour le parking, nous avons attendu environ 10 minutes pour qu'il descende et nous étions désespérés et avons dû porter nos bagages dans les escaliers. La réception devrait être formée un peu plus en anglais, mais on pouvait les comprendre, et les couloirs des chambres sont un peu rocailleux. Je reviendrais

Le point fort de cet hôtel est sa situation, en plein centre de Strasbourg.

Le mauvais point est le système d'ascenseur, car un seul d'entre eux descend au parking et une fois nous avons attendu plus de 10 minutes pour monter nos bagages, et finalement nous avons dû monter les escaliers.

Lorsque vous arrivez, les couloirs ressemblent à ceux d'un hôpital, mais une fois que vous entrez dans la chambre, elle est très agréable et confortable.

Il y a une cuisinière et un chauffe-serviettes, ce qui crée une température idéale pour être à l'aise dans l'hôtel. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et la propreté est excellente.
