Hôtel très bien situé, pas besoin de voiture si biensur vous venez à albufeira pour y faire la fête ! Hôtel non insonorisée, vous avez l impression d avoir la sono dans votre chambre et cela jusqu à 4h du matin malgré les bouchons à mettre dans les oreilles que vous donne la responsable des lieux , cela n empêche pas que vos nuits sont très agitées....l eau de la piscine un peu trop froide... il manque quelques carreaux certains sont couleurs vert âcre au lieu d etre bleu ! Pas très top ! Le petit-déjeuner et servi à partir de 8h30 voir parfois avec du retard 9h ... ( trop tard )mais petit-déjeuner très copieux ...les chambres sont nettoyer tout les jours et c est agréable ! Déçu par l accueil et surtout aucunes questions de la responsable concernant notre séjour dans son hôtel avant notre départ, même pas un petit mot de bon retour! décevant. ..elle fait juste son travail c est a dire : du commerciale !
Lalbulfeira et à voir une fois ..et surtout penser à louer une voiture si vous venez pour visitez car les taxi reviennent cher au bout d une semaine !

Vous serez très bien accueillis et l’établissement est bien situé. Par contre les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées et même avec des boules quies vous aurez l’impression d’être en pleine rue à faire la fête jusqu’à 5-6h du matin. Je recommande si vous venez à Albufeira faire la fête, mais pas pour un séjour touristique/détente.

Hosts are nice and helpful. Although the walls and doors are extremely thin (we could hear our neighbours sneeze) and the location is facing dozens of nightclubs that are on everyday blasting music until 4/5 am. The welcoming gift (this is not a joke) were hearplugs offered on our bed pillows. And trust me you will need them.
Side of that, the room was very tiny and there was not even plugs to charge our phones (we had to unplug the only bedside lamp). Overall an awful place to rest and stay at for a couple holiday, but i guess an ok place for party people thanks to the pool.
Oh and of course after barely sleeping, the cleaning person used the karcher to clean the ourdoor floors at 8:30 am... really our worst holiday night.

Heel luid, geen oog kunnen dichtdoen. Oordopjes + koptelefoon met noise canceling hielpen niet. ‘s nachts vertrokken naar een ander rustig hotel voor een goede nachtrust. Niet gaan als je rust wilt. Het lawaai is gewoonweg verschrikkelijk. Enkel aanbevolen voor mensen die willen feesten.

Great facility but too close to the action in Albufeira. Bars usually close around 4 am and if you like to sleep before then, it may be difficult. Ear plugs are provided by accomodations to help.

Maravillosa.
La ducha pequeña y el desayuno mal gestionado por la chica, que era muy amable, pero puede hacerlo mejor.
Pero totalmente recomendable.

The manager Malfalda took care of every detail during our stay and she helped us with transport and planning for activities. Very clean and comfortable rooms in a beautiful house-like building with a great view. The breakfast was great and we had pleasant company during our meal. enjoyed our stay 100%.

We just spent a very enjoyable week at the Bertolina. Rooms were large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great. Mafalda was an excellent host and went out of her way to ensure that our stay was perfect.

Awful place
We booked this as a group of 4 friends.Manager was very polite and lovely in previous messages,(don't be fooled) As soon as we walked in the place smelt musky and it was so dark.The only thing she did was give us rooms together as requested. No plug for bath and I could pee faster than taps in bathroom,just everywhere smelly
.Went to see the pool which had most dangerous winding steps totally unsuitable for my frie d who has previously suffered a stroke!Water inpool dirty ! I text her and asked for a ground floor so my friend didn't have to go up and down steps but no luck. Booked a lovely hotel for the next day and just left and refused to give us any money back ,100 euros would have been something as cost us nearly 800 between us.Got a pleasant text that day apologising that we were unhappy and wished us well.3 days later she text that an item had been found which belonged to my sister and we could pick it up
They got there to be greeted by this rude woman
.She abruptly said WAIT THERE! She literally threw the purse at her and just glared at them from doorway and continued to watch them as they got in a cab and went round the corner.They came back and said the woman was a psychopath. Bloody cheek of her ,she had nearly ,€800 and 2 free rooms.
