Personnel très à l'écoute, très disponible qui conseille sur la ville et les visites intéressantes.
eté impeccable et calme.
L'hôtel est a proximité des lieux à visiter sans être dans bruit du trafic.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans l'hôtel, il est vraiment très bien situé pour visiter Lisbonne, le personnel est très agréable et de bon conseil. Notre était très bien, propre, literie aussi. Vous pouvez vous restaurer dans la rue il y a plusieurs et tous très bien. Je recommande ++, une adresse à partager et à garder pour une prochaine fois.

Nous avons beaucoup aimer notre séjour. Service impeccable! Merci a Ricardo et Helder et collègues. Très propre et calme. L'hotel est très bien situé a proximité du centre plusieurs choses a faire a moins de 20 min de marche.

Non è semplice selezionare un albergo a Lisbona coniugando qualità e prezzo ma credo che nel caso dell' hotel Botanico abbiamo avuto una buona idea. La posizione nei pressi di Bairro Alto permette di essere a pochi metri da San Rocco e la funicolare di Gloria, avere bellissimi panorami ed essere anche a pochi metri dalla metro azzurra. Il check-in all'arrivo è stato esaustivo con informazioni su cosa visitare, come muoversi e dove mangiare! La nostra camera è stata inizialmente una stanza piccola in un piano basso ma al secondo giorno siamo stati trasferiti in una stupenda stanza grande all'ultimo piano, con vista sul castello di San Giorgio!! Gli ambienti comuni sono piuttosto piccoli (in particolare l'ascensore) e la colazione va pagata a parte (noi abbiamo preferito andare nelle "padarie" nei paraggi), ma la stanza ha il pavimento in legno e le finestre molto comode da aprire, e la pulizia è davvero, davvero eccellente (cambio asciugamani ogni giorno). Materasso rigido, buono per le mie preferenze. Ci ritorneremo presto!

Siamo stati a Lisbona 10 giorni fa, abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo e ci siamo trovati benissimo, massima pulizia, tutto funzionante e personale gentile, educato e disponibile. Comodo soprattutto perché vicino a due fermate della Metro
Lo consiglio vivamente.

Was expecting a hotel in a good location with decent rooms and a working shower. They delivered that. Good service, neat clean rooms, with proper daily upkeep. Location was better than expected, being close to bairro alto and close to the metro. And if you like walking, which we did, only a 10 mins to bairro alto and 20 to the center. Easy enough and plenty to see.

Excellent location!!! It's up a hill, yes, but easily walkable in a few minutes.

If you walk downhill, there's a park with a small playground (Alegria square), restaurants, and coffeeshops.

The hotel is close to Avenida metro station, and when you walk down Liberdade Ave, you can get to the historic centre easily, plenty of things to see and enjoy.

If you walk uphill from the hotel, through the stairs, there is a very nice area with a park, big playground, cafés, restaurants, and a panoramic spot down the road.

Finally, a few meters away from the hotel, there is a pizza place and a mini market with all basic necessities, including souvenirs.

As for the hotel itself, it is clean and cozy. We had everything in our room and were warmly greeted at the reception desk. Staff is kind and helpful and we felt welcome!

Overall, an excellent place to stay at in Lisbon! ❣️

Cheap hotel with nice and helpful staff. Room are not that big but who cares? You want to have a look on Lisboa and you can do exactly that from here. Also you have a cheap but really good pizzeria, one of the best Indian restaurants in Lissabon, and for breakfast the „Brookline“ in the neighborhood. This is really stressless. Same with Bus and Metro 100m away. Easy for your city trip.

The hotel might not seem the best from outside but it is decently good, clean, staff is professional and rooms are clean for a short-stay in Lisbon

I came to Portugal for a trip. Although the hotel is not big, it is clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel is right next to Liberty Avenue. It is very convenient to travel. I will visit again next time.

Hemos estado súper bien, la persona que nos atendió fue súper amable, nos explicó muchos sitios a los que ir, nos dejó aparcar gratis al lado del hotel y la habitación era muy amplia con mucha limpieza. Volveremos!!!!

Buscábamos un hotel bien de precio y cerca del centro, pues eso es el hotel Botánico. Que es un poco viejo, sí, pero está más limpio que muchos hoteles de 5 estrellas. A más a más muy tranquilo y silencioso y las camas bastante cómodas.
Mención aparte al personal, muy simpáticos, nos ayudaron en absolutamente todo. Íbamos con un bebé y ellos, sin nosotros decir nada, nos cambiaron al día siguiente a una habitación más grande para que estuviéramos más cómodos. Se nota cuando la gente disfruta de su trabajo.

Thiago welcomed us and deserves all the praise. A credit to the hotel and Lisbon. Helped us with local advice and was super friendly and warm. Recommend here for him alone! The rooms are in the smaller side but to be expected for Lisbons construction. Excellent shower pressure and fairly priced minibar. Location is a dream for exploring. I used Bolt to get from the airport. €9.

Très bon accueil du personnel, qui vous renseignera également sur les curiosités à visiter. Prix raisonnable, même durant les fêtes de fin d'année. Séjour agréable, belle situation pour faire de nombreuses visites à pied.
