We spent 3 nights at Upon Angels. Hotel is really funky. Rooms are finished to a high standard. Picnic basket with breakfast every morning was outstanding! So much food, lovely and fresh. It was a perfect hotel for a romantic getaway. Highly recommend!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. Very comfortable soundproof room, perfect bed and mattress, big soft warm blankets.

The staff in the hotel is amazing. Additionally the rooms are both relaxing and inspiring. Like the large sofa. We would choose this hotel again.

Прекрасный отель с необычным и ярким дизайном, каждый элемент в интерьере комнат продуман до мелочей, рецепция приветливая и дружелюбная.
В номерах косметика от rituals, полный набор всех необходимых принадлежностей, посуда и приборы.
При указании, что у меня аллергия на цитрусовые, на завтрак приносили свежевыжатые смузи из манго и ананаса, это просто в самое сердечко????
Из мелких минусов:
- не было возможности подключится к телевизору ни по hdmi кабелю, ни по блютузу
- отсутствие овощей на завтрак (обещали исправить)
- халаты только женских размеров (на мужчину был очень маловат, даже когда нам принесли самый большой размер из доступных)
В остальном отель однозначно рекомендую????????

Super nettes Personal und schicke Zimmer, mit neuem Samsung TV und Chromcast. Sehr angenehme Bar und schöne Atmosphäre im Innenhof. Das Personal, gerade auch die Bookingabteilung, finden individuelle Lösungen. Super weiter so!

I had a wonderful three night stay with my friend. Clean, large and quirky rooms with waterfall shower a feature of the bathroom. Ours included a microwave for reheating our pasties de nata, and cutlery/crockery. Warm, welcoming front of house staff. Very close to Intendente metro station and the famous 28 tram line. Would have been nice to use the jacuzzi on the ground floor but it was closed during our stay.

We had a great stay. Our room was super nice with cute details. Location is close to a metro station and the famous tram 28. There are bars, restaurants, cafes etc close by. The staff is very welcoming and helpful with any kind of question. Can totally recommend to stay in this hotel.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel.
Les chambres sont assez spacieuses ce qui n’est pas négligeable. De plus, nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour la salle de bain avec sa douche à l’italienne, agréable quand nous venons de passer une journée entière à marcher de se retrouver dans un endroit comme celui-ci.
Enfin, le personnel est top, dès l’arrivé nous avons été super bien accueillit. Sans oublier les femmes de ménages qui étaient très gentilles et qui laissaient toujours la chambre dans un état impeccable !
Petit bonus, les produits rituals qui nous attendent à l’arrivée ont été une bonne surprise pour un fan de la marque comme moi .

Leuk hotel met ruime kamers die netjes schoon werden gehouden, minpuntje is de straat die wat weg heeft van een achterstandswijk.

Erg fijn hotel om een paar dagen in te verblijven op een goede locatie. Ontbijt word gebracht in een soort van picnic koffertje, weer eens wat anders, wat meer dan genoeg was.
Kamer was schoon en werd ook elke dag schoon gemaakt. De douche was wel vrij krap en er was ook geen plankje om je toilettas en andere spulletjes neer te zetten in de badkamer, beetje jammer.

O quarto era muito bom e o isolamento acustico óptimo. Houve um pequeno problema com o ar condicionado mas que foi prontamente resolvido.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel, le personnel est vraiment super sympa, les chambres sont vastes, très bien décorées, confortables et propre et surtout il n'y a eu aucun bruit...je recommande absolument.

Globalmente, uma estadia perfeita. Receção agradável, sempre prontos a ajudar.
Estúdio conforme reserva, com os extras solicitados. Consumíveis de boas vindas simpáticos: cafés, chás e água.
Os detalhes do quarto são de luxo, contudo os acabamentos não são os melhores (o que não prejudica a experiência). As torneiras, por exemplo, da banheira de quarto, não funcionavam corretamente.
A insonorização está excelente, bem como o isolamento térmico. O sistema de aquecimento (AC) não estava a funcionar na perfeição.
A localização (conhecida no momento da reserva) não é a melhor, dada a área circundante.
O duche do WC peca pela curta divisória, já que a água salpica imenso para o exterior.
Dispõe de jacuzzi no exterior!
