Süßes kleines Zimmer. Allerdings kein deutscher Fernsehsender, dass war sehr schade und das innerhalb Europas???
Nettes Frühstück. Lage des Hotels 1A. Nettes Personal und alles sehr sauber.

The hotel was clean secure and comfortable. I will say it can be a bit loud at night with the street noise (they do give ear plugs) but for light sleepers this is something to be aware of. Even with that we got use to it after the first night. We enjoyed the breakfast it had everything. We also loved the 24 hour desk person, the staff and service was always warm and friendly. The rooms were perfectly size and bathroom was spotless and clean. I would stay here again. Also the location was amazing everything in walking distance.

Perfect location and brilliant hotel. Slept wonderfully every night, the breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. I'd like to especially mention Renan, he was extremely helpful, kind and full of knowledge about places to go that are not typically known by tourists. We had a brilliant stay in Lisbon and this was in large part due to our incredibly pleasant experience staying in Tempo FLH. Hope that we will be back sometime soon!

Bardzo fajny hotel w centrum Lizbony w sąsiedztwie windy Santa Justa. Cena adekwatna do warunków jakie prezentuje, śniadania dobre i wystarczające, personel pomocny, pokoje przytulne. Polecam.

El hotel es pequeño, pero tiene una ubicación excelente además el trato ha sido inmejorable, nos gustó mucho el detalle de los chocolates de bienvenida, así como los corazones de chocolate en San Valentín.

Nos ha encantado el Hotel todo super limpio y ordenado el personal muy amable el desayuno de la mañana increíble super acogedor hotel muy familiar en el centro a cinco minutos de la estación de tren para ir a Sintra y a donde quieras.Cumpli años durante mi estancia y al llegar a la habitación nos encontramos la cama llena de bombones pastelitos de nata y champán la verdad increíble en servicio repetiríamos si volvemos a Lisboa por supuesto

Superb location right next to the lift. There is a lift from the ground floor to the 4th floor. 12 or so steps from the 4th floor to reception and breakfast area. 24\7 access to tea and coffee etc. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Staff were lovely and friendly.
Room was cleaned each day and bottles of water left.
Usb ports in the wall. Comfy bed & pillows.
The only issue I had was the baby elephant in the room above. I went up and asked her to walk like a fairy not an elephant.
There is some road noise if this is likely to be an issue for you.
I'd happily stay here again.

Leuk hotel voor een citytrip. Makkelijk te bereiken met de metro en bus vanaf het vliegveld. Kamer goed. Gastvrij. Veel trappen. Pal in het centrum.

Wir hatten das Zimmer 19 mit direktem Blick auf den Elevador da Santa Justa. Das Zimmer ist sauber, leider gibt es im Badezimmer keine Möglichkeit (Haken), wo man ein Handtuch oder ähnliche aufhängen könnte.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Am Abend ist die Musik der umliegenden Restaurants und Cafes bis in die Nacht gut zu hören. Der Frühstücksraum ist zugleich die Rezeption, welche nur über Stiegen zu erreichen ist.

Extremly loud concert outside every single night until 11-1130pm. Do not stay here if you would like to sleep.

Shower is see thru, you can see the person showing from outside the bathroom. No lock. No toilet paper replacement. The water they put by the bed is from the tap not sealed.

I am incredibly tired from traveling, but turns out there is a concert right outside the hotel window until 11 in the evening on a Sunday. Reception failed to inform me at check in, if so I would have tried to nap in the afternoon. Neither could they offer a different room, or a spare mattress so I could sleep in the bathroom where there was a little less noise. I came here for work, and this will completely ruin tonight and tomorrow.

Update: reception told me Sunday was the last day for the concert, it was not. I had this noise at my windows for my entire stay, even on a Tuesday it went on until 23:15. If the reception was honest on Sunday, I would have cancelled my stay.

The hotel did not offer anything at all, not a different room, no discount. Zero.

- immediately adjacent to the Santa Justa Lift
- steps to historical sites, shops and food

Room - 8 / 10
- room # 20 is perfectly situated next to the common washrooms which are not well ventilated
- strong air conditioning, but control settings are limited
- since the hotel is adjacent to a historic landmark, it was noisy (even after 10 pm sometimes) due to street performances and other activity right outside

Fantastic little hotel. Very clean and always smells nice. Staff was very acommodating, location superb. Good breakfast. The only drawback is the bathrooms. The rooms are overall great, spotless and pretty, but the bathrooms are not private. And I mean, at all ???? No proper door, just a slide door made out of milk glass, so you can hear and see everything, unless you open the window to the busy street, which is what we have been doing. Other than that, highly recommended.

This boutique hotel is perfect in every way from it's location, bright pleasant rooms, delicious breakfast choices, 5pm cake, 24 hour tea and coffee and wonderful staff. It is next to the Santa Justa Lift and an easy walk to the top to avoid long lines to see the lovely view of Lisbon. Our room was fairly quiet even during the weekend with street performances in the area. The staff were always helpful and our room was very clean. This hotel was perfect for our mother/ daughter vacation and I would not hesitate to return! We really did feel at home at Tempo FLH.

highly recommend staying at tempo flh. the breakfast is fresh and they provide a nice selection. I honestly looked forward to the food because it was so good. the staff was super friendly and accommodating. rooms were great. and we loved the location. there was always live music outside our window which we thoroughly enjoyed.
