I spend 1 night in a little room with double bed, toilet and shower. Small but good. Very good money value.
And very nice service personnel.

Lovely to stay at this place! Kind staff and great view from the room and shared kitchen/dining area
+ (no hairdryer but it is okay)

Been there 2 times so far and will visit there again ????

The lady at the reception was super welcoming and helpfull. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Recommended!

The Poets Inn is a better youth hostel. If this had been made clearer in the advertisements, we would not have been guests. At least the rooms are clean and the receptionist is friendly.

Nevertheless, the house is terribly noisy - we have never experienced anything like it - and the other guests are also inconsiderate. Hammering, trampling, shouting, running... We therefore canceled the nights we had paid for and left. No recommendation on our part, no goodwill on the part of the provider.

In addition to the noisy guests, the highlight was those selfish idiots who thought they had to cook fish in the communal kitchen, which not only made our closed room stink, but also our clothes took on the smell of fish, as we found out in the next accommodation.

There is no peace and quiet in this house.

Malgré son emplacement , et même si je ne doute pas que les chambres dans le bâtiment principal sont différentes, notre expérience dans le studio dont l'entrée est à côté a été mitigée.
L'odeur d'humidité est pesante... on a même l'impression d'une odeur d'égouts en provenance de la douche....
Les lumières "Exit" restent allumées toute la nuit et la douche et son système de poussoir sur lequel appuyer toutes les 5 secondes , limite fatiguant pour le prix...
La prochaine fois , nous tenterons un autre endroit.

Сервіс жахливий, за рушники потрібно платити, душ працює дуже погано, окрім того, що майже нереально перевести в режим теплої води, кожні 10 секунд треба натискати повторно, вода подається порціонно, і якщо ти не хочеш намочити голову це майже не реально, бо вода іде лише згори і кожні 10 секунд ти маєш повертатися і притискати. Стік погано працює, ти вже стоїш майже по коліна в воді. Персонал не реагує на скарги.

Ліфту немає, з речами ніхто не допомагає, навіть рецепція не на першому поверсі.

В кімнаті, якщо зачинити вікно дуже спекотно навіть вночі, а якщо відкрити вікно чи увімкнути кондиціонер то продуває.

A very nice place to sleep in Lisboa. good value for money - the room and the kitchen were clean the bed was comfortable and there was AC in the room

Un desastre de ducha, de ruidos, obras, accesibilidad nula, etc. Le libra una estrella la ubicación que no es mala y el precio (aunque visto lo visto...)

We had a wonderful Time at the poets Hostel. It is super clean and everybody is extremely friendly. It is also really well located and the design is pretty cool. We spent a lot of time on the terrace, which has an amazing view.
I can highly recommend it!!!

We were two nights in a double room. The receptionist was super nice. Even though we arrived earlier than planned, we could take a shower to pull ourselves together and she made sure that the room was available as soon as possible. She helped us and suggested what to visit. The location is very good: close to downtown. Just downstairs there is a great bakery where to have a great breakfast!

Chambre minuscule et sans fenêtre.
Très triste comme logement.
Aucun personnel à la réception.
Très bruyant aucune insonorisation.
Le seul point positif est la propreté.

Habitación privada con dos camas, en dos alturas. Escalera estrecha, baño pequeño,no cambian toallas cama incomodisima y almohadas horrorosas. Recepción inexistente por las tardes. Búscate la vida para las maletas, no tienen donde dejarlas si te vas x la tarde. Lo mejor, el bar de al lado, q las camareras y el desayuna era inmejorable

Was very nice and the rooms had AC but could hear everything outside the room hence we woke up to the sound of hoovering or people stomping every morning. Also the shower button was a bit annoying that you had to hold it down to shower. The communal areas were nice though.

Très bon endroit pour séjourner a Lisbonne. Calme, bien placé, très beau et refait a neuf récemment. Une cuisine partagée pratique, 2 terrasses très agréables, et un personnel présent et disponible !
Bien placé, proche du métro Anjos et Intendente, et situé a 2 pas de la fameuse ligne 28 du tramway.
Chambre confortable, avec chauffage/clim, petit balcon.
Petit bémol, l'eau chaude de la douche qui se fait un peu désirer, mais rien de bien grave !
Je pense vraiment revenir au Poets Inn la prochaine fois que je serai de passage a Lisbonne !

Angeboten und präsentiert wurde mir ein Zimmer mit Ausblick, erhalten habe ich ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf einen engen Innenhof (Entfernung zur Wand 3 Meter).
Auf der 1. Etage befindet sich eine Gemeinschaftsküche, in der bis Mitternacht gekocht und gegessen wird. Das Klappern von Geschirr ist einer ruhigen Nacht nicht förderlich.

Buen hostel. Ha superado nuestras expectativas. Pasamos 4 noches y han sido muy tranquilas y hemos tenido una estadía maravillosa en Lisboa.
La cocina funciona todo perfecto. Ya no cuenta con desayuno desde el COVID.
Aspectos a mejorar: almohadas.
La ducha un lujo, se regulaba muy fácil y una presión increíble.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Poets Inn.
Unkomplizierte Anreise durch 24h Check-In. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiterinnen und schönes Ambiente. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Room was clean, had good storage and a nice design.
Very nice comon area and very nice terrace.

Bathroom in our room was a bit roughed up in some spots and the bed has some plastic protective cover under the sheets that makes annoying sounds when you lay in the bed. Overall a good stay
