Not my fist stay at this hotel. This time was quite disappointing. The room I got was pretty small but that was not the main driver of my dissatisfaction. The room was extremely cold, the AC was blowing cold air even when set to blow warm one. The card key for my room did not work twice which created quite some discomfort for me as on two occasions I had to carry my heavy bags up and down twice, so that I can get my entry card fixed. The second night the room was still that cold. Called the reception, the lady tried to explain that the temperature in my room shows 22 degrees and that it will take some time to heat up, to which I responded that I already witnessed that it does not the previous night. I ended up being given a movable heater to use in my room. For the price I paid, I would expect a better level of service and condition of the room and facilities.

Modern, stylish hotel only 5 minutes walk from Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum and only 20 min walk from Anne Frank's house. Located opposite a canal boat cruise stop. Our room (215) was situated on the 5th floor at the rear of the hotel. Very clean. We were able to sleep with the window open and there was no noise. The room was a decent size with a larger than average bathroom fitted with 2 showers and two washbasins.
The dining room is pleasant and the buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold dishes and very good coffee.
Staff were efficient and friendly and helpful.
A taxi to the airport for 4 passengers cost €50
The only negative was the elevator. It took ages to arrive and performed erratically.

I stayed in Park Centraal in January 2024 for 2 days and was attending business meetings in the same hotel. The hotel room was very neat, clean, and well equipped. The business meeting rooms were very nice. The staff was very courteous and fluent in English.

Fantastico hotel nel centro di Amsterdam! Camere molto spaziose ed accogliente: ottima la pulizia! Dotato di una piccola palestra con tutti gli attrezzi necessari! Colazione ottima. Stanze perfettamente insonorizzate. Dotato di un piano bar molto ben fornito per bere un drink da soli o in compagnia. Nell’hotel e’ presente uno dei migliori ristoranti sushi di tutta Amsterdam. Altamente consigliato.

Everything about this hotel is great. Check in and out was quick and easy, the staff were very friendly and offered to help with booking activities or transport if we needed it. The lobby is beautifully decorated and we found ourselves hanging out at the bar instead of our room when we had some free time. The room was great, well decorated, clean, and comfy beds. Not super important, but a nice touch: the shower was very nice. And it was a great location to explore the city, close to museums, restaurants, and several public transport stops. I really recommend this hotel for your next stay in Amsterdam.

Great place in the very heart of Amsterdam. Rooms are clean, well stocked minibar and breakfast was fantastic. People at the front desk are very kind and skilled, can help you get around the city and plan your trip.

There was glass on the floor of our room and my wife stepped on a small piece.

We had booked a junior suite. The sitting error was very bare looking and the bathroom was very cramped and uncomfortable. Did not feel worth the price we paid.

The website lists room service, but does not mention it comes from the bar instead of the restaurant. So it is a small selection of light snacks only.

Staff was friendly and the location is great, but we will not be returning.

Everything was good, the location the amenities, the personnel was kind and helpful. The only drawback was that they wanted a refundable guarantee for the days we stayed there which was not mentioned anywhere prior to our reservation, and we found it out during our check in.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the location was perfect for visiting all attractions and a really nice surprise was the bus from the airport drops you outside the hotel.

Perfecta ubicación, se puede visitar toda la ciudad andando desde el hotel. La atención de los empleados excelente. La habitación amplia con todas las comodidades, lo único a mejorar sería que en nuestro caso (habitación 560) el baño no tenía ventilación (ni extractor ni ventana) y había una pequeña humedad en el baño, esto no sería un problema si por las noches no oliera, pero en nuestro caso tuvimos que cerrar la puerta porque el olor a cañería era excesivo.
En nuestro caso la habitación daba a la calle, y aunque no era molesto al ser un quinto piso, se escuchaba el sonido del tráfico y el viernes y sábado se escuchaba música o de los locales cercanos o de músicos callejeros. En todo caso esto sería lo de menos y si tuviéramos que repetir, volveríamos.

Great location near the museums. Not a bad walk to lovely sights. Be sure to book breakfast as no cafes close by. Rooms facing street have city sounds so be aware. Rooms are not luxurious but clean. What is up with the horrible lighting though. No “reading” lights near the beds and the overhead fluorescent type really awful. Service fantastic. So welcoming. And those madeleines…

Frühstück und Zimmerservice ist sehr gut, aber der Service an der Bar ist teilweise unfreundlich. Man wird dazu genötigt die Getränke anderer Leute an der Bar zu bezahlen, die der Barkeeper ohne Rücksprache auf die gleiche Rechnung gebongt hat. Unmöglich sowas. Die Öffnungszeiten der Bar sind zu kurz!

Die Lage ist natürlich ausgezeichnet!
Ebenso das Frühstück, das an Reichhaltigkeit kaum zu übertreffen war.

Servicekräfte waren freundlich und aufmerksam.
Der Fitnessraum ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Eine große Enttäuschung war das Zimmer. In über 20 Jahren auf Dienstreisen habe ich selten ein so bedrückendes Hotelzimmer erlebt, was ich auf 3 Dinge zurückführe:
a) Die Heizleistung der kombinierten Lüftungsanlage ist lächerlich gering, selbst bei Einstellung auf 26 Grad Raumtemperatur. Kaltes ungemütliches Raumklima.
Positiv: Auf Anfrage hat ein Mitarbeiter innerhalb von 3 Minuten (!) einen Heizstrahler gebracht.
b) Raumarchitektur 1 Da das Badezimmer "en suite", also Teil des Raumes ist und man die Kleider mangels Schrank direkt im Raum aufhängen muss, entsteht der Eindruck eines Abstellraumes.
C) Raumarchitektur 2:
Als einzige Farbe zusätzlich zu den weißen Wänden gibt es: Schwarz. Boden schwarz, Wandvertäfelung: schwarz. Duschtür: schwarz. Toilettentür: schwarz. Eingangstür: schwarz. Fensterrahmen: schwarz. Vorhänge: Blauschwarz.

Das ist zwar originell gemeint, aber innenarchitektonisch eine wahre Katastrophe.
Wer zu Depressionen neigt, sollte sich genau überlegen, ob er hier schlafen will.
Insgesamt für den Preis nicht angemessen.
