Hôtel situé en plein secteur des musées, à quelques pas de Leidseplein et à côté du Vondelpark.

Le Park Centraal est un hôtel design et luxe qui se situe au cœur du secteur des musées, à deux pas de Leidseplein, à côté du Vondelpark et du Rijksmuseum, on ne peut pas faire mieux. C'est une excellente adresse qui allie élégance, luxe et modernisme. Le tout a su garder chaleur et intimité. Les chambres sont classés en différentes catégories : classic, deluxe, junior suite, family suite, duplex suite. Elles sont toutes très confortables et photogéniques. Ce Park Centraal est un must pour le voyageur aisé en quête de confort et de bien-être.

Not my fist stay at this hotel. This time was quite disappointing. The room I got was pretty small but that was not the main driver of my dissatisfaction. The room was extremely cold, the AC was blowing cold air even when set to blow warm one. The card key for my room did not work twice which created quite some discomfort for me as on two occasions I had to carry my heavy bags up and down twice, so that I can get my entry card fixed. The second night the room was still that cold. Called the reception, the lady tried to explain that the temperature in my room shows 22 degrees and that it will take some time to heat up, to which I responded that I already witnessed that it does not the previous night. I ended up being given a movable heater to use in my room. For the price I paid, I would expect a better level of service and condition of the room and facilities.

Modern, stylish hotel only 5 minutes walk from Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh museum and only 20 min walk from Anne Frank's house. Located opposite a canal boat cruise stop. Our room (215) was situated on the 5th floor at the rear of the hotel. Very clean. We were able to sleep with the window open and there was no noise. The room was a decent size with a larger than average bathroom fitted with 2 showers and two washbasins.
The dining room is pleasant and the buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold dishes and very good coffee.
Staff were efficient and friendly and helpful.
A taxi to the airport for 4 passengers cost €50
The only negative was the elevator. It took ages to arrive and performed erratically.

I stayed in Park Centraal in January 2024 for 2 days and was attending business meetings in the same hotel. The hotel room was very neat, clean, and well equipped. The business meeting rooms were very nice. The staff was very courteous and fluent in English.
