This place is absolutely gorgeous. The building itself is a historic mansion and there's also a large outdoor space with eating areas, deck chairs, a pool, and a beautiful garden. Our room was really special, a two-story space with a marble spiral staircase and a vaulted ceilingin the bedroom. The location is in a quiet residential area, but still only about 15-20 minutes' walk away from the city centre. It's also only a 5-minute walk away from the Archaeological Museum, which is well worth a visit.
The breakfast was delicious & service was excellent, and they were very accommodating to requests even beyond the items that were included on the form - they told us to write in whatever else we wanted. You can also choose where you want your breakfast served - we ate in the garden next to the pool.
The staff were all very lovely as well. They helped us when we had to leave very early for a flight, and arranged for breakfast to be delivered to our room the night before. They also gave us a mini bottle of wine when we arrived as a welcome present, which was a nice touch - we enjoyed it on our last night, on the balcony watching the sun set over the ocean.
To anyone driving in, the parking is a bit confusing - you have to drive in down the alley that runs behind the building to get in.

Emmanouela, Anna and Maria and the entire staff were so welcoming and kind. They made us feel welcome and helped immensely with the planning when the weather took a turn as we weren't so familiar with the distances involved. We really had a wonderful time at the hotel. It was just about a 20min walk to the center of Chania and locally there were also a couple of restaurants too. Breakfast was lovely on the veranda with a few or in our room (or in the garden). I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Amazing place, with a pool and a stunning view on the city and the sea. The services were impeccable and the staff was very handful in helping us reserve restaurants, providing any useful information.

Rooms were nice, clean and spacious.
The breakfast were delightful and on point every single morning as we ate by the pool in the beautiful garden.

The only problem was the air conditioning, very loud and not efficient.

Μείναμε για 8 βράδια σε 3κλινο. Το δωμάτιο είναι ευρύχωρο, καλοδιατηρημένο, άνετο και καθαρό. Η κυρία που έχει τα δωμάτια ευγενέστατη. Σε λογική απόσταση από την παραλία και στα μαγαζιά της Αιγιάλης. Πολύ λογική τιμή. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

We booked a suite for 2 nights and the view is very good therefore the level of services were not up to a minimum standards
First morning coffee machine was broken and it was replaced.
Morning room service breakfast was delivered cold
Someone came to clean up our breakfast without knocking on our door and remove the tray while we still in the room
Housekeeping services was just not done and the room was not cleaned during our stay and laundry bag was forgotten next to our entrance door
We have met with Niko the operation manager and he was totally unprofessional
While addressing above comments, he basically stated that was our mistake as i have said to the housekeeping not to clean the room which is not true. He was lying to us and try to push the fault on us
Manager Niko was very rude and he was just smiling on our face when addressing serious comments
We have never experienced such a negative behavior from someone in hospitality industry
We do not recommend this hotel as beside the view , all the rest is just poor
You can find much better hotels near by , we will not do the same mistake twice….
