Fantastic hotel. The location is very good.
the staff was amazing and the service was 100%. Made the stay i Chania extra great.

Υπέροχο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πόλης. Καθαρά , προσεγμένα δωμάτια με όλες τις ανέσεις που θέλει ένας επισκέπτης. Ξεχωρίζει το εστιατόριο και ο χώρος της πισίνας. Εντύπωση μου έκανε η ύπαρξη ηχείου τηλεόρασης μέσα στο μπάνιο...πολύ έξυπνο!! Χρειάστηκε να φύγω ξημερώματα από το ξενοδοχείο και στη ρεσεψιόν με περίμενε το πρωινό μου σε πακέτο. Άψογο από όλες τις απόψεις!

Φοβερο ξενοδοχείο, στο κέντρο των Χανίων. Παρά πολύ καλό πρωινό και πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Το δωμάτιο στο οποοο έμεινα θα μπορούσε να ήταν λίγο πιο μεγάλο, αλλά είχε όλες τις ανέσεις …. Ψυγείο, γραφείο…. Παντόφλες κλπ

One night sleep at Chania.. Samaria hotel was the choice..

The booking was done through the website. Room was ok .. clean ... But something was missing...

Location very good..near bus station , very near at the city center. The whole hotel even if winter.. it was warm without open any air-conditioning at the room. Hot water had straight almost after you open the tap.

Breakfast was ok, I expected more stuff but maybe because it isn't season yet for the island of Crete.. they keep it short... Enough stuff but again something like missing.

They offered parking for 15 euros per day...

I want to visit this hotel during the summer high season for the island to see the differences.

All in all I believe for this period of time , they could ask a little bit less money.

Πολύ όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος,πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο,παρόλο που μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ από την πρώτη στιγμή που φτάσαμε και μας υποδέχτηκε ο Κύριος Λυκούργος στην reception ήταν απόλυτα φιλικός και εξυπηρετικος.τα δωμάτια μας ήταν πολύ καθαρά και ανταποκρινονταν πλήρως στις φωτογραφίες.Η κοπέλα που μας σέρβιρε καφέ στο πρωινό ήταν ευγενέστατη και χαμογελαστή.το πρωινό ήταν άψογο!
Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική,σε 5 λεπτά ήμασταν κέντρο με τα πόδια.ευχομαστε να μπορέσουμε να ξανά έρθουμε σύντομα!!

Staff are very welcomed, room is too noisy either from Main Street outside or from internally. Parking needs 12 Euro but they will park for you. 5min to the center of town.

Extremely friendly and efficient service… I would say the best we have experienced in so many years of travel! We keep coming back for more … already stayed 5 times!

I have been in many hotels, but this was something else. We have organised a meeting in the hotel and it went beyond our expectations. The staff is EXCELLENT. Very willing, polite + amazing professionals! The food was excellent as well and the location was very close to the old town.
Thank you for your perfect hospitality and I hope to come back very soon.

Went in for coffee whilst waiting for a friend. If the rest of the hotel is like that it must be one helluva nice place; genuinely friendly staff, particularly Nektarias, but all of them were equally nice.
