Entièrement rénové en 2021, le palace déploie d'impressionnantes installations dédiées aux divertissements et à la relaxation : pas moins de 7 restaurants, piscines, un bar à cocktails, une salle de fitness avec entraîneur personnel, et un spa aux allures de temple grec multicolore de 3 000 m² où vous profiterez de massages et d'hydrothérapies avec vue sur la mer azurée. Les chambres sont évidemment spacieuses et richement aménagées, certaines avec un balcon privé sur l'océan. Toutes disposent de la climatisation, d'un écran plat, d'un mobilier raffiné et d'un minibar. En buffet, à la carte, en terrasse ou au bord de la piscine, chaque dîner sera unique et ravira vos papilles avec un foisonnement de plats internationaux ou traditionnels.

What I really enjoyed was how attentive and kind the staff was. I particularly loved the Preferred Club waitresses in the breakfast area, the kind cleaning ladies, the cooks at the buffet restaurant and Himitsu, and the receptionists.
In general I‘ve had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone who wants to relax, BUT:
Considering how the brand tries to appear as luxurious as possible, I‘d love to see them put the work in.
I could give several examples of the hotel not being 100%, but I‘d like to specifically see work done at the pool area.
I was quite disappointed that the man, who was in charge of the pool area, did not enforce the hotel‘s rule about lounger reservation AT ALL, even after pointing the policy out to him. It is incredibly annoying and frustrating, when a bunch of people reserve loungers at 9 in the morning and don‘t use them for several hours. I really did not feel like fighting for a chair at the pool at a luxury resort but had no other option. You need to do better, guys. This is not it.
The Sugar Reef, Barefoot restaurant and Rock & Ball were closed when we were there. Didn‘t love that either.
Long story short: lovely experience, but at this price point it is disheartening, when customers notice the cracks in the luxury facade.
