The hotel is located at the heart of Thira, about 30 minutes drive from the airport, not accessible by car, but short walking distance from the taxi drop.
The team is very welcoming, helpful and hospitable.
Good use of the space to extreme limits, hence few things are very small, but still serves the purpose.
Breakfast is served next door in V lounge and slight walk down to reach the pool.
The views from the room are amazing, you can see the photos and videos taken.
The rooms are clean and well organised.
All in all very happy and will definitely come back again.

Wir zwei Freundinnen waren schon 6x auf Santorini und haben unseren Urlaub im Oktober 2022 im Panorama Boutique Hotel verbracht. Wir waren so begeistert, dass wir unseren heurigen Urlaub bereits wieder hier gebucht haben. Aussicht, Lage, Zimmer und vor allem das phänomenale Frühstück in der VLounge mit grandiosem Angebot ist unübertroffen! Das Personal sehr bemüht, freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir freuen uns schon so sehr auf unseren Urlaub im Oktober hier! 2 girls aus Österreich!

My daughter and I absolutely loved our 5 night stay at Panorama!! The service and staff were always quick to respond and had fabulous recommendations on places to eat. Our room was spotlessly clean. We preferred our hotel balcony as a place to relax and watch the sunsets most nights (rather than fighting the crowds both in Fira/Oia). If ever in Santorini, we would stay here again...no question!!

Santorini is expensive on the west side of the island where the cruise ships come in, and this place is in the mid-range of cost, so keep that in mind. That said: fabulous view, great location, extremely nice and friendly staff -- like, the day we left it was too early to get the included breakfast, so the front desk guy offered to go back and make us some sandwiches for the ride to the airport! The room was completely adequate, the pool was nice (again, great view) and the restaurant with the included breakfast was nice, D efinitely recommend.

Wakacje w hotelu Panorama spędziliśmy w połowie września. Hotel około 20 min od lotniska, bardzo szybki transport. Mieliśmy to szczęście, że przed nami wysiadali tylko wczasowicze z dwóch hoteli. Zameldowanie w hotelu polegało na wypełnieniu arkusza z naszymi danymi, czekając w kolejce mogliśmy na spokojnie to wypełniać ( nie ma tego dużo, ale warto mieć swój długopis ;D). Byliśmy około godz. 11.00 a klucze do pokoi wydawane były o 14.00. Dostaliśmy opaski i mogliśmy korzystać z automatu kawowego oraz baru. Przejdę do formy pisania jakie były + oraz - ;) + * blisko lotniska, więc transport do hotelu Panorama bardzo szybki, * pokoje nowoczesne, wybraliśmy opcję z widokiem na morze i faktycznie taki widok mieliśmy, Cała restauracja jest z widokiem na morze, więc jedząc możemy delektować się nie tylko jedzeniem, ale i pięknym widokiem, * codziennie wymieniane ręczniki, zmieniona pościel, nawet jeśli nie zgłaszaliśmy tego, * jedzenie dobre, lecz mogło być bardziej urozmaicone, ponieważ dania przez cały tydzień się powtarzały, plus za robioną na miejscu pizze, * hotel bez zjeżdżalni co przekłada się chyba na to, że było mało dzieci. Dla nas na plus z racji tej, że mogliśmy się zrelaksować. * przemiły Pan (menager sali?), który codziennie serdecznie nas witał na stołówce * duży i bezpłatny parking (mieliśmy wynajęte auto i bez problemu było miejsce żeby zaparkować). - * czynny tylko jeden bar z czego tylko jedna osoba go obsługiwała. Jeśli ktoś podszedł z boku, żeby coś kupić za gotówkę, był w pierwszej kolejności obsługiwany. Alkohole bardzo słabej jakości. * brak karteczek z nazwami potraw ( tylko niektóre dania miały). Nie widzieliśmy co znajduje się w danej sałatce, jaką oliwą polewamy sobie pizze, czy jaką zupę jemy. Uważam, że takie karteczki powinny być, ponieważ są bardzo pomocne, tym bardziej dla nas obcokrajowców. * WCZESNE ŚNIADANIE I LUNCH BOX!!! TRAGEDIA! (Zamieszczone zdjęcia) Zapisaliśmy się na lunch box jak i wczesne śniadanie z racji tej, że wcześnie rano 6.30 ruszaliśmy na wycieczkę na Balos. Wczesne śniadanie miało formę suchej babki i ciasteczek a jako lunch box otrzymaliśmy na osobę: pomarańczę, twarde jak kamień jabłko, jedną kanapkę (bez posmarowania masłem) z szynką i serem ( bez grama warzywa), kartonik soczku oraz małą wodę. Wiem, że to był nasz wybór, że jedziemy na tę wycieczkę i cały dzień nas nie będzie, ale mogliby być bardziej łaskawi i nie przyoszczędzić na lepszym prowiancie czy na przygotowaniu normalnego śniadanie. * baseny czynne tylko do godz. 18.00 mimo, że była piękna pogoda, * podwieczorek w godz. 16-17, codziennie te same suche ciastka i babka, * papierowe kubeczki do alkoholi * plaża oddalona od hotelu jakieś 500m, autobus na plaże kursuje ale tylko 3 razy o określonych godzinach, zejście przyjemne, gorzej z wchodzeniem pod górę ;D * gdy zapadnie zmrok, aż strach iść do pobliskiej Agia Pelagia, ponieważ ulica jest bardzo słabo oświetlona, wąskie i kręte ulice oraz brak chodnika, * mała ilość owoców : arbuz, melon, kiwi, dwa rodzaje jabłek, grejpfrut i tak w kółko * plaże wąskie, z możliwością wypożyczenia leżaku 7 euro lub parasol i leżak 10 euro (Agia Pelagia). Wiele plaż na Krecie jest kamienistych, więc buty do wody są zbawieniem

Flavia is a credit to this hotel, as are all the staff. Her recommendation as we waited for check in - ie to go on sunset cruise with Santorini Sailing was the highlight of our trip!

Absolute gorgeous caldera view from the balcony, and from the rooftop lounge where you'll have your breakfast - the staff here is good too.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, and location of hotel right on main walkway - and very near to the town square and bus terminal.

Only issue is the A/C started making loud whistling noise on our second night: turned it off to get some sleep, and thankfully the room stayed cool the whole time (can't really keep door to balcony open because it was noisy out).

Operating the indoor bath tub can be fiddly too - but it's not a deal breaker.

These however do not in any way detract from the fact that staying at this hotel was ultimately highly recommended.

The view is incredible of Santorini island. The hotel arranged a transfer for me when I arrived off the ferry. The gentlemen carried our luggage up to the hotel after drop off and were very courteous! Would recommend to anyone coming to Santorini who is willing to pay a little extra for the view!

The Panorama Boutique Hotel was the cleanest hotel, lobby, restaurant, and pool we ever stayed in. The staff was friendly, helpful, and just couldn't do enough for us.

Amazing view lovely rooms staff wonderful. Would stay here again.
Make sure you get the hotel to arrange transfer from the airport as they have porters to help with luggage, unless you only have carry on you will want help.

Our 4 night stay here was fantastic. We had a room with the Caldera view and it was worth it alone for that. We could watch the sunset every night from the balcony. The room was spacious. The staff were very kind. You get a view from almost all areas of the hotel. The hotel is situated in a prime location in Fira (the centre). Its proximity to the main bus station turned out to be crucial to travel to any where on the island if you don't rent a vehicle.

Amazing hotel! We stayed at Panorama for 2 nights. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating- they helped us get a reservation at a restaurant down the street. Breakfast was included in our stay, they had many options on the buffet and you could pick a dish from the menu. The location was perfect to walk around Fira or hop on one of the buses. The bus stop was a quick 3 minute walk and you can get to anywhere on Santorini. The rooms were clean and the view was to die for. We will definitely be back to stay at Panorama Boutique hotel and we recommend anyone to stay there!
