Construites sur la caldeira avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le volcan, les chambres sont impeccables, décorées avec charme et simplicité offrant tout le confort nécessaire (terrasse privée, piscine sur les flancs de la caldeira…). Les suites sont économiques l'hiver. Le personnel est au petit soin, attentif et efficace, très pro tout en restant chaleureux. C'est un bel hôtel, idéal pour une lune de miel.

Had a lovely stay at Porto Fira Suites! The breakfast is exceptional and the staff are delightful. Rooms are modern in style and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on our private terrace looking out at the gorgeous view in the morning. Part of the charm of the island is the staircases everywhere but don't let that put you off. You'll get your steps in for sure which will make up for all the great food you'll eat!

This hotel is fantastic. The views are incredible, the rooms are large and well appointed, the staff goes above and beyond for the guests. However, our room smelled like mildew and while we can appreciate the ocean breeze, I would have appreciate a room that smelled fresh and didn't continuously feel damp. We would absolutely stay here again! Great location, LOTS OF STAIRS!!!!!

The hotel is located on the very edge of the cliffside which allows for an uninterrupted and stunning view of the caldera. That said, there are no roads to the hotel and several stairs down so if mobility is an issue I would consider staying on the main road. Staff did help bring our luggage up and down the steps.
The infinity pool is gorgeous and very quiet. Staff were excellent. We had breakfast included with our booking and it was delicious. You can select what you want each day and they bring it to your balcony. We enjoyed the bar as well. The cocktails were very good. We would definitely stay here again.
