Horrible, rude staff and fungus on wall, do not book this place! Check photos.
One of the worst stays in my life, for 50 euros I faced almost sleepless night in a room with fungus on the wall, dirty and tiny bathroom, after 1h of quarreling with the owner and her son on the phone at 11pm on arrival. No customer service, no manners. They provided room not according to my booking and totally different than in the photos, blaming it on Booking and me making the reservation. Not a decent place at all.
The attitude of staff and the way how guest is treated on arrival late night is beyond any level. The room was totally different than in the photos in Booking. I booked private room with 2 twin beds and the lady tried to accomodate me in a room with bunk bed which had no space for even standing in this room. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, horrible manners of the owners or rather lack of them. After 1h of stupid waiting and quarelling about room conditions the lady gave phone to me to talk to her son and he tried to "help me" by trying to convince me to cancel my booking so I wouldn't review it. So pathetic. The conditions are horrible, even as per hostel! Private room totally not worth 50 euros! Old floors which make sound, very tiny and dirty bathroom and toilet, everything is old and not renovated for years! Such standard I haven't seen anywhere, especially not in Europe and that in the capital! Owner shouting at late night, had to wait more than 1h to solve the situation and to know if I can even sleep there, she had a problem with me making the reservation at 9pm same day. She literally said that I can go and look for other place at 11pm! In the morning she started her show again after I said I am not staying here for another night no matter what. Thankfully I didn't pay ahead for the next night. Also no facilities, elevator is broken, no card payment, the AC in the room is old and there is no remote so you can't control the temperature or even switch it off, either you have to open window (loud street) or have the AC. There was a hole and fungus in the room on the wall, destroyed old floor, disgusting old blankets and bedsheets with holes. No warm water. Wifi was not smooth too and that in the middle of the night. Very unpleasant place. They were claiming I'm not the first customer who is confused by Booking, saying the photos are different than reality and that's fine for them, another guests having same problem and ofc they're not at fault. Rude, dirty, old/not renovated and unpleasant - that's all this place is about.

Good location, fair price, nice staff. room is a bit small andin 2nd floor and elvator didnt work, but still its worth the price. i was in singel room with private shower for 55 euro. For 15-20 euro can be in dorms with shared batroom. the private room has also air condition and drayer and the reception open from 7 am till midnight.

Les chambres et la salle de bain ne sont pas très propres; la personne qui vous accueille ne vous accompagne pas pour vous montrer votre chambre, qui est parfois difficile à trouver.
Plutôt bruyant. Pour le prix, ça va quand même, mais à choisir je n'y retournerai plus.

Rude staff, not understandable. Not adequate, unprofessional, not clean. We came into our room, we had no towels, no blanckets, we had to go get it ourselves. Very strong langage barrier. Matresses were very hard. Wouldn’t recommand.
Though in terme of location it was very good.

Muy buen hostel.

Esta muy bien ubicado. A 7 minutos de los colectivos que te llevan al aeropuerto. Nos atendieron muy bien. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas. Las habitaciones están bien, grandes y cómodas. Te ofrecen el desayuno por €5. Muy rico y abundante. Dejo foto abajo. Los baños cómodos y limpios. El agua sale bien. Tienen una cocina con heladera , pava eléctrica y microondas. Y un patio techado para desayunar y comer. Muy agradable el lugar.

Ubicación muy buena, precio asequible, pero un muy mal estado de las habitaciones y personal (a excepción de un chico) algo antipático.

Es un lugar muy bn ubicado, cómodo, para descansar exelente lugar..muy buena atención, lo recomiendo estuve 3 días y muy bn.

Did the job for me, a place to lay my head at night while I’m Athens. I was personally hoping for a more social atmosphere and this was the least social hostel I’ve been to but maybe that was just bad luck. There’s a big communal space with a bar that stayed empty the entire time I was there. But the beds were clean and comfortable enough, the showers were recently remodeled and very nice, A/C works, and it has a great location.

El AC no funcionaba y tampoco algunas lámparas. Muy justito, la verdad, aunque la ubicación es buena.

Bien placé. Chambres pas idéales, pas de prises à côté des lits, il faut remettre la clé à l'accueil à chaque fois que l'on sort, et les toilettes sont en plein milieu d'une pièce où il y a deux douches, c'est mal pensé. Un homme s'est touché à côté de moi un soir, dans une chambre de 8 personnes...

El trato del personal fue bastante decepcionante. La habitación tenía un nivel bastante bajo. Los plomos del aire acondicionado estaban bajados y nos tocó subirlos a nosotros, además el aire no se podía controlar. Cuando tirabas de la cisterna estaba durante más de 5 minutos sonando como si hubiera un taladro en la habitación. Se escuchaban todos los ruidos del pasillo, no pudimos pegar ojo. Potencial totalmente desaprovechado. Buena ubicación.

You get what you pay for. It’s very reasonably priced given the location, but obviously that will inevitably come with some drawbacks. The location is excellent, and for a cheap stay in Athens, it will be fine for most people.

If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay in plaka, this is a great spot. Door code access makes entering and exiting easy, and the location is the major benefit of this hostel.

女1人旅でも安心して泊まれる場所にあるホステル。
周りは夜中まで賑やかで、レストランあり雑貨屋さんあり。
スタッフの方もとても親切でした。

Se potessi mettere meno di meno 5 lo farei. Il posto senza dubbio comodo, a Plaka, ma la gestione è orripilante. La prenotazione con booking prevedeva reception aperta h/24..invece chiusura alle ore 0:00. Stanza ostello pulita ma vecchia come il cucco. Ciò nn importa.. ma quello che mi ha stupita è con temperatura 30 gradi, l'aria condizionata funzionava con un solo telecomando in tutto l 'ostello. Ma arriva il bello , durante la notte grida e urla con colluttazioni nel corridoio...nessuna vigilanza. Al di fuori sul viale urla e litigi.. con lancio di oggetti contro il vetro della nostra camera. Ora io dico..se prenoto con booking una stanza con reception h 24... E poi chiude alla mezzanotte. Chi può ovviare ai problemi che accadono. A si certo si chiama il numero emergenze..scritto sul portone d ingresso dello stabile. Non ho parole.

Pokoje zostawiają wiele do życzenia.Jednakże na jedną dwie nocki poleciłbym to miejsce że względu na lokalizację .

Excelente relación calidad precio, muy buena ubicación y la amabilidad de la gente del hostel un 10! Lo recomiendo.

Disons que c'est une auberge de jeunesse avec un très bon emplacement , chambres propres, petites mais pratiques .
Le personnel parle l'anglais et très amical .

Située en plein coeur d'un des quartiers historiques de la ville, cette auberge est un très bon point d'encrage dans la capitale grecque. Accueil on ne peut plus sympathique, personnel vraiment au top qui donne vraiment de bons conseils et qui est à l'écoute!
Je conseille vivement cet établissement!

Parfaitement situé à dans le quartier touristique de Plaka, on peut visiter tout le centre d'Athènes à pied. Quelques chambres ont une vue sur l'Acropole. L'accueil est très bien.
