Had issues with bathroom sink clogging up and shower door not closing and leaking water all over the bathroom floor. Was offered option of room change the first day but when I tried to talk to the receptionist next day, he said no without even listening to the complete issue after making me wait for more than 10 mins. He just said to wait more and talked to other customers who just came behind me.

The staff first day of checkin was new to the job but more professional and more respectful than the guy I talked to the next day. Worse part of it all, I am stuck on this hotel for 6 more days if I don't want to make a big deal out of it. Please take your business elsewhere. I should have read other reviews about hotel conditions before booking.

Great resort with excellent amenities (swimming pool, water slides, basketball court, volleyball etc), variety of breakfast, lunch (brunch) and dinner. Sea view and easy access to beach. A lot of options for kids and adults alike to relax and have fun. Maro World (kids indoor park) was complimentary with the stay. Overall best place to stay with family and friends.

Wonderful staff and service. Willing to help you and answer so quickly to all your needs and questions. That is what a real hotel is about. Should be five star Hotel!

Ein sehr gutes Hotel am Meer! Die Lage ist einfach top! Man kann nicht nur im Pool, sondern auch im Meer baden. Die Gelende sieht sehr gepflegt aus. Die Auswahl von Essen war vollkommen in Ordnung, manche Gerichte sind meine Favoriten geworden. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sauber gemacht. Das Personal war immer freundlich. :)

Wir hatten ein schönes renoviertes Zimmer. Leider war der Service schlecht. Das Essen war mässig. Der Essbereich glich eher einer Kantine. Alles was über das Minimum an Service geht, muss man extra bezahlen, wie zum Beispiel Badetücher am Pool. Die lunchbox die wir für den Abreisetag bekommen haben war unterirdisch.

Predivan hotel,jako ljubazno osoblje.Sobe jako čiste i uredne,hrana odlicna i raznovrsna.Super lokacija ,predivna šetnica kroz park oko hotela.Definitivno ćemo se ponovno vratiti i ponoviti ovakav odmor u istom hotelu.Sve preporuke za ovaj hotel!!

Everything was clean, and the workers were very nice. But the hotel doesn't have a indoor pool. And the outdoor pool isn't heated. Very nice. The playground is in another hotel, but you have access to it. The playground is indoors, but it's sooo modern and it's so cool.

Wir sind hier im Rahmen einer Gebeco (ebenfalls nicht empfehlenswert) untergekommen. Wer hier 3-5 Sterne gegeben hat, ist entweder vollkommen anspruchslos oder mag es gerne schmuddelig. Wir haben ein Zimmer im „Keller“ bekommen, die Hygiene die reinste Katastrophe. Das Badezimmer war so klein, dass man sich darin nicht mal bewegen konnte, die Armatur fiel aus der Wand und es war schlecht gereinigt. Genauso wie die Mini-Kommode neben dem Bett, die voller klebendem Dreck bedeckt war. Man kam sich vielmehr wie in einem Hostel vor, beim Essen war es schlimmer als in einer riesengroßen Kantine. Laut und überfüllt. Wer gerne 0815 Urlaub macht und das Land gar nicht erst richtig kennenlernen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Hotel befindet sich mitten einer großen Hotelanlage, abseits der Altstadt. Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Nicht mal wenn der Preis um die Hälfte günstiger wäre!

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was less than pleasant. I walked into our room and noticed how unclean it was. There were PUBES in the bathroom, on the floor, in the sink and in the shower as well as stains and more pubes in the bed.

Overall they need to improve drastically on their cleaning.

Enfants qui courent en hurlant dans les couloirs, bruits de service dès 6h du matin. Sinon, ce serait un bon hôtel.

Petite chambre jaune citron avec de petits lits. Le tout donnant sur le toit du restaurant donc si on ouvre la fenetre c'est bruyant. Si on ferme on etouffe car la clim ne fonctionne pas. Ambiance medicale. On ne se sent pas dans un hotel. Lits en bois avec des matelas a changer. Inconfortable au possible.

hôtel dans un club de vacances,proche de la ville de Dubrovnik.Des navettes assurent la liaison.Grand ensemble où il est agréable de séjourner:chambres réparties dans différents bâtiments bas,plusieurs salles de restaurant,buffets copieux et variés.Grands espaces à l'extérieur pour les enfants.Bien situé pour visiter.
