terrible experience. I have spent a week in this hotel for business trip, firstly I got terribly sick after returning hk when I ate nothing but only in this hotel restaurant. most importantly, I and my colleague both lost money during the stay. BE VERY CAREFUL of ur money!!!!

Superbe vue sur une grande partie de Tana. Excellent spot pour voir ses potes sur le rooftop. Le personnel est à l'écoute, très professionnel et n'hésite pas à aider les clients.
Je recommande ce lieu pour son emplacement et sa tranquillité. On ne s'en doute pas quand on est tout en bas vu que ce croisement est très fréquenté.

Excellent emplacement centre ville avec jolie terrasse avec vue sur le jardin de l'indépendance et la ville haute
Privilégier les chambres en hauteur pour la vue
Malheureusement des odeurs d'égout provenant de la salle de bains (comme dans tous les hôtels de Tana)
Hotel design et aéré que je recommande

Increíble!! En ningún sitio marca la hora de check out. Nos dijeron que podíamos estar hasta las 21.00h. A las 17.00h nos avisaron que la salida era a las 12.00, que teníamos que irnos inmediatamente pagando un pastón o llamaban a la policía. El dueño dientes dientes pero al final un pieza.
No está mal, pero hemos estado en sitios infinitamente mejores a lo largo de la isla.

Wenn man in dieses Hotel reinkommt ist man erstmal erstaunt wie schön es ist, ich hatte bisher keine Übernachtung sondern nutze die Restaurant Terasse für meinen Kaffee. Ich sitze gerade seit über 10 Minuten hier und ich wurde noch nicht bedient oder änhliches. Es ist nicht viel los in der Lobby und Bedinungen laufen hier und dort.

Vielleicht ist euer Personal darauf ausgelegt eher die Übernachtungsgäste zu bedienen, vielleicht fehlt es mir an formellem Umgang oder ich habe das Schild der Selbstbedienung übersehen, ich weiß es nicht. Das letze Mal bin ich reingenangen und habe mir meinen Kaffee selbst bestellt.

Ich verteile dennoch 5 Sterne da alles darunter quatsch wäre, ich würde mir wünschen wenn ich euer Hotel betrete, einfach bedient zu werden. Es reicht mir vollkommen wenn mich jemand fragt ob ich etwas trinken möchte oder änhliches, damit wäre ich schon vollkommen zufrieden.

Ich wünsche eurem Hotel geschultes Personal, denn Potential ist überaus vorhanden. Ebenso kann ich verstehen, das westliche Maßstäbe eine hohe Erwartung sein können, dafür möchte ich mich zeitgleich entschuldigen.

We were in the ground floor restaurant, my husband ordered spaghetti and i ordered duck leg, both horrible. The spaghetti was noodle + kechop and my duck had triple salt.

Only good thing was environment formidable but their restaurant waitress smells so bad.

Elevator had no air conditioning and was filled with body odour because all staffs take the lift, too.

The hotel is difficult to park. I will not like to go again even if it is free.

If you drive, DON’T come here. This is a wired hotel that doesn't even have a parking space! The guard at the ground floor gate leaves you to figure out how to park nearby.

Le plus bel hôtel de Tana : le rooftop avec la plus belle vue de Tana, la nourriture est excellente, le service est impeccable, les serveurs sont à l'écoute, l'emplacement est idéal ...Bref un gros coup de coeur, je vous le recommande a 100%.

Stayed here for 3 weeks on business trip. Location is not that easy to get to as it's pretty close to the top of the major hill. You'll definitely need a car service to get here. Hotel is lively at times, hosting parties or small gatherings but nothing intrusive.

Staff are friendly and English is fine for the most part though most of the guests I've seen so far speak French. Hotel is literally round the corner from SOHO restaurant and Irish Pub Tana which seem pretty popular and well known.

Room is clean and spacious enough. Inhouse restaurant food quality is fair.

We visited the rooms which are clean with modern comfort. Rooms with terrace offers a nice view of Analakely.
Snack service is slow. Restaurant is expansive for the poor quantity of food but the staff is nice as well as the new Manager.
We used the wide private room at the basement for a formal. Spacious, classy and well equipped. A coffee service can be ordered and classic white board and projector available. I'm not sure that space can be displayed differently.

Stayed 3 nights, on arrival no shower curtain, hand towels and waste paper basket got them sorted. 2nd evening returned to hotel went and got 1 Tea and 1 black coffee which where a different price from the 1st evening. Came back on 3rd evening room not made up. Went to reception to inform them and they arranged for room to be serviced.
We went to the bar and had 1 Tea and 1 black coffee but yet again a different price. This time I had enough challenged them but what a waste of time got nowhere we walked away and I refused to pay a hyper inflated price for such simple things as a cup of tea and a cup of coffee.
Keep well clear of this so called 3 star Hotel by name

Solid 4 stars. The room lacks tiny things like a soap dish, kettle, mugs, mattress protector, mini fridge, chair, sheets are very thin -- mostly things the owners would realize and fix for not much money if they maybe spent one night actually staying in a room. The roof bar has great views but is not an actual bar? You order from a waiter and then they get you a drink from downstairs maybe 30 minutes later, maybe never, rather than from the bar that is right there on the roof. Bizarre. BUT the design is nice and the views are great. The food is average. The staff are very friendly but kind of disorganized (cleaned my room when I had do not disturb sign on the door and specifically asked the front desk every day not to let anyone in, for example). Price is good and location is perfect. I'll definitely stay again and hope the owners fix the obvious little things. Stay on the 2nd floor. There is a little balcony area across from the rooms on this floor and it's low enough that the weekend rooftop bar music isn't tooooo loud.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié ce grand hôtel car le confort, la qualité des chambres est bel et bien au rendez vous. Seul bémol à mes yeux, c'est qu'il est très "européen" et donc rien à avoir avec le local, les traditions et la simplicité. Le prix est en bon rapport avec la qualité des chambres et du service.
