Una estancia inolvidable. Repetiremos sin duda

Hotel meraviglioso, servizio impeccabile è una pulizia fantastica, personale perfetto e preparato , posizione ottima . L’isola al contrario di come viene descritta, questa magnifica isola è anche il posto ideale per rilassarsi... Spiaggia e calette magnifiche...Popolo molto cortese!!! Da rivedere!!! Formentera è magnifica per la sua spiaggia e i suoi servizi!! Da tornarci al più presto !!!

Habitué dans cet hôtel, nous venons tous les étés depuis 3 ans. D’année en année nous voyons le service diminuer.
- on nous a demandé de quitter la piscine car c’était réservé pour un mariage. Pourquoi ne pas prévenir les clients avant qu’ils réservent ?
- un coup la voiture dérange, un coup non selon la personne sur qui on tombe à l’accueil.
- le petit déjeuner : des heures d’attentes, des plats non reçus demandés plusieurs fois
- une chambre très petite (même pas la place d y ouvrir une valise cabine)
- bar de la piscine : passer pour un voleur car nous n’avons pas demandé l’accord du serveur (absent de son poste) pour prendre un verre VIDE
Nous venions à 6 pour célébrer un événement important et avons incité nos amis à venir dans cet hôtel. Nous le regrettons.
Luxury hotel dans le nom mais très loin du service des palaces.

Quiero agradecer a Andrea el recepcionista de turno noche , súper agradable , que nos llevó hasta la habitación con el carrito de golf para que no tengamos que subir con nuestras maletas tantas escaleras , además nos recomendó varios lugares de ibiza para recorrer y disfrutar , muchísimas gracias Andrea mi familia y yo recomendamos al 100 % este hotel !!! Si lees esto , te mando el mayor de los éxitos por qué se te nota una muy buena persona ! Gracias por todo

Tout est parfait. Hotel chic et calme pour adultes situé presque tout en haut de la vieille ville. Bel espace piscine extérieur et bar avec vue sur la ville. Shuttle gratuit entre l'hôtel et la ville.
Restaurant ( japonnais chic) , bar de l'hôtel à proximité avec une très belle vue sur la ville. Prix en conséquence.

El rooftop está muy lindo, lastima que un día me cobraron un tinto de verano a 7€ y a las dos semanas me lo cobraron a 14€. No volveremos

Absolutely fantastic place! Incredible location, rooms with amazing views - fabulous decor, great facilities and service. Lovely pool area. There are a lot of stairs, but what a atmosphere to walk around the streets. The hotel offers free transport.

Our stay was okay. I liked the historical 16th century hotel building but am not convinced that the hotel provided good value for money - we paid around €600 per night and it was sadly underwhelming. For that price, I’d expect a small walkabout of the hotel - we did not find out about the rooftop terrace in Cosario until the final night, for example.

We got there before the room was ready and taken to a small bar next to the hotel. It would be better to take guests to the pool area or even the roof terrace at cosario (especially if it will be some time before the room is ready). We were also charged for our “welcome” drinks which was either an oversight or misleading. Understand that the hotel is located on three separate levels but the pool area is much nicer than the bar for a welcome drink especially if it will be a +2 hours. In the end we wandered off ourselves.

We stayed for 3 nights, went to away for a few nights and had our final night back at this hotel. For both stays I had a double superior room booked, but the room on the final night [C21] was far nicer than the first 3 night stay [T15]. It was much bigger, had a better view and bigger bed - they should not be in the same category. The pool is pretty but a tad impractical with large pebbles surrounding the pool - not the most suitable when you’re wearing flip flops!

PROS - great view from hotel, comfy bed, powerful and quiet air conditioning, powerful showers, free shuttles to and from ibiza town if needed.

CONS - service was average and not worth the steep hotel cost, sometimes slow and inconsistent between staff members (the curly haired lady at Cosaria was particularly arrogant when we wanted to order drinks), there was no complimentary water at reception (bear in mind you’re walking up a lot of steps to get to the hotel and your hotel room could be another hike up so will need to hydrate!) - even when asking politely the suggestion was to buy from the bar. Small service details like this make the difference when charging c€600 per night.

Just love it. Be prepared for a lot of walking up and down hills (though there is complimentary transport available to the port/marina, if needed). Amazing location with stunning views and super-friendly staff

Wir waren paar Tage im Hotel, wir sind begeistert vom Flare. Sehr schönes Hotel! Super Frühstück mit wunderschönen Ausblick! Herzliche , freundliche Angestellte! Immer hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war super mit eine große Terrasse! Vielen Dank, für diese paar Tage!!!

Ibiza tiene sitios mágicos, pero no tan completos. Al lado de los mejores lugares, pero sin escuchar un ruido. Sin duda una experiencia que deja huella.
