The friendliest, the nicest, the most helpful team at Sir Joan were absolutely amazing and looked after our family with the warmest and natural ease - we loved our stay!

What an amazing stay in Sir Joan hotel! Centrally located only a few minutes away from the old town, it has a very elegant yet contemporary vibe to it. From the beginning we were warmly welcomed by all the staff, who remained incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable and cozy, offering a stylish Ibiza touch with all the amenities you might need for your stay. Our room had two balconies with stunning views over the old town. We loved the hotel so much we found it difficult to go out and explore the island itself! But when we did, the staff had so many great recommendations for us and even arranged bicycles for us to make it easier to explore.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to be back - thank you so much!

¡MIL GRACIAS! I came here with a friend for a few days and we had the most wonderful time. The staff were so lovely and fun, they treated us like royalty! They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Housekeeping kept our room beautifully clean and we had fabulous views. They even gave us some local treats to celebrate the Sircle 10 year anniversary! The breakfast was to die for and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed ourselves so much we have booked to return next week! Can’t wait to be back, thank you Sir Joan Team!

Eccezionale! The attention to detail in every aspect was truly outstanding. The staff is genuinely welcoming and super helpful, they went above and beyond, providing recommendations and even helping with guest lists. The room was facing the pool, super clean with everything I needed, like a top wifi connection, iron, super cool bathrobe and a really good minibar. One evening I also tried their burger, really delicious!
Valet parking is available but you can also park outside, in 3 days I always found a free spot.
I can't recommend Sir Joan highly enough, but most importantly the entire team. Muchas Gracias!

Excellent Hotel in the heart of the city. Once you step inside the hotel property you are welcomed by tranquility and warm and friendly service. Front desk staff, and bar staff all very knowledgeable and attentive to the guest needs. Room was very comfortable and was perfect. We were within walking distance to the port for a yacht day and afterwards to great restaurants and bars.

Incredible stay at this amazing hotel. Beautiful rooms with an amazing bed.

Check-in hazır değildi. Hep 5 dakika 10 dakika diyerek 1,5 saat oyaladılar. O kadar beklemek yerine başka bir şey yapardım. Yada mayomu giyer havuzda keyif yapardım.

Lo primero que nos engañó la chica de la recepción diciendo que no hay habitaciones a las 06.30, pagando el plus llegando antes del hotel.
Llegamos a las 07.15 a la recepción del sir joan y casualmente nos entendió otra persona y si que había una suit pagando el plus. Y pudimos descansar de llegar de un viaje sin dormir gracias a pagar el plus.
Tenemos un gran deportivo y elegimos un hotel de lujo para buen servicio y cuidado de nuestro vehículo.
Casualmente nuestra habitación daba a donde estaba aparcado nuestro coche.
El hotel tenía una nota que nuestro deportivo no podía entrar en su parking Esterno dando que es muy bajo. Y para no Dánar los bajos de nuestro vehículo tenían órdenes de solamente estacionar en la puerta del hotel.
Desgraciadamente escuchemos el ruido de nuestro coche y el señor de la seguridad se fue a dar un paseo junto al botones del hotel , hacer carreras por Ibiza.
Y yo los vi patinar con mi vehículo, con una forma brusca, desde mi balcón de habitación.
Su excusa fue que iba aparcar al parking.
Cuando todo el mundo sabía que nuestro vehículo no entraba en el parking externo.
Tener cuidado con este hotel de 5 estrellas por que los señores trabajadores se dedican a hacer carreras con los coches de los clientes. Os recomiendo ir sin vehículo a este hotel. Saludos!
P.d. Está todo grabado en cameras pero como estamos de vacaciones y para no pasar de mal trago no hemos querido de denunciar a las guardias civil.

Very upscale lobby. Clean nice rooms. Overall great vibes all around.

Just be careful when you book a room that what you will actually get.

I booked a room with 2 beds online. And we arrive and he says he only has avail room with 1 bed.

Which Caused me to rebook a alternate option at a much higher rate due to last minute booking.

Yet again. This place is good. Just make sure you get what you ordered.

Beautiful hotel.. cozy small and elegant in the heart of Ibiza with a short walk from most places. We stayed for three nights and it was so pleasant! What made this place so different was the amazing service and the wonderful staff that welcomes us and treated us like friends with wonderful recommendations and spectacular attitude. I’d definitely come back again !
