L’hôtel, récemment rénové, jouit d’une localisation particulièrement agréable, surplombant la baie de Sarasota et à quelques pas des rues les plus animées. Les chambres sont très confortables et bien équipées. On retrouve la même qualité de service impeccable que dans tous les hôtels de la chaîne. Sur place : piscine, Jacuzzi, salle de gym, marina privée avec diverses possibilités d’activités nautiques, Spa, business center, location de vélos. Possibilité également de transfert depuis l’aéroport en minibus.

Rooms are terrible, location is key. A ceiling tile fell off onto my daughter’s head, and no one was concerned- as if it’s a common occurrence. Mold everywhere. Elevators were constantly out of service. Fire alarms blared randomly and the AC didn’t work. Front desk service was great but the breakfast and evening bar tenders were awful- rude and seemed like they hated their jobs. Location and pool save this property. Spend a few dollars more to stay somewhere else.

The Hotel and the Staff are amazing, excellent service great food and friendly staff, the pool area was the best part for my Daughter

What can I add, other than what the name Hyatt has come to mean over many drcades in hospitality? From the moment we drove up, there was ALWAYS staff RIGHT there to handle our needs even before we made a request. Our balcony overlooked the beautiful marina and the equally modern, impressive, and even a bit artistic skyline.

If I were to share any disappointment, it would be the portions served at the house restaurant. I expect to pay more for a meal in such a 4-star hotel, but I shouldn't still be hungry after eating pasta. ???? I must add the quality of food was quite good, but based on my experience, I probably wouldn't go back next time.

We just stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Pros- pool is great, large and very warm but need to get chairs early as they go quick. The Hurricane Hut had good pool food. They have a Starbucks onsite. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was good, easy to walk around and city was clean. Cons- parking is convenient but be ready to play at 25/night. In addition, be ready to play a 30/night resort fee to use the amenities like pool and such, I totally missed that charge when booking! The worst part of the stay were the rooms - the layout is terrible and the bathrooms are super tiny and hard to get into. The bathroom floor was constantly wet and you could see mold all over. In addition the beds were terrible. For almost 500/night I expected more. I have stayed in better rooms for 200/night! ????
