Westin Cape Coral is an amazing property with a fantastic location and top notch amenities. However, what makes this property amazing is the Staff. Every staff member from Larry to Mark go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There are 2 staff members, Anna Marie and Piper, who provided excellent customer service that inspired me to write this review. They deserve to be acknowledged and recognized for their outstanding customer service skills and expertise.

Piper helped before I even booked the Westin by answering all my questions about the area and the resort. She didn't stop there.. She even called me on her day off to ensure my arrival was smooth and to share the good news that my upgrade request as a Platinum member was honored.

Anna Marie went above and beyond during check-in to get us an amazing Suite with breath taking views and plenty of space for my husband and me to work during our stay! Anna Marie has been at the resort since it opened and it shows. Her attention to detail and keen ability to meet and exceed guest requests is a talent.

The morning after we checked-in, we decided that 5 days wasn't enough time at this beautiful resort. Piper saved the day and graciously extended our stay while keeping us in the same room which is fabulous! We are looking forward to exploring the resort and area during our now 11 night stay!

This is one of the best resorts we've stayed at and we will be back!

The Westin Cape Coral was an amazing stay for our weekend getaway! The resort itself is beautiful, but the highlight was definitely our two-bedroom suite overlooking the marina. The view was stunning, and we loved watching the boats come and go. We had a relaxing time at the pool, and we all enjoyed the comfortable room and excellent service. We can't wait to go back!

We couldn't have been happier with our recent stay. The staff were more than accommodating to all of our requests, and the event staff helped to make a birthday celebration for our family memorable and very special. The suite we stayed in was spacious and very well equipped. I think if anything could be improved, it would be the in-room dining, which came in plastic containers rather than a more refined presentation. We would certainly stay here again.

I really liked this location just for relaxing. Beautiful marina location. No beach, but access to multiple pools. Good little marina shops and restaurants as well. Noelle, in the front desk, was very very attentive to all my needs. I will return.

The only negative, if you want to call it that, was that they were repairing the dock area, which was a little bit of a noise issue. But this was very very understandable. Great staff. Take the morning boat tour, if so inclined.
