Wonderful staff. Everyone was very kind and informative. Extremely helpful. Shuttle to and from airport is a wonderful perk. Pool and location was very nice.
They offer a restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Also a nice accessible bar for food and drinks.
Lobby is nice.
Hotel is slightly outdated. Some outlets by bed did not work. Hot water in sink was sparce but shower ran fine.

I wish I could provide a stellar review, but after spending one night at the Pullman I can decidedly say that I will never stay there again. The people who work there are lovely, I had a positive experience with 99% of the staff. The pool area is nice, and the breakfast is fabulous. The issue is the limitation of the old, worn hotel itself. I can overlook worn carpet, bedding, and broken tiles, but I could not handle the extremely cold AC. It seems there is only one setting for the fan velocity (high) and the temperature (less than 65 degrees). Louis the Manager helped me try out another room on the 11th floor, to see if the AC was adjustable. It was not, so I stayed in room 503. I could not turn off the AC because the air became stagnant and too hot. I kept the AC on and Housekeeping brought me two extra blankets to keep warm. There was no way to adjust or manage the AC, despite the hotel engineer trying to fix it. Now I have a sore throat. Thanks, Pullman! It's time for you to update your hotel.

Stayed for the day after a cruise. The bad: the bed is very soft, there were bugs on the desk, the shower pressure was very weak. The good: the pool was very nice, the staff are very friendly, the food was good at the restaurant.

The room was comfortable and clean. I was disappointed that any time I would try to order the to-go service from the bar in the lobby, I would make my order and hit submit on the website just to be told they weren't taken orders at this time. I checked and those times were within the open window for to-go orders. And there aren't any vending machines to grab a snack. The access to food is my only complaint. The staff was helpful.

This experience was very incongruous with what one would expect from a 4star hotel. I paid for early check in since my red-eye got in at 6AM. By 2PM I still had no room, and when the manager tired of looking at me snoozing in the lobby, she got me a room instantly.
The bed sagged to the floor. The shower didn't work. The phone didn't work. They upgraded me to a suite the next day. The bed sagged ALMOST to the floor. The shower and phone both worked. I hear music and partying from the lobby at all hours of the day and night. I had to call at 4AM one night to ask them to turn it down. I've NEVER encountered this from ANY hotel - not even a 2star.
The elevator was broken; The ice machine was broken. The restaurant wasn't open for dinner. I have no idea if they had room service, there was no indication that there was and no one told me differently.
If you're paying more than $60/night for this place, you're overpaying.

I stayed 2 night in this near the airport hotel. The location was perfect for me, I usually stay around this area when visiting Miami. It is easy to go everywhere in Miami and surrounding areas from here. The shuttle service to the airport works well and takes only about 15 minutes. Uber to the South Miami Beach costs about 35-40$ and takes about 30-45 min depending of course of the traffic. Little Havana is not far either.

The breakfast was good and has plenty of choices. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. The bed gave a good sleep. The service was friendly though in the restaurant it was hard to get more coffee during the breakfast. The lobby bar was ok. During my stay it was the spring break's peak time thus the price of the room was high. It is more reasonable usually. I could come again.

I attended a workshop and the facilities were wonderful. The staff at the reception area as well as in other areas were polite and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was good. It’s near to malls and business areas.
I would recommend it overall even though I didn’t use the pool and gym. Excellent property.

They initially overcharged me on my room’by
10 usd, which was later corrected. But this has been happening with Accor too often lately.
Otherwise the staff are SUPER WELCOMING, very warm. It shows they like working there.
The airport shuttle ? Take it, Uber is like 20 to 30 usd. The shuttle goes right on time, not overcrowded, super nice driver.
The people at the hotel - ALL OF THEM - are JUST NICE . Not fake nice. Just nice and classy. Why can’t others achieve that ?

This hotel such a joke the minute you walk in. They should be called “hostel” not an 4 star hotel.
So disappointed, rooms is so old, towels is looks like been washed so many times. Bed set same.
Never book this hotel please
